Makhara was extremely rude to my husband and needs to complete some remedial training on how to interact with hotel visitors.

Hotel was amazing
4.1
Hotel is outstanding in all areas except one. The prices in their little coffee/cafe/pool areas are outrageous...really outrageous. Be prepared to spend large sums of money if you are hungry or thirsty.

Fridge didn’t worked! Bed was not made. Looks like a working was relaxing at work on the clock! Signs of poor management! Would come back, rather go to Omni or Marriott
4.1
Clean and The sheets smelled good which I appreciate

Everything was great, except when sitting on the toilet, it rocked side to side. I told the front desk about the issue.
Food is expensive as was the room!
Cost to park is OUTRAGEOUS!!
4.1
The hotel rooms and pool were over rated and over priced. The public spaces were excellent though.

My flight was rescheduled and I wasn’t going to arrive until the next day. I called the hotel and they called the front desk to tell them that I wouldn’t arrive that day, but rather the next day. They assured me I would still have my room when I arrived. When I showed up the next day, I learned that I had been marked as a ‘no show’ and my room was gone. Very frustrating when you have two young kids who have already had a long and bumpy travel day already.

Property was nice and the service wasn't bad. Waited 45 minutes at check-in while the clerk was in the back with his manager. When he finally returned and we pressed for an explanation he stated that they didn't have a room and had to figure out what to do. Reservation had been made and paid for 2 weeks earlier.
4.1
TV had spotty reception even after maintenance replaced remote. No local or national stations, some HBO that worked. Doesn't seem like a resort should have this problem

We brought our kids here to visit the water park, Jadewaters. This is one of the few good things I have to say about our experience.
The hotel was dated, there was hair all over the bathroom floor at check in, and the bathtub had some questionable stains. Definitely what you would expect when you pay almost 2k for 3 nights.
If you want sleep, don’t stay Friday-Sunday nights. The people downstairs were screaming and hollering until 4-5am. They were running up and down the hallways and banging on doors. When I messaged the front desk my response was “I will alert security”. Nothing happened. The noise continued. Mind you we had a 6 and 2 year old asleep in our room. I even asked if we could cancel our last night and get our money back due to the noise and our response was no because we booked through a third party.
We will not be back to this hotel. I find it absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money for a room just to be kept up all night and the hotel staff not doing anything about it.

Everything was great. Clean. Staff was nice. Jade Pool experience was great. All of it except you made us pay for PUBLIC parking. That’s a shame. To end such a good stay on something as trivial at that. You have a million spaces. You charge over $300/night. $6 for a small orange juice. $11 a bagel. Then you charge $37 to park our car? Not valet. Just a normal parking space in your lot that holds likely of hundreds of spaces. Shame on you. We are avid travelers and local staycationers. But we will never stay here again just for that. That’s just greedy. I’d rather you add an extra $37 to our room rate… than see that.

Very nice property.

I was a little disappointed that the pool and food options where so limited. The room i felt was overpriced because we had a view, well that view was a roof and a parking lot. The bathroom was so small, closing the door for use was ridiculous. The staff however where all very nice and helpful when we did talk to them or went to the Median and or the pool bar. The pool said it closed at 9pm, but why close the bar at 5 or 6pm and then turn off the music, block the rest of the pool area and no staff, no waiters and the pool side food was over priced and meant for kids, with no other options to choose from.

Amazing place

Great way to spend our anniversary. Only downside is that we could hear a crying child in the room next to us.

Really enjoyed the stay here. From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and simple. Enjoyed two days at JadeWater and an evening cocktail at SER. Will be recommending!

Very nice hotel. Only recommendation I have is when you check in, make sure your parking is paid for by the day and your hotel room key will work for the parking gate or you will have to pay everytime you leave the hotel in your vehicle.
4.1
Room with no window. Uncomfortable. It would be respectful if this information was included in the reservation description. They told me that they could move me to a room with a window for a price.
Parking was charged and information was not included either. Description was not accurate.

We stayed in the older, main tower. It was very hot. Our AC in the room was set to blow on high and on the lowest temp setting. It was still very warm and blowing cool, not cold air. The rooms were older and there was hair in the tub, but it was clean everywhere else. Just very overpriced for an outdated, uncomfortable room.
4.1
Great service, bathroom walls thin. Could hear the conversation of neighbor in bathroom. Beautiful suite.
4.1
Nothing to rant and rave about, this place could use a lot of improvement

Amazing art collection through the hotel. Water park was well maintained and staff was awesome. They had a movie for all the kids Saturday night in one of the ballrooms. I will say…parking and food onsite was pricey and mediocre.

Have stayed at this property 1-2 year for years . The lady at check in was very rude and on check out the young girl never said one word about thanks for coming , how did you enjoy your stay nothing . I have never experienced such rude check in help at this Hilton and will not be back . Also The adult pool is no longer for adults . It’s very small and children jumping in ,sitting at bar . They have a kids area , lazy river , and slides but now they are allowed in adult pool too . This was anniversary wknd and last time we were there children weren’t allowed in that pool . Not a great get away for couples anymore . Also self parking is now $48 a day that’s ridiculous . The Gaylord Texan will get our money next time we are looking for resort atmosphere

This hotel is awesome. The pool area was just what my daughter needed and the many other activities kept her entertained even when not in the pool. Food here was just ok nothing to really brag about. My overall stay was great

I like this hotel and always in dallas I stay here

The in room dining was a joke. I was so shocked with the portion of my $27 pasta dish. That alone will keep me from recommending this hotel or ever staying again. Very disappointed.

Was expecting more from this property, but it is dated and worn looking. Upholstery on chairs dirty and worn. Shower caulk moldy and messy. Nightstands chipped. Furniture and carpets very dated, maybe original from 25 or more years ago. Shower did work well though and appreciated the double sinks. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Everything was perfect, from dinner at SER to the pool, lazy river, swim up bar, other dining options, valet, sculpture park, valet parking and super nice Valet people(Mark-i think or Mike) & Abraham at the front desk check-in..superfriendly staffand amazing service all around..I just keep visiting.3rd time this year.

Fabulous hotel! First class all the way! Great waterpark for young children. Staff were all very friendly from bell hop to front desk to restaurant to water park. We will definitely come back next year

The resort pool was amazing! Staff was limited but helpful. Facility in great condition

This was our first time staying at this property and probably our last. I regret paying the extra money to stay here. I have 2 small children and tried to call and see if I could check in early so they could nap. I NEVER got anyone to answer the phone and had to use the text service. However, I was told my room would be ready after noon. I arrived at 1:30pm and waited in line for 30min. Everyone in line was extremely upset with how long check in took and how unorganized it was. When it was finally my turn I was told my room was not ready. I showed the clerk my text message proof that the room should be ready. He said he would give me a handicapped room that would be the same set up. I asked if the room would still have a pull out bed, and he said yes. However, it did NOT have a pull out bed or couch. AGAIN, I tried to call and could not reach anyone. I had to hunt down someone to request a portable bed.
After that we went to the water park which was EXTREMELY crowded. I was also put off by the fact that you are expected to pay for chairs at the pool. There are VERY few chairs that aren’t reservation only. I was really expecting a relaxing weekend and this was not it.
We usually go to the Gaylord Texan and we were wishing we had just gone there again.
I will not be recommending this hotel.

If you are in the Dallas area this is by far the best hotel to stay at. Very clean and great amenities, highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

WOW! Blown away by the Anatole in Dallas! I have not been there is years and was concerned that it may not be that nice. Especially since the price was so reasonable. It could not have been any better! Staff was friendly, hotel was beautiful and water park was a blast. Took 3 grand daughters and they loved it.

Center of downtown Dallas, convenient to get in and out of to other locations. The valet was quick and convenient. Only negative, no one answered the desk service bellmen, or concierge, and the valet text service was down our whole stay. So, no customer service in that regard. Also, other than a limited QR code, it was hard to find what the hotel actually provided or where. No room service after bfast until 5pm. Otherwise, clean, well kept rooms and otherwise good service. SER restaurant was nice dining experience.
