Probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! The tv, frig, micro & a/c didn’t work! BUT it came on (all of them) at 2:30am! The place was a mess inside & out!

Just needed a place to sleep overnight while visiting family.. hotel promise to have microwave .(no microwave) Kirk did say he would bring one up..had to go downstairs to heat food..couldn't call on the phone because the phone was disconnected.

This hotel was not fancy but was worth the cost. While it was not fancy it was clean and the staff were great.. it's location is very good with lots of food choices and stores. It is located near the cruise port which was our reason for staying there. The shuttle to the ship was an unexpected bonus. We would stay there again.

We were able to check in early which was a bonus for us. There was no coffee pot in room, but coffee in lobby with muffins. Lobby was nice as was staff. Fridge in room was clean and cold. Beds were comfortable which was surprising. Considering we were on a main street, we were able to sleep well. The view from our room was great. There was construction going on, but it stopped early, they were done before we got back to our room around 4 pm.

This was the perfect place to stay the night before a cruise. It's super close, clean, relatively comfortable, and there are a ton of places to eat. They offer a free shuttle to the World Cruise Center in San Pedro. The staff is wonderful!

The hotel location is great. Right in the middle of town and near the port. It is an older hotel but the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Pros: room was clean, firm bed, hot water, shuttle to cruise port Cons: no insulation to keep noise out on an extremely major street, tired looking rooms, breakfast was prepackaged pastries, no place to sit, surrounding areas looked worn. We would not return.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. The free transfer to the cruise terminal was an amazing bonus. Great value for the money!

Our stay was comfortable. The location was good and had a lot of places within walking distance Also catching an Uber was quick and easy. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The pool area was a little dirty but otherwise the property was good for a quick overnight stay before a cruise.

Your properties reeked of urine from the hallways to the rooms. I was in the room for five minutes and was bit by something please remodel your rooms or close your doors. It is hideous.

I never even received a room key. The machine was down that made keys, so I had to be let in each time I left my room. The gentleman was very friendly and apologetic, but it was not a good experience. There were no lamps in the room. It was barren and creepy.

I do not want this review to reflect poorly on the staff that helped us. They were super nice and very accommodating. However the pictures that I saw through Expedia showed rooms in better condition that what we had. The floors are in rough shape, the refrigerator leaked and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. At least is was clean and the hand lotion was nice. Note that they do not really have late check out. Again, staff was nice, but the rooms are far more run down than what the pictures show.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. It felt like a half way house. It looked like one too. The smell of cigarettes linger in the halls. We asked for nonsmoking. There are no nonsmoking rooms in this whole place. As we walked to our room, we noticed many people hanging out on the stairs.

Very noisy, you can hear all the neighbors, noise from Other rooms, AC not working well, and towels and bed linens with spots. Mattress very uncomfortable. Breakfast is only chips and cookies. Parking included is the only plus.

We got what we paid for m. Was there for a night, so we managed. The parking lot was sketchy, but when we checked in noticed there are a ton of cameras, so felt a bit better. There was at least one short term resident, but sure there were more. I didn’t know that would be the case, so people basically hanging out. Would not have booked a room because I had children with me.

The room had a strange smell. We stayed only for a night. The color sheet which is on top of bed, had a black spot, and they did not care to put a new clean one. The property is old, visible signs of the same. Cleanliness was ok though looking at the sync which was missing a stopper. The small small things made it feel not so nice. For a price upward of 130 USD I expected a better hotel. Giving more rating since the Staff at counter in the night and in the morning were friendly, professional and good.
