For the money, this place has a lot of bang for the buck! Rooms are small but all renovated and are nicely done!! Staff was friendly and service was really good. We would definitely stay here again for the price. Great location as well!

We arrived very late and were greeted by a friendly lady who got us checked in quickly. Room was clean. Had a slight smell. Beds are basic and comfortable. Nice and dark. Great shower with good water pressure and heat. Breakfast was typical scrambled eggs meat potatoe waffle coffee cereal fruit. Parking felt safe. All in all a good choice

The deposit amount is excessive. I paid less than half that amount for the room. The night clerk kept telling us things are stolen including TVs. This made me think the hotel is not monitored and not safe. Other than that, motel was clean and breakfast was good.

Shower enclosure was weird, tv didnt work, cable box was dangling ended up unplugging and plugging it back in to get to work. Remote was so weak wouldn't work unless you were less than 3 feet away. Was gone all morning for a tournament, room wasnt cleaned while gone. Then after all that the hotel charges me a erroneous fee without any explanation.

We frequent Mesa and this is our go-to place. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect and the bed/pillows are very comfortable.

The room is cleaned every day which I appreciate very much. Everyone is friendly to the guests. Very fast and easy check in every time I have stayed. I will definitely keep coming back.

Stopover on our travel. Good spot with shopping and restaurants close by. Place was quiet. Basic but good breakfast was provided. Would stay there again.

The front desk individual was rude; especially when tell me that it was needed for a $100.00 deposit that is charged. My card was even charged the day before when i told them I would pay at check-in because i was using a different card.

We didn’t stay long, but the room walls were thin. You would have zero privacy for conversation. The area where you sleep was updated and in decent condition. Somehow we ended up with a handicapped bathroom. Not sure how because I didn’t register for that. But, the bathroom shower itself was in very poor condition. Very rundown. Luckily, we were two adults and didn’t need the room for more than one night nor did we need a shower. Front staff was nice.

It was one of the weirdest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Weird rooms, a super small stand up show like you would find on a cruise ship and the bed was very hard and the bed frame was metal. So every move was so loud. Would have rather spent the extra $15 to stay anyplace else

Nice quiet location on the edge of a partially abandoned shopping mall. There are a lot of temporary workers staying here so they are coming and going at all hours. All in all a nice place for the money.

Front desk staff was excellent. We had trouble with our tv only getting one channel and the clerk immediately came in and found out the cable box had fallen behind the tv and fixed the issue. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and hot.

Stayed here to get a good rest before an early morning flight out of Mesa Gateway. Would be a 3 hour drive from my place due to rush hour traffic. Sketchy people in/around hotel. Some common areas not very clean. Room was okay, clean, but could use an update. Room was right across from elevator which turned out to be no noise issue. The ice machine was also next to it which was a major issue. Woken up se real times by the noise of the machine being used, even at 3 am. At check out the clerk couldn’t figure out how to email my receipt. Got an old school printed copy as I need for work. Kinda noisy with cars screeching tires and loud mufflers tearing around mall parking lot next door. Definitely not a restful sleep before my early flight.

This is fine for a night. The property is located almost within a mall parking lot, so it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was fine and included - in and out and less than 24 hours. I don't think I'd want to stay here for more than that, just isn't that nice but it is clean enough.

I would have rated it 5 stars for the 4 days we were there, but one day they didnt clean our room and we needed towels and shampoo and the trash cans were filled already. The staff was polite and the motel was very nice, as was breakfast.

This was an easy overnight stay. Hotel was fabulous from check-in to check-out. It smelled fabulous and everything was clean. I loved the location too. It was close to a mall, restaurants and Walmart. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Other guests were very loud until 10:30 pm. Also, I paid extra for a king size bed and they gave me a queen. When I asked for an adjustment, they said to take it up with Expedia.

Better than my last stay here. Still not bicycle friendly, which is important to me. Your bike has to stay outside. Good value for the price. Directly across from the mall and behind a strip mall. Walmart around the corner.
