Bed arrangement was terrible and I’d always heard the Westing was exceptional for sleeping! Very disappointed. The sheets did not stay tucked. The comforter made sleeping w/ covers way too hot, yet throwing off comforter made overall sleeping temp too chilly. The pillows were so high that one’s head had to bend at an uncomfortable angle or use no angle at all. Woke up tossing all night long.

Other than the work going on in the lobby, the hotel was fine. I think they need to ensure that they have adequate staff on check-in because, whilst I managed to check-in reasonably quickly, the number of times I passed check-in to find long queues. In fact I wanted to complete check out formalities the evening before I was leaving, as I wanted to get away early, but the queue for check-in was so long, I had to leave it, and literally check out after breakfast, when there were staff on duty

We were there for a two night stay and it was nice. There's a decent amount of space around the three pools and access to the beach is easy. Be aware though that the resort fee does not cover chair/umbrella rentals on the beach, so either bring your own or be prepared to pay extra. The restaurants on the property had good food and large portions, but you're paying for the convenience of not needing to go elsewhere. We had a maintenance issue in our room that was quickly resolved, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Everything was lovely! The only complaint was the carpets in the hallway (3rd) floor had a urine smell. Not sure if it’s from the animals. Replacing with wood /vinyl would be ideal.

Was told I’d get points for this stay but didn’t. Didn’t clean our room for two days, phone didn’t work in the room. Bath faucet was faulty. For the price, it should be all inclusive but overall it isn’t a bad stay at all

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff was great, food was wonderful and the resort and room was clean. We just had an issue with our air conditioner in our room. It was inconsistent with keeping the room cold at night. We will be going back next year.

We also took advantage of the resort's bike rentals and explored the scenic bike paths surrounding the area. The trails were beautiful and offered a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island.

We loved the comfy clean rooms-especially the fluffy pillows. We also liked how easy access to the beach and pool were. The staff was super friendly in the gift shop and when we asked for some extra towels (in our room, not the pool/beach towels.)

My daughter and I celebrated her 27th birthday! The hotel was very nice! Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was how far the elevator was from the lobby and the elevator was small. Not much management can do about that. Overall we loved it and will definitely come back!

Beware this hotel charges for alot of unnecessary fees. Carpet in hallways smells very bad it needs to be taking up. And also will not allowed u to check in early or check out late. It’s all a bunch of bull crap.

We like that the resort was on the beach and had 3 pools/1 hot tub. It had 3 restaurants (all serving almost very similar food though) and a “Starbucks” which was very quick to serve. It had a kids club that we did not use. We had also brought our dog. They have a little unfenced dog park to the side of the hotel for our dog to play and relieve himself. The resort was convenient but also quiet. Major shopping and others restaurants just a short drive away. The price we paid for our quick weekend stay was decent for a nice resort during the peak summer months.

We enjoyed the layouts of the resort, grounds and beach. We did not enjoy the added fee for chairs on the beach, the rooms were nice and clean although in a resort like this I wouldn't expect shower curtains in the bathing, our shower curtain was dirty at the bottom

Not sure if we got a subpar room because we went through a third-party but looked like wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t work properly. And room looked tired.

Upon entry the front desk clerk was very dismissive to questions and concerns on my reservation. I still haven’t been told the full story ,but I think the confusion at the front desk somehow checked me in into two rooms. It’s a shame I can’t get a straight logical answer so I have to assume. This may have been fixed if the desk and manager would have took a few seconds to hear my concerns
The check in person was rude and unfortunately my card was charged full price as well as having a full reservation already paid through Expedia.
I was told when my card was swiped for incidentals but the entire room was charged. I told the manager that extra charged hurt our vacation plans financially on the trip but my concerns were ignored.
I was told it would be returned to me in 3 days. During checkout I asked to speak to the manager that I had previously raised concerns with during check in and the same manager refused on speak to me and sent out a staffer to deal with me.
When I returned home I received an email from Expedia that the hotel told them it was my fault and my money would not be returned. I have left numerous messages for a manager or accounting to call, but all request for help or conversation with site leadership haven’t been met. I really love these properties but the way I have been treated has caused me to look at this organization differently.
Please be careful on check-in and don’t trust the site leadership when they tell you they will do something.

I loved this Resort... Had an amazing stay. Food was great. Room was beautiful. Staff was nice. The worst part for trying to get a rideshare for an early morning flight. It was impossible. Ending up spending a lot on a taxi service back to the Savannah airport... They really should offer a shutyle service. Other than that i would recommend

The beach is very nice and the resort is a great place for families. However, we had no idea how many kids were going to be on this property. We were there for our 25 year anniversary and wanted to quietly relax. At every turn there was a screaming child. The hallways are endless. We were issued a credit because there were dead bugs in our room and items were not appropriately stocked. A few items in our room also did not work. We waited for replacements prior to going out to dinner but they never arrived so we left so we would not miss our reservations. Never got the replacements. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Anne Marie who made the omelets was dedicated to her job and customer service. Abby, the restaurant manager, was friendly and made sure we got everything we needed. We had a king oceanfront balcony room and the view was nice but people kept smoking below us even though it is a non-smoking resort. Heads-up you are charged for everything! From reserved pool seats to added service charges and gratuities, the bill just kept going up and up. We got two drinks at the pool bar (and we went and got them), the total was $32 because they added both a service charge and gratuity because they handed us the drinks. We did like the fact that the Westin allowed families to bring their pets. It was nice to see them welcomed. As for the bedding, bring a pillow from home. Lastly, this resort was very expensive for what we actually received. We will not stay here again.

The room was not clean after checking in. Food stains on the top comforter! Black mold on main vent & inside the bathroom. After we were told the room would be cleaned it wasn't. They only changed the comforter. Toys & Other Items from the previous guest was still there. Upon checkout my card was over charged 800 plus dollars. Extra person fees were also added. However we had a suite with two adults & two kids! I spoke with the manger Matthew who down played the black mold which is very dangerous. But I keep pics & videos to verify whatever I reported. Spoke back with another manager I can't remember her name. She offered me 5,000 points which was never received! On top of that it is direct violation to have customers staying in rooms that contain black mold!

This property is loud. A lot of hallway noise and we could hear the children above us running and playing.

Overall a good stay but a few details missing for the price paid.
Only one robe given in the room no slippers.
Lost TV remote when room was cleaned, although it was quickly replaced.
Hair dryer was very old and low power.
Bath tub plug faulty, very slow to fill, marble edge makes bath very uncomfortable amd needs a clean and reseal.
Fridge kept bleeping to reset, worked but twice turned off and all drinks became warm.
Poor managment of poolside beds, towel out at 8am with no one sitting on them for hours whilst others wanting beds.
These were all niggly things which I wouldn't complain about but equally wouldn't expect for the cost of the room.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room and view was beautiful. Brilliant facilties overall and a relaxing safe clean family environment.

It was a little annoying that probably already have a late check in at 4 PM only to check in in the room not be ready at four with an additional hour and a half room to be ready and no accommodation for late check out. Additionally there was a dead bug in our room and the lavatory was not probably working Great property but housekeeping could use some work staff is very friendly and knowledgeable would return

The check-in process was not very smooth. Our room was not available when we arrived. We were told that someone would call us when our room was ready, but we never received a call. After waiting for an hour, we asked for the keys to our room, but it still wasn't ready. The customer service representative offered to upgrade us to a room with an ocean view, but I insisted on receiving the room that I had paid for.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were minor issues that occurred that disappointed me about a hotel that commands this price point. First, check in, towel procurement, and check out were took longer than it should have. It seems the front desk was understaffed for a holiday weekend. The cabana was just carelessness from the staff as they (3 personnel) chose to talk about an issue before addressing me. They did not ask me to wait, they just ignored me like I was not there. I was then addressed like I was a burden. Second, there was a candy wrapper on the floor of our room when we checked in. Well minor, not acceptable for a hotel at this price point. Finally, the housekeeping staff were quite loud in the morning and did not allow one to sleep in. I understand they need to turnover rooms quickly, but they could be a little more quiet.
On a positive note, the room was nice and comfortable. The hamburger was excellent and worth the price. All amenities were nice.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! Easy walk to the beach and if you get a massage I recommend the hot stone! The dining choices were somewhat lacking in terms of variety. Each restaurant had almost the same menu.
