Overall our stay was a short layover and good for what we were doing. Any longer stay would have been uncomfortable. This place needs a major update. Room smell musty and everything is dated. The property is a little confusing with multiple buildings very close to one another. Also the parking is terrible. Nothing is striped and the weird building layout makes it hard to understand.

A pleasant place to stay. Accessible outlets and USB ports make it easy to recharge devices. The restaurant connected to the property is a big plus, serving breakfast from a menu rather than the typical hotel morning buffet. Although it is open only for breakfast, there are other restaurants and fast food choices along Main Street.

Property was run down and smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed coverings and pillows had spots on them. The shower was spraying just as much water over the shower curtain as it was inside the shower therefore getting my clean clothing wet and was dripping from the ceiling (did not know till i was finished with shower)!! Was on the cheaper side of pricing but was not worth what I paid.

Key was not working, have to go back to the front lobby which is in another building to get a new working key. Staff was good but a trip back to the another building after a tiresome trip is not fun.

The hotel employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very tired after 6 very busy days in Yellowstone and got a good night’s sleep so we could continue on home. Very relaxing stay and night. Expedia said there was a continental breakfast, but the desk clerk told me immediately that was not the case. There is a restaurant next door on the property, but not open for dinner. There are also other restaurants nearby.

Staff was great, but definitely not prepared for being completely booked. We stayed for 7nights and had to ask for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't really cleaned then, we put out our own garbage and got our own towels. But like I said, the staff that I dealt with were always friendly and great to talk with and were still smiling at end of day!!!

There was only one ice machine for the entire building and it was always out of ice. There is no elevator. While that's not a problem for me, it was a little difficult for my elderly mother. Perhap i also missed that they didn’t have one when i booked. Took forever to check in! Almost 30 minutes! Someone from the front desk, has to physically go check on the cleaners to see what rooms are ready.

We only stayed one night, but the manager recommended a wonderful local restaurant that couldn’t be beat, and the coupons for breakfast left us with full stomachs and great flavors for $14. It was a relaxing stay and we loved the cleanliness and care provided.

The king size pillows had standard pillowcases. Asked for them to be changed. Did not get done. One window did not have a screen. The building key card lock on our building did not work. Curtain hem was ripped.

Never write reviews however this is an execption it was that bad...Especially having paid almost $500.00 for a 2 night stay in an outdated, dirty, and unconcerning staff! Overall poor. From the start of a 2 night stay, check in receptionist was rude, then checked us in to a room that was smoke filled with marijuana. Immediately went to request another room and encountered another mother and daughter returning from their checked in room with the same complaint! Not surprised, she assigned secondary rooms. As we entered our second assigned room, there was no smell of drugs, however there was hair all over the bathroom floor and sink, no hand towels, one bath towel, and one washcloth, a remote control that was cracked in half and without batteries. Felt we needed to check the bedding before we got in them and wore our shoes at all times, just was not visibly clean. Coffee in the front common area was nice the following a.m, but was another worker at that point. Second morning was the rude employee from the day prior stated "Um ,ya I dont do coffee" There are coffee makers in the room (ours had mold at bottom of pot) was not going to use it. Overall very poor, Wyndham should not have their name attached to this property and should screen their employees. Two pluses...one morning staff that was pleasant and was happy to do her job, as it does state there is coffee service in common areas, secondly surprisingly was quiet.

Pretty outdated, not very secure—external doors propped open every time we came and went despite closing them behind us. Just overall very dated. Weeds everywhere. Not enough parking by the buildings.

The hotel was overall good. However, staffing was not great. When we checked in the lady seemed flustered. When we went to get our coupons the next day, the gentleman said we had been marked as no shows. We put the 'maid service' tag on our door on the third day and nothing was done. I also had an additional guest in our room due to a late change in plans. The room sleeps 4 but they only wanted to give us one meal/drink coupons since I had only put 1 guest when the reservation was made. Overall, definite room for improvement.

My wife and I stayed in Lander for several days in June of 2024. While this is an older property, it was clean and well maintained. The only negative was when one of the housekeeping staff told me she had no extra washcloths she could give me for our room one morning while standing next to her cart with a pile of clean washcloths clearly in view. The hotel was very convenient to a discount store, car wash, fast food and downtown Lander (walking distance). While the hotel had no free breakfast, they did give us coupons for $8 off breakfast per person at Mamaw’s kitchen right next door. They did a cooked to order full breakfast menu and the pancakes there were HUGE and delicious!

Great place to stay, the desk staff were so accommodating. We were on bikes and he put us in a room where we could park by the window and close access to the room! You don't always get that from the big chain motels! Ate at the restaurant next door with a discount, was excellent! Did laundry also, thanks so much!!
