I had a excellent experience during my stay.

When I checked in I was informed that I was billed incorrectly by Expedia and had to pay an additional $32. The room looked nothing like displayed on Expedia App.

The staff is rude, and they dont try to help u in amyway, i had to get another hotel room, i wouldnt recommend this hotel to an animal

Not much good to say about place. Worst place I have ever stayed. The clerk on duty was very nice.

I had a very bad experience. I booked an accessible room but when I arrived the lady at the front desk said she only saw a standard room under my reservation and there were no accessible rooms available. It was a bit late so I had no choice but to stay there. I believe there was a miscommunication on the part of OYÓ hotels reservations and the front desk. Also, the area did not feel safe.

Booked the room at 11:46 pm and when I got there no one was there called several times and got no answer looks like it was an abandoned building very disappointed and want my outback for a place I couldn’t even get check into

This is, by far, the worst hotel I have even been, period. I should have read the reviews. Room was infested of cockroaches. There was not even a TV available, no hot water, no clean bathrooms. I was so ashamed of myself for booking there and taking my son with me, specially after hearing moaning noises from one adjacent room, and then a fight in another. Do not believe any of the pictures they show.

Roach hotel... had to buy traps because they were everywhere and still pouring out of every crack even though they were piling up from the poison traps. Bad ac, 10 year old towels, busted toilet, dingy with poor lighting, roaches in the drawers fridge and microwave. Parking a nightmare, parking lot looks like someone blanket bombed it and felt like it. 1/2 of the rooms vacant and in shambles. Vagrants or transient people living or squatting in the area and rooms. Front desk unavailable by phone or in person half the time. No pool, no amenities, nothing in any good shape.

I want to say that the receptionists was very nice. The pictures that are in expedia to have an idea how the rooms look like and the hotel is nothing close on reality. The pictures that expedia are way nicer. The rooms don't look like that, they are way older. The hotel needs a major fixing. Honestly, the hotel is falling apart. At night I guess the next door guest was smoking, and all the smell of cigarette went to my room. And it was soo creepy looking hotel when I got there, that I didn't feel safe.

Smelled like feet. Had bugs. Many broken windows in the property. A lot of litter about. Empty pool. They've been pestering for a review for a week, including direct text messages, so here it is.

Pool had no water but hopefully next time I stay I can go swimming!! The stay was great though and the staff was great!

Conditioner Could not be turned down to make the room cooler so it was extremely hot. The tv was being a pain in the ass.

The lobby stank of cigarette smoke, the walls were paper thin and the people in the room next door kept us up until about 2 am with their noise, and there was no working TV service.

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I was not given enough time to cancel. I have the insurance for the booking and all I feel is I get a runaround when I call the hotel didn’t have a proper lock on the room door. I sat on the bed, and the bed almost flipped over, the curtain had burn marks on the window overall, the room seemed dirty. We ended up having to get another hotel room somewhere else and did not stay and now I am trying to get a refund for at least partial or all of my stay, which I paid in advance will never go back there .

This hotel was been the most horrendous horror movie type of scenario I’ve ever experienced.

this place is a dump, had to take my shower in flip flop, the bed was clean and confortable, fridge smell like mold, pool was closed for being to disgusting, shaddy character outside during the night

Place was sketchy. We canceled at checkin. Did not stay . In the checkin process we were told there was no internet access in one of the rooms we booked. So we did not stay there at all

Might be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Reserved a King and got a filthy two queen room. Was asked at check-in if I wanted a TV. I said “yes” and got a dirty look (like I’m high maintenance). TV in the room didn’t work and there was no remote. The tub was running all night, couldn’t shut it off. I didn’t shower because the tub was dirty and I wasn’t sure if I was current on my hepatitis vaccine. The beds were clean (I think) but were WELL used. Some kids must’ve been using them as trampolines or something. A couple of outlets in the room were not working and the light switches by the sink were acting goofy…probably wired by the plumber… We kind-of slept for a few hours (kept my .45 next to me all night) then checked out early the next morning. Front desk didn’t open until sometime after 9am so I dropped the key in a UHaul drop box and left the manager a message on their after hours phone.

We did not even stay once we checked in because it was so disgusting. The pictures on the website are nothing like the property. It was scary and we did not feel safe. Pretty sure there are drugs being sold here. I prepaid for the hotel lesson learned.

We would not recommend this place. We didn’t feel safe. Trash was left out for a day and a half outside by the trash bins. There was a pile of things under the stairwell-clothing, unmatched shoes and food trash. It was there for three days before it got picked up. Nobody is at the front desk you have to call them and they will come in. Our toilet quit flushing so we called and met him at the desk asking for a plunger and they said they would bring one up later. We left- a day earlier than expected but we couldn’t handle it anymore. rooms are in bad shape. The pool is a duckpond with trash and green. Our
