Great place ! Clean and right off I -95…

All ok

I booked a king bed. When i arrived after driving for 8 hours with 2 toddlers, the front desk woman checked me in and gave me the keys. Upon entry to my room, saw that it was 2 queen beds. My children sleep with me so these beds would be too small. I went to front desk to ask for the room I reserved. Was now told they dont have it because they oversold. I asked for my money back so I could go elsewhere, explaining that i only booked this hotel because i needed the king bed. She said I can't get any money back because I booked through 3rd party. She advised me to call manager in the morning. I called hotel for next 2 days, was told no manager was available. I called orbitz customer service who called the hotel. The hotel told orbitz and I that they won't give any partial refund because i checked in to the room. I feel this is an unfair business practice because i was not told at checkin that my room wasn't available or else i would never have checked in to begin with.

Dirty, had many problems; staff has no interest in addressing issues or to even work. Also, not enough parking spaces; i had to park in a mall nearby at cracker barrel.

Their website says “Pet friendly”. My little pooch and I were here for 13-hours. She did her business outside and didn’t damage the hotel in any way. They charged me $75 for her. My fault for not reading the fine print, but still outrageous. I’ve stayed in many pet friendly hotels; none charged over $25. Some charged nothing. Some took a refundable fee. I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again.

Hotel was in need of update. Ok place to stop over on way to or from Florida.

Room was ready when we got there. Door keys were waiting for us as per early check in through Bonvoy didn’t get there until 9 o’clock at night so I have no idea what room you was breakfast in the morning left a little to be desired.

Very close to highway and shopping mall

Everything was fine except the cards to get into the room were difficult to deal with. It took 5 or 6 times each time I tried to get into the room.

Hotel room had an odor like foul meat cooking. Load noise from traffic on I95 all night.very limited choices on the breakfast bar.

We had a great stay. Thay was an excellent receptionist. The bed seems to need a replacement already. It seems so saggy that I had a backache when i woke up.

It was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was awful. Very few options and cheap.

Convenience to highway

The main problems were 1) a strong odor of cigarette smoke that hit hard as soon as we walked into the room, 2) the A/C did not blow cold air resulting in a very uncomfortable room and poor rest as we entered another day of driving, 3) there was no secondary lock as the swing bar door guard was missing the swing bar, and 4) most all of the easily accessible electrical outlets were unusable. The final straw was the complete lack of hot water at 5 am forcing us to take cold showers after a horrific night of no significant rest. Was told the General Manager would contact me and “make it right”. Got tired of waiting so I emailed her, still waiting on a reply. SAD. You would think something like this would be a high priority. I guess we just chalk it up to the continued death of customer service.

The bed wasn’t made with sheets! They had forgotten to put them on. There was a roach in the refrigerator. The next room they gave us wreaked of vomit. It was in the carpet and hadn’t been properly cleaned. The day manager was really poor.

Trash. The price of the stay I was hoping this property wouldn’t be a disappointment. Very wrong.

Checking was quick, great service. The room was confortable. Nice couch, clean. The reason I rates so low was because there's was a roach inside the bread cabinet duro breakfast, and the roach wasn't the big deal, it happens. My issues was with the attendance at front desk who didn't flinch or looked surprised or moved, he just pointed and said "She is in the Kitchen"

The staff was incredible even though another guest was yelling at them for no reason they were very professional the women was a little unhinged Renee and Brandon I believe their names were I could be wrong I meant to write it down

Great service. The front desk person was so helpful.

Short but sweet! The customer support was excellent at check-in and enjoyed my chocolate chip cookies. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very relaxing night of rest. The hotel is conveniently located near I95 and Cracker Barrel one of my favorite restaurants.
