526 / 5 000 Nice hotel, nice location, clean, very friendly staff, nice beach. But needs a renovation. Weird room layout with two bedrooms and no living room and a veranda door almost behind the bed. We had booked and paid for 6 nights in advance, but changed plans and left after 5. I was aware that we would not get a refund for the last night. But it was very disappointing that we had to pay resort fee and parking for the night we were not there. The breakfast was decent enough, but no more and it is not very environmentally friendly with disposable cutlery and plates

Our 2nd stay here and we plan to come back. Room was very nice for us, it had easy access to the beach and to the local restaurants. Front desk and valet teams were great. We highly recommend going here.

The staff... AMAZING!! ESP the manager Derrick, the front desk staff, Esp Ashley, the pool and resort staff all of them! Esp Mackennedy. Pleasantly surprised by Zoe grill.. great food and drinks. Great staff there as well. I am tryly blown away by the courtesy from the staff to the valet and everyone inbetween. They made such a great experience. The rooms need alot of work though. Space was good. Everything needed. But needs to be refurbished and needs to be maintenanced. Otherwise it w as s great. The people made the place. Few experiences where people have been this amazing.

On our first day we woke the bed sheet had human feces on it. On our last day they closed the pool whole day, supposedly to be 2 hrs, wasted all our day waiting on it. Terrible customer service, manager even didn’t bother to give personal apologies.

This hotel is old and there was constant construction would have been nice to know ahead of time pool wasn’t available for full day and out door area closed off with yellow tape for several days. Bathrooms were old tight and the rooms smelled musty. The parking fee and hidden resort fees at checkout added an additional $65 per day. The breakfast was unappetizing and limited in options. Stay clear, if I knew of hidden fees before hand I would have stayed somewhere much nicer.

Property needs updates which I think they've started. Room was fairly cleaned. There were dirty spots throughout. Old furniture and outdated rug and light fixtures were very evident. Although it has to be noted that it was very convenient having washer and dryer in the room. Also, full size fridge and small stive with available dishes and silverware were a big plus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Valet parking staff were always on point and very helpful. The staff is keeping this place alive.

The property is very nice. Hotel rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is great with rotating options and some constant staples. Pool fills up early, be sure to claim your spot. Beach is nice and less busy than the pool. The valet guys are awesome! Great and polite staff are everywhere. This is my second time coming here and I’d come back again. Great times!

I like this hotel because is very close to beach, 1-2 minutes walk and our room was partially beach view.I don’t like mandatory valley parking and charge you $30/ night, their pool is closed at 8. I think is very early to close the pool specially in summer.

The facility is looking a little tired, but the staff was helpful and courteous, breakfast was fine. Access to beach and pool were it's finest points. We rented a car which was necessary for dining, grocery shopping, and non-beach activities. The room was spacious with a an equipped kitchen area. Over all a good value proposition.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The pool area was well kept and not too deep which we liked, since we were there with our small children. The valet parking attendants were excellent! didn't have to wait long for our vehicle. However, I felt like the valet fee is a bit steep, $34 a day plus taxes. I was not aware of the cost of the valet parking until I got there, which is my fault. But I still think is a bit pricey. When it came to lunch or dinner, I felt like there were not many options in the menu to pick from and the prices were a bit high plus the fact they charge a service & tax fee. Overall, our stay was ok.

I love my experience in this hotel, I came to take few days of vacation with my husband also have more days of honeymoon, and he keeps repeating what a great hotel I chose and how perfect is the spot of the hotel. The views, the pool, the vibe are amazing and the staff are very nice as well. The only thing that I can say that could be better is the breakfast, besides that we love everything.
