The room was comfortable very dated, but everything worked. They’re very helpful with the evening reception and the breakfast very attentive staff really all the staff check and everybody was good to me. Thank you very much.
In fact, I came back to the site just now and they asked me to fill this out, the reason I’m going to book another room for next month

It was great! The room was clean!

If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night and not care about any perks. You will be fine. Cons- outdated, there was pee in my toilet when I checked in, smelled of dog, kept hearing noises from the kitchen, could had been a rodent. I was too scared to check. Requested washcloths and towels, but had to go down stairs and get them myself, no door service. Was going to enjoy the pool, but it was so dirty around and inside the pool. I skipped it. Lobby is nice and clean. I would never stay again just because I didn’t link the unclean floors, room, and elevator was slightly broken, I felt like a final destination moment. But again.. I was in town for one night for a concert. I checked in and went right to the concert. We got back to the room at 12midnight, slept and left. … oh and one good thing, the shower water! Yes lord it brunt all my sins away.

I was a bit disappointed with our stay. This hotel is older and just needs basic updates.

I should have taken photos of how dirty and unkempt this place was. For almost $200/nt on a Thursday night, I expected better. The beds and pillows were awful, lumpy, bouncy, no support. The only saving Grace was the location and the service. Employees were kind m.

AC was loud.

Hotel carpet badly stained outside room, only one elevator worked and besides the elevator carpet being stained it sounded terrible. Hotel fire alarms went off twice due to a water leak near the front desk. Pool looked like a dirty pond with only 1 foot of water.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Staff was nice and friendly. Issues that i encountered were lack of cleanliness in room with hair on the floor upon arrival, ceiling leaking from 2nd floor each day during visit, and key card being deactivated before i could check out. I attempted to reopen the door before leaving and the keycard would not work. Luckily someone was still in the room from my party before we officially left.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the woman at the front desk was super helpful and soooo nice.
The hotel inside seemed dirty and a garbage can right outside the lobby, close to the pool, was being overrun by squirrels which seemed odd. There was a terrible bleach stain on the carpet outside our room and the entire hotel needs some TLC. The marijuana smoke was unbearable and is becoming an issue more and more as we travel as a family.
Totally have no issue with legal marijuana use but wafting underneath your door when you are with your wife and family is another matter entirely.

We always know what to expect when we stay here and appreciate the amenities in the room. Had a minor mishap with a lost gaming console, which was recovered by housekeeping staff after we left.

It’s an older property. It’s really needing to be renovated but the service was good and it was clean

Everything was wonderful. When i went down to get my coffee the woman who worked down there was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a tray so i could bring my mother her breakfast to our room.

Location was perfect, and staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing as there were stains in the carpet and bathtub/shower had mold and stains in the tub.

After paying $200 for one night I expected a place that would have been kept up a lot better. This hotel is filthy, there’s only one elevator being used, & it sounds like it’s about to break down at any moment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

We had a cockroach in our shower

We liked the beautifully planted terrace. The morning breakfast staff was very nice and friendly, as were the maids.
The front desk, however, not so much. Not friendly, AT ALL and couldn't really answer questions about the area. "Google it", is not a response.

We were very disappointed after traveling 4 hrs
Arrived after check in and were still told we would need to wait 20 minutes for our room. We had to wait almost one hour in lobby with people who brought a pit bull to stay at the hotel.
We asked for some of our stay to be reduced cost due to the fact we could not check in for time that we were paying for and told they would not do this due to Expedia reservation.
We were sent to a sister Hilton hotel and even worse situation. Finally were able to stay at a 3rd hotel. Unacceptable situation!!
Staff was able to cancel the booking at the desk....so they could have then rebooked under regular reservation enabling them to discount our stay for us. We would not stay here again.

Filthy and worn out. This facility was constructed in 1997 and is now a total dump.

Very clean, comfortable bed a little dated overall. Staff at reception were awesome so friendly and helpful. Great parking. And outdoor area would be so great when temps are warmer.

Carpets needed cleaning. Staff was just non-challant. There were no usb ports in the room anywhere - they can update this feature.
For a room to sleep in, it’s just ok - linens were clean.
I’ve stayed at other Homewood Suites, but this one needs updating.

The Homewood Suites was perfectly located near Crabtree Valley Mall and the 440 beltway. The suite was spacious and the kitchen had all modern appliances with cookware and utensils. The Homewood Suites also provided a nice hot breakfast that included omelettes, potatoes, and sausage links. The staff provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites!

My family and I always enjoyed staying at Homewood suits. This stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to others. We looked forward to the dinner night but found out that this was changed to a social night, which we still enjoyed.

Room was very spacious for our family of 6. Hotel rooms are oldbut clean enough. Breakfast could have been better but its free. Overall good value for size and proximity to shopping and NC State

We loved the space, and the additional TV’s. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I wish there had been a blanket in the closet, since we prefer not to turn on the heat.

Angela in the breakfast area was so very accommodating and courteous. She is definitely an asset to your business.

This Homewood Suites seems worn and dated. The rooms all have popcorn ceilings, and the hallways have worn carpet and peeling baseboard. The people at the front desk are lovely and very kind, and the breakfast was plentiful. But the hotel badly needs an update. Our shower did not work at all. We will not stay here again, primarily because it needs renovating. Hilton can do better.
