I couldn't use the phone or watch tv there wifi wasn't working correctly the fire alarm went off 5/6 nobody called to see if everything was ok because phone didn't work or nobody came to see if everything was ok I've been to hotels were fire alarms go off in they get everyone out of rooms. This was our second stay here, very friendly and attentive staff. The spa was a welcomed treat after a long drive from Santa Barbara. Very well appointed with towels available at the pool site, and many lounge chairs that were clean and comfortable. I like the fact that you have to use your room card for entry in and out of the spa facility as well as the elevators. It makes you feel safe!

As a choice hotels member I will not be staying there any more. You might as well go to a cheaper motel, the rooms will be bigger, more amenities and there at least the prostitutes and their clientele are a well known element that is easily avoided instead of at this Radisson. Not only were prostitutes everywhere, they seemed to be there with the blessing of employees at the hotel. Its a shame because the place itself has been renovated and alot of things seem new but the feel of it was more cheap motel than hotel. Garbage everywhere pimps and hookers doing things openly with no regards to guests with families or kids, garbage everywhere and to top it all off they have a deal going with local tow companies and will go around towing cars that have not been issued a permit. I was very lucky with that since at the time the so called security guard got out of his girlfriends car to check cars for permits I had just stepped out of the cramped two queen room to grab something from my car and ran into him, he seen that I was obviously staying and asked why I had no permit. When I told him that I didnt even know I needed one he said that I would need to go get one ASAP as in another 15 minutes he will be checking again and all cars with no permits in the parking lot are getting towed. It seemed unrealistic that they would tow multiple cars at once but targeting one person every once in a while isnt that far fetched. STAY AWAY FROM HERE WASTE OF MONEY

The hotel was in a convenient location for food and close to 6 flags park. I wasnt impressed with how they cleaned the room. You could tell it was clean but done fast, there was dirt on the shower floor and some food on the floor by the mirror in the bedroom. Besides that it was nice for the price. The pool area was nice and open late. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent too. Would stay there again with my family.

They area is very inviting the hotel connects to a plaza with many restaurants and shopping stores, including starbucks, target, panda express, etc. The service is very meh the owners seem young and are very rude when asked anything. My first time there and normally you have to request for towels at the front so i asked if we could receive some towels for the pool the young boy man responded with the worse attitude, "uh they're not outside? " rolling his eyes. Only to arrive to zero towels by the pool. The property is nice just the customer service is really poor.

It was worth the price we paid for one night. Noises outside were easily heard inside and at all hours (the entrance to your hotel room is on the outside of the building. The shower looked dirty but was just dark marks on the surface of basin, and would leak water onto the floor in a large amount. This seems to be known by the staff who quickly tried to dismiss me when I thought I was informing them.

There were several vehicles with strange men parked in them until the early morning hours. This location does not feel safe for a woman traveling alone or people with children. The staff was lovely and if not the for element staying there and around the location, this could be a much better stay.

Room was exceptionally big, 2 TVs and a kitchenette area. Front desk very helpful and nice breakfast (immaculate area). Even tho signs posted no smoking within 50 ft of building, there were still people smoking on the balcony and pot smell really strong. Wont stop our staying here again, just explaining why not 5 stars

I was in a bad situation they where not empathetic or kind... They tried to charge me a $150 deposit after I paid online. I couldn't even stay there because of a horrible situation and the rep from Expedia is trying to help get my deposit back. I'm great ful for him working for me and I'm disappointed in the customer service from this hotel.

The room itself was nice. But I don’t think the sheets were cleaned between guests. It looked like there was dirt on the bed but the biggest reason is that there was nerds candy on the bed. Of course it was late when I noticed this and I had put my kids to bed so I couldn’t ask for new sheets. And then my son woke up with bites all over him! They look like mosquito bites but they’re only on him and there are over a dozen and we were only where one night. Plus the room smelled funny. It went away when we turned the air on but when we were packing up we could smell it again. The breakfast was good. A variety of food. Front desk was nice.

We arrive check In. They charge me a "$150.00" fee of incidentals and I had a service dog accompany my associate I work with. No A/C on. Turn on A/C put items in room, go to dinner. Come back room still hot and tv volume will not work. Front desk comes tries to fix no success. Did get tv off. Room still hot A/C turned down as low as it will go. Leave in morning. Come back with a box fan and room still HOT. Thank goodness it was cool outside. We put fan in window until we went to sleep removed from window and left fan on high all night with A/C running also. They had fixed the TV remote. In the Morning room still HOT! call front desk they say they will have it looked at. Come back A/C still off and still HOT.. Open back up window to pull in cool air until dark. Still no cold air comes out of A/C. No closet to hang clothes, no toilet paper holder in bathroom, They only come in & remove trash & clean room if you stay over 3 nights/4 days. Go up in morning to check out ask for a discount because of all the problems & hot nights sleep. They cannot help me because I booked through Expedia. So I know have to contact Expedia and fight for sone kind of discount for the hot room. Customer service was poor in dealing with fixing the A/C.

Very small room, shower door was very inconvenient (there was no second door and the water kept coming out and its not covering the vottom all the way so it flooded the outside of the shower), wanted to make some coffee there was no plug nearby and the cord was 1ft long so I had to relocate the coffee machine near a plug.. Do not like the idea of the "closet" being in the bathroom.
