It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The was large and clean with a kitchenette, dining table, medium sized fridge, cookware, cutkery and dishes enough to be able to eat in the hotel room. There was a pul out sofa as well as a large bedroom. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable and the pillows were good as well. The only slight complaints that I would have is that the curtains don't completely block out the light and that you can softly hear traffic in the morning, however, given its proximity to the central station and downtown it was quite quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel at a reasonable price.

This is a large hotel with a good location.
My room was spacious enough but a bit tired.
Breakfast was nothing special

We had an apartment room for our family visit, two (young) children and two adults. The floor was incredibly dirty, all edges of the rooms were also dirty, skirting boards, walls, etc. The air con hardly worked so the room was between 22 and 23 degrees for the whole stay. The fridge was broken. The hairdryer was broken. Numerous bulbs in the lights were broken. Overall I'm incredibly unimpressed with the room. Breakfast is well over €20 each, kids half price. I understand that food costs quite a bit, but over €60 per day to eat breakfast is just ridiculous!
The positives are that it's close to the train station and close to the zoo. Walking to the historic centre of Antwerp is easily achieved in under 15 minutes.

Rooms are dated. We booked as a couple but they could only deliver 2 separate beds. Too bad they didn’t do anything.

Room and bathroom were very spacious, compared to many hotel rooms in urban centers in Europe which tend to be cramped. This was a welcome exception. Many attractions and shops are within easy walking distance of the hotel and the central train station is only 5 minutes away on foot. Very clean, wifi was fast and reliable. Minor annoyances: there's a spot in the closet where the fridge used to be and it would be nice to have one in the room. Lastly, an interior door to an adjoining room let noise in from that room. Other than those things, we were very satisfied. Very good value for the money!

Great place to stay in Antwerpen for a family with young children! Unfortunately, the dishes and cutlery were not clean and had some food material on them. Otherwise, the location is great, the view is of the Central Station, and the staff were kind!

Amazing hotel, clean and breakfast with a view

Brilliant. Minute to the train and zoological conference centre

Whilst the hotel is convenient to the train station if travelling Europe by rail we did get a beautiful view of Central Station which is a beautiful building that would be the only highlight. They offer tea and coffee but no milk for the tea you can use the creamer in the room was advice. If you offer tea offer the little long life milk. The hotel is situated in the shopping area if that’s why you are here in Antwerp it will suit you. If you are here for the old town the hotel is at least 20- 25 minutes walk to see the historical area and the water.

One of the cleaning staff was rude, swimming pool is small and not heated and cold. Not worth paying for. Hotel manager and reception staff was helpful.

Close to train station and china town.

The hotel was very nice, excellent location for access to the zoo and Antwerp station, but I can’t say that it is a “nice” location.
The room we had (apartment) was very disappointing. Lots of space, but everything was very tired and some things just didn’t work. Made worse by the shower flooding the bathroom if you had a shower longer than 20 seconds, dishwasher not working and general stains on the sofa. Really could do with a tevamp

Room was nice size and clean.
Breakfast was nice and service was great! Big thanks to Eva and Alex for making our mornings great!
Service at reception was not great! We had a late check out but our keys stopped working so we could not get in so my wife and baby had to stand and wait while I had to get new keys which took forever because of staff wasn’t very quick! Housekeeping came to clean our room and disturbed our baby’s sleep because no comunication between front desk and housekeeping.
Elevator for entrence was not working so had to lift stroller and baby every time we left or came in to the hotel.
Asked for help to sort out a taxi with a Babyseat but concierge did not understand and could not recommend a cab company that we could call and said that we could google instead. Reception was no helpful either. Another problem with getting a cab to the hotel is that they can’t park anywhere and they can’t use the hotel parking house as vans do not “fit” in there.

Overall good. Swimming pool was closed one day and the immediate area is very grotty, the only downsides.

Staff were terrible, check was at 3pm, fair enough..I had been travelling on the overnight coach and ferry from London to Antwerp. I was going to the Antwerp Pride parade and villager 2pm till 5pm. I needed to refreshed up and have a change of clothes. I arrived at 12noon. I asked if I could leave my luggage with them and could I take a shower in the pool area and get changed. They point blank said No. She said that I needed the dessing robe once I check in so I can then go to the pool akd shower area. All they could do is offer me a toilet. Disgusting. When I got back in to check in late at 6pm I went to my room and there was no dressing robe or slippers....just told me bare face lies.......I dont know any major hotel chain where your checking in or out and on either days you can not use there facilties. Will never stay in a Raddison again. Wouldnt mind a refund for there disgusting Homophobic behaviour.

When there are many guests at the hotel, there is a need to insure that there are available, clean tables so that the guest does not have to wait to get a table, standing, waiting with a full plate even though there are tables that has been left but not cleaned up.

I like the hotel as a whole. I must say that the bathroom in the family room could use an update. A lot of old residu of bathroom use, a malfunctioning lock in the bathroom. Besides that the small fridge in the closet doesnt cool.

Room was great, spacious & clean. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work & staff wasn’t able to get us a working one, didn’t love that part, but otherwise nice stay.

Spectacular room! Spacious with a view out of this world. Absolutely in love with the room. Shame the internet was slow and unsteady. Otherwise a great stay with wonderful staff, great spa options and beautifully kept common areas.

We had a lovely time. Room was nice, enough space and clean. Bathroom was fine although a bit smaller than expected. Breakfast was good. Employees were friendly.
I enjoyed the pool as well. Water temperature was good although I can imagine that for some people it's a bit to cold.

Only small issue is poor Wifi

The air condition and the refrigerator are both only slightly cool. They need to make it to be able to be colder

I have stayed for 2 nights as I got married in Antwerp.
I made a very last minute request to invite external people to have breakfast with my husband and I and the staff helped me organise it.
I'll always remember their kindness.

During my trip, my mobile battery broke and I was in trouble, but I was very grateful to find a smartphone shop very close to the hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Staff list the property is great! Rooms, however, require a lot of maintenance. From little details, like the leaking showers, to broken mini fridge. Staff made our stay memorable, especially the front desk, Kun, and manager Zohra. Sorry if I misspelled the names. AC was good, super quiet which I didn’t expect from the location, and location itself was great for travelers, next to the station. It was a walking distance to the old town, and it was a beautiful walk. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

I did not book this room. I haven't traveled outside the US in several years. What is happening? Who checked in?

Perfect and convenient location, just in front the most beautiful train station. We arrived earlier and the let us check in , that was a really big plus. The room was good, confortable bed.
