About what you would expect. Communication barriers with staff but we made it through. They were very friendly with setting up airport transport. Biggest concern is cleanliness. The bed was made, but the floor was sticky in parts and covered in debris (hair ties, noticeable trash). Most concerning was someone else’s shirt hanging over the bathroom door—eww. The bed was made beautifully, the shower was clean, and there were clean towels—so…that’s good. The shuttle staff was awesome! They were the highlight of my stay!

If you're flying out of Cincinnati this is the place to stay! $60 for a room, $6 a day for parking plus shuttle service. One of my better room deals I've found.

Bed was nice. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi was Decent. Breakfast was lacking. Stale day old dougnuts. Hard biscuits. 1st day, no gravy for the hard biscuits. Room was quiet. Close to airport with a shuttle.

The employees were friendly and my room was very clean and the smelled good too. We enjoyed our breakfast the kitchen was clean. I really liked that we could park our vehicle in their parking lot for a week. The fee was cheaper than the airport parking fee. Also, we were provided transportation to the airport from their shuttle bus, to and from. We will definitely consider staying again.

Apart from the dirty room with awful bedding, the “Breakfast Lady” named Sharon, an older woman was EXTREMELY rude after I was trying to console my son as he was upset. As soon as he began crying, I took him outside of the lobby to wait for our shuttle. Ms Sharon took it upon herself to rudely approach me as we were leaving to tell me we were not allowed back inside (check out wasn’t until 11AM) and began hurling personal insults to me as a person, even trying to get another guest to side with her. after that she got INTO my mothers face and argued with her and refused to back away. Multiple people witnessed this as it was at your main enterance. FIRE HER if you want return customers! Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable as a single mother with no help, I didn’t appreciate being betrated after I did everything I knew to do to remove my noisy child from making disturbances. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

The desk attendant went above and beyond his duties when we arrived after a two hour delay!!! He was so kind and deserving of recognition. It was Thursday night after midnight. Sorry I don’t remember his name.

Check in area was noisy and felt confined and it was not very appealing visually. Everything was very dated / old but it appeared to be clean. You could tell there was an airy to paint - but the painters got paint in areas it should not have been.

Four night vacation stay. Rooms were clean and we had housekeeping 3 of the 4 days without asking. Staff was helpful. The building is aged and needing some updating and freshening. Breakfast was average.

The rooms are nice and comfortable with quite a bit of space. Need to put strips or something in bottom of tub. Need fruit at your breakfast bar other than that the breakfast was good. Also do housekeeping on the rooms daily. These types of little things is what kept me from giving 5 stars

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and days while we were in Cincinnati. PROS: The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to the airport, they offered free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel was located right next to a gas station,Burger spot and Subway sandwich store. It was also very close to a highway that made it easy to get to different locations easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. The chairs and couch were comfortable and had covers on them. The bed was comfortable and soft. CONS: The hotel is in need of updating and upgrading many areas had the “landlord special” when it came to painting and fixing things, and many things were not well done. The entry door to our room had been broken into by someone at some point in time and the lock area was loose, the door barely closed and we were worried about someone being able to gain access to our room very easily. The safe provided that was in the room was not usable because it was passcode locked and even though we had notified management about it we never had access even though they claimed it was resolved. The lights over the vanity didn’t work and it was reported to management and they said that they had maintenance fix it and when we returned to the room later that day we still had no lights over the vanity even though they said they were fixed. I ended up finding the problem and fixing it myself. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Fixtures in the bathroom defective.

After reading basically every review of this hotel, I decided to give it a chance based on the amazing price compared to others in the area. The only one I found that had any merit was that sometimes the hallway smelled of chlorine. There is a pool on site so it isn't out of the ordinary. You can tell they are upgrading, and you can't expect them to get to the whole hotel right away. The main areas are clean and taken care of, the hallway carpets might be out of date...but they are carpets...in the hallway... not a big deal Our room was beautiful and clean. I LOVED the door pass code over the key card. I lose everything so this way there is no worry. Breakfast had many options. I would have loved to see a fruit option, but otherwise, it did not disappoint. Staff was very kind and friendly. The only complaint I have is smoking in the building. I am asthmatic and the smell of smoke from some rooms did cause some breathing issues, however, I did not read if they have smoking/non smoking rooms as I am so used to my country where no one can smoke inside. Next time I will be more careful to check if a hotel is smoke free. There was one moment where the overpowering smell of pot was coming through the door and the front desk was very apologetic and sent someone up to investigate. Over all I am very satisfied with my stay and would stay again if ever I were to find my way to that area. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our Mother daughter road trip!

The hotel was adequate for our needs and the price is great for the area. The hotel is in need of updating, but it was a decent room for a couple of nights. Everything was clean except the mini fridge, which I had to wipe out. It is not far from the places we were going in Cincinnati. My only complaint is that they closed breakfast early the 2nd morning so we missed it. Their breakfast was really good on the first morning we were there and we weren't fighting a big crowd to make a waffle.

The room wasn’t bad for one night. They had put a piece of pvc pipe in the tub area to replace a grab bar . 24 hour coffee was nice, and an airport shuttle. I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for one night. Was told it was returned but im back home and it still isn’t returned after 2 days.

Front desk lady not very polite. Flying out wanted to keep car there come to find out there was no pick up after midnight. Room was nothing like picture. Would not stay there again or not recommend.
