Stayed here for the Kenny Chesney concert and took the Great Woods Shuttle! Awesome experience Also stayed here in 2023 for Luke Combs and did the same thing. Makes it so easy

when we checked in, the employee said that there was waters in the room and free breakfast. Neither one was true. The air condition made a very loud noise almost all night the hotel price gouged because there was a concert nearby. With that being said, we paid top dollar and barely slept because of the noise.

Upon entering, the front desk associate was very welcoming! We arrived just before midnight after coming from a concert. Check in was swift and easy. The grounds and common areas are very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again!

Overpriced and dirty. Stains all over the carpet, hair on floor by toilet and in the shower. Paid extra for a patio/balcony and come to find out when we arrived, all rooms have one. Paid over $500 for 1 night, expected a way nicer room for that price.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and appealing to the eye. The best thing of all was the courtyard in the middle of all the rooms. It is aesthetically pleasing to look at with lots of seating and tables. We sat out there a couple of nights of our trip. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel was fine but very overpriced, especially considering that breakfast is not included and is also overpriced ($5 for a prepackaged container of cheap cereal; $11 for an ordinary breakfast sandwich). There were also no convenience items, such as a make-up remover wipe or laundry bag. The location is convenient, and staff were very friendly.

When we got back to our room at 1130 PM after a concert we noticed the air conditioner was not working. The staff promptly came to the room to see if could be fixed. It could not be fixed so they moved us to a different room immediately. We have stayed multiple times as we go to concerts in the area we have always had a pleasant experience

Seems like shrikflation has hit hotels too. Saw several references to a decent breakfast being available on site. The only breakfast was some thawed out starbucks muffins. Photos of the hotel show a nice hot tub and pool area. They just filled the hot tub in with cement, leaving its visible corpse for anyone looking forward to a soak. The room seemed clean enough, although no housekeeping at all is included. If you so much as want your trash emptied you must call and specifically request it. The one staff person seemed nice. You don't need much staff when you cut all the amenities.

Pool wasn't working . My microwave and refrigerator wasn't working good as well. There is grills outside but when i ask front desk can i use it she didn't have no clue. By being one of Sonesta properties definitely disappointed. Definitely gonna pick different hotel next time
