Very nice hotel right near downtown. Checkin went smoothly and they gave excellent recommendations on where to eat. Room was clean and comfortable and had great blackout curtains for sleeping. Also a very nice breakfast was included.

Not setup for much truck w/trailer parking. Our comforter on the bed was stained. The air conditioner was installed very poorly. And there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower (see pictures).

The tv was frustrating to bring up channels. Toilet seat was loose and dirty/pee where toilet seat attaches. No baseboard anywhere in bathroom. Excess noise from street out front. Bedspread covering and brown blankets on bed looked unkempt and old. Have to say bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice size/big. Carpet was nice.

Thought the breakfast was not as nice as other places we had stayed. Would have liked a heatable breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon/ham as a choice and juice and 3 yogurt flavors as choices. Coffee was very good.

Staff is friendly, plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. Hotel is updating rooms (new carpet), breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels, muffins, could use fresh fruit. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

I was booked for two nights. After getting in my room, I decided one night there was going to be all I could do. It was booked through Expedia so a refund was not available, so I have to eat the cost, so be it. The property is old and dated. It appears updates have been attempted but it is too little too late. It may be time to start over with this property. The two staff I interacted with were polite and pleasant, so this is not a reflection on them. I booked this based on reviews and the cost. Money's short and times are hard and all that. You get what you pay for they say, I guess so. My second night was at another hotel, it cost more but was worth it for my peace of mind. TTFN.

We traveled with our dog. Not sure if our room was gross because it’s a pet room but still the same rate as other. The room was very dirty. The baseboards alone had so much dirt in them they were black in some areas. The room was much too small for two beds, even though I booked a single queen room. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Overall it wouldn’t be bad if it was cheaper. I felt because we had a pet we got the old dingy room at the same rate. Photos online are not even close to what our room was.

Hotel was renovated but the Reno was like a diy. The ac unit in the room was a small window unit inadequate for the room. There was a pile of construction debris on the side of the building. The area was iffy. Did no feel safe
