Booked a one night stay-cation and used the room during the day as part of a bachelorette celebration. The staff went over and above in providing extra refreshments for the celebration and was very accommodating to my requests.

The bathroom was so small my husband literally couldn’t use the facilities without very awkward positioning. The air was broken and we couldn’t adjust the heat down, which made it impossible to sleep at night, and since it was below freezing at night, was too cold to open the window to cool down the room. Employees are excellent though.

Nice stay with friendly staff, always happy to give directions or recommend restaurants. Location is great with easy access to shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll away from the lake.

We booked a junior suite. The room was clean and comfortable enough but we were surprised to find the furniture and the bed head in a very worn and tatty condition. This is unacceptable at any price but at CHF620 per night is very poor. We won’t return.

I booked club rooms and wasn’t too happy with the rooms themselves. The hotel needs some updating, there is no club lounge but we did get breakfast. The location is decent, it’s inside a business area, but an easy walk to the old town area.

Fast and courteous check in. Spacious, clean and well appointed Jr. Suite but not really large enough for an extra bed comfortably. Felix was very helpful and our waiter Davissen at the restaurant was simply the best waiter we have ever had the pleasure to know. He made our last night in Switzerland very special.

Great location, walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenic views. Customer service was superb! Felix Schluter was so pleasant and accommodating with all of our needs. Switzerland is a beautiful, friendly and clean city and when we come back, we will be staying here!

The hotel in general was fine and well located near the main turistic areas. The staff very friendly anh helpful to aid in reserving restaurants . The only thing is that the size of the bathroom was too small the shower!!! Good closet nice bed and coffee machine, The restaurant for buffet for breakfast is good because they were different menus to choose, The service prompt and friendly.

Nice hotel and generally a good standard, situated just a little bit away from the main shopping area, but within easy walking distance.The room was good, the restaurant okay. The bar area we didn’t use that looked okay.

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance of many things in Zurich... Lake Zurich about two blocks away, Grossmunster, St. Peter, etc. We walked to Storchen Zürich for dinner along the river and had a nice evening walk back to the hotel. We didn't realize the hotel had valet parking and found our own parking nearby. Most of the streets are one way so be careful because you may drive several blocks out of your way if you're not careful. Hotel is very modern with all the amenities. We will stay there again when we return to Zurich!

The location is great, room is nice, yet really annoyed me that no internet connection was included in the room price (at this price level do you really need to charge 19 chf for the internet???) and had to ask for a code, register it etc. instead of just have a card in the room with the complimentary internet access codes. The breakfast was so-so, albeit expensive at 40 chf. Otherwise the room was great, the restaurant was nice even with fine dining standards, so all in all OK.

Hotel is close to Zurich's main city attractions. Reasonably clean hotel but 39 swiss franks for breakfast is outrageous. 18 swiss franks per day for in room wi fi. They do however offer free wi fi in the lobby.

We were in Zurich at the time of the Basel fair when all the hotels were booked and very expensive. This hotel was great was a great value. The price was very competitive compared to other hotels, the hotel itself was very nice. Services such as business center were very convenient, breakfast buffet was very good. The location of the hotel is in the business district but that's just a short walk from the main sites. I would definitely recommend this place.

For a 4 star Sheraton very disappointed. The bathroom was so small that you could not even stand in there to have a shave and I am a very slim guy.

The female receptionist was very welcoming and she even upgraded me without me asking. She was very helpful and pleasing in her cooperation and speeding my check In process. But the unfortunate thing was the No Turn Down service in the evening not sure if it was the hotel normal procedures or only cause it was Saturday. Other than that I liked the hotel.

Stay here in august and Ac was inadequate to maintain comf. Temp, hotel supplied portable unit but it was loud and didnot work properly,No free wifi in room,located in business district so restaurants close early,15 walk to old town for a better selection of places to eat and night life
