The service at the hotel was amazing. The front desk staff and the women who maintained the breakfast area were so nice. Our only complaints were the shower, the pillows, and the restaurant/breakfast. Our shower floor was very stained or dirty. The bottom was black. The pillows are down and went flat so easily. The breakfast was basically a continental breakfast and not worth an additional charge of $15.00. It was great that they have a bar and some bar food for folks that don't want to go out.

I made sure that my reservation was confirmed and hotel.com reaed it was. I received an email from Double Tree to confirming that the reservation. The day we were to travel to Oregon, again I called hotel.com and I was confirmed that it was but then when I called Double Tree, this time I was told that there was no reservation made in my name. I called hotel.com to let them know of the issue but they can't fix the problem issue I was rebooked to a different hotel but I have to pay extra because of a late reservation which to no fault of my own. hotel.com should have paid the extra charges. Really disapointed.

Room smelled like mold. They couldn’t put us in another room. Booked a king they only had queen beds. Room was dirty. They gave us a bottle of Lysol to help with smell.

The shower head is at the ceiling level so you cant reach to adjust it! On the flip side the toilet was so low it was almost like being in a daycare for 3/4 year olds!

We were not offered the cookies when checking in. Also, it reeked of weed around the reception area. And also very strong perfume. When arriving to our room, it had an old funky smell to it. Almost like smelly feet or dirty wet socks. It wasn’t super terrible so I was able to endure for 1 night. Fridge had frost in the back. Lady at the front sent someone to fix. I think the maintenance person turned down the temp as it seems maybe the fridge was overworked. Told him it’s whatever as we were only staying one night. Lots of dark stains on the lamp shades and even some weird residue on the tables next to the bed. There was work that was being done in the stairways and half painted walls. The place seems pretty old and needs extensive remodeling. As we were leaving hotel, I asked the younger lady at the front if we could get some cookies as we were not offered any at check in. She didn’t seem to care. I said we had 4 people. She pulled open her drawer and said they only had 3. She didn’t even offer to make more or anything. And they were stale and gross. Will not be back at this Doubletree location.

We enjoy double tree property hotels overall. Just this location does check out at 11am all other locations we’ve stayed do 12pm checkout. Other than that is a clean quiet hotel.

Clean rooms, walls a bit thin you could hear other people next door. We got woken open in the middle of the night from next door baby crying. Toilet was so noisy when flushing the toilet. Room service breakfast was really good.

The room was okay. There was not a bathtub and I was very disappointed. This property has two towers and I was way on the end without knowing. I had my foot in a brace and felt like I was being punished. My room was the furthest from the front desk. I had to pay for parking which seemed ridiculous as there was nothing sharing the parking lot. The room felt damp and musty.

This property needs to be updated. In the room the ottomans were old peeling fake leather. Eveytime my grandchild touched the ottoman its wouper was lifted half way up the wall from a flood. Front desk staff were great! Check-in was easy. Paid for breakfast with the room, supposed to end at 10 AM - got down to the breakfast room at about 9:40- almost no food left. Got a few scraps. We asked about it at the front desk and the hospitality lady, said we were late getting there! Not true. Front desk waived one of our fees to compensate, which was nice him.
