We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but everyone was nice and the place was clean. It was nice to have a hot breakfast every morning!

The dust on the air vents was so thick it was crazy. The dust was also going across the ceiling. Down by the fridge was so nasty. We spilled something and went to clean it up and down by the fridge in the cabinet really needs to be clean. There was no small garbage bags in any of the garbage cans.

Great place to stay. Free covered parking garage, kick back in the evening with snacks and 3 free beers was a nice bonus. Restaurant on site was good and the 2 dollar shuttle to the Enterprise center for a concert we were going to was great. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.

The stay was great. This is the perfect place to stay if you want free parking for your trip and plan to walk and explore the downtown area. Nothing is more than a 30-minute walk from the hotel. Arch is a 30-minute walk, but City Museum is only a 10-minute walk. The service was amazing. The staff I regularly saw in the afternoon and into the evening were extremely friendly and helpful. For the price and the perks, I didn't have any complaints.

Just a get-away for a couple days. The Pear Tree is right in the heart of STL, and it offered great service and amenities. Great room, good breakfast in the morning, very nice hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely go back there.

Quick friendly check in. Lobby room and halls were clean. Overal decent for just a one stay. Breakfast was not great amd very crowded and chaotic. Could be setup differently. Pool are was ok, but once again crowded with kids and smelled of weed. (Coming from patio we think)

King size room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There were no problems with noise. The pool was warm and clean. Friendliness and service from the staff was fantastic. The location is perfect for visiting the historic train station, City Park And walkable to nightlife. The beer and wine hour in the evening was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast food was hit and miss, the biscuits and gravy were delicious, but some of the other items like the waffles and eggs were typical budget hotel quality. I was very pleased and will stay here again soon!

Great place to stay. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Quincy miracle and Reggie were awesome at check-in. The breakfast was the best I have ever eaten at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The hotel is located close to many points of interest, some you can even walk to. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

The room wasn't quite what we thought. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked and we had a hard time finding the microwave and refrigerator. Room was very plain and old looking. The drapes were filthy.

Reggie at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. There was a shuttle at the attached restaurant that took us to the game and back for a very reasonable fee. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great stay!

Check-in was great and the staff were very friendly. Parking was atrocious. The garage is very tight and maneuvering a full sized pickup is extremely challenging. If you have a small car, you should be fine. If you drive a full size SUV or truck, be prepared to wiggle or have to find alternative parking. The mattresses felt old and were canoed. The pillows felt similarly old, broken down, and would they not hold any shape. The room, hallways, dining area, and pool were all very clean and the staff were phenomenal, but I would not come back due to the parking situation and the beds.

The staff was so friendly - especially Quincy who made sure to check in with me every day of my stay to make sure everything was going well. Even though everything else with my trip was incredibly stressful, my stay absolutely was not. Plus they give you 3 free drinks (beer or wine) every night during happy hour, so that was fantastic.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. We had a suite so lots of room. Everyone from front desk to breakfast workers to manager were all really friendly and helpful. Will stay again when we come to this area.
