Paid for a room that I never got when I went there they did all rooms were sold out showed them my confirmation code and everything still still no all rooms was book to come back tomorrow so I would like my money place back on my card please and thanks

The beds weren’t clean and the bathroom door had holes in it plus writing all over. The tub wasn’t clean either.

Disgusting. Room reeked of cigarettes, graffiti inside the room and the bathroom door waa was broken so it didnt even close. They do NOT have any kind of breakfast as advertised or offer crib/cot as advertised either. Homeless people are camped in walkways and bugs in room as well.

On arrival we stripped the bed to inspect for bedbugs. No bedbugs or signs but there was a huge yellow stain on bed zip casing. There was a punch hole in wall which was covered with a door knob wall protector not where a door knob would hit. Wall panel to electric cords was opened and wouldn’t close. Ceiling panel was open too. Ice bucket tray had cigarette burns in it. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and they tried to cover up with refresher but it did not work at all. Dangerous area. Outside room was garfiti saying drugs for sale in room 202 and gang signs for bloods

The room was not too bad, but building was very run down with graffiti on walls. Communication with management very difficult. Courtyard contained what could have been a beautiful pool area, but was filled with cement & trash. They advertised a breakfast, but there was none - no coffee in room either. The stairwell wall did advertise pills in room 221 though.

Check in was through bulletproof glass window.Got out of car to unload bags and was approached by Crack W%^re looking to use my cell phone.She had track marks on arms and legs.Rooms were supposed to be non smoking but were unbearable. The fresh paint on building and rooms is like Lip Stick on a PigWe left and I didnt even go back to get a refund.It was like a welfare hotel.And to be on Hotels.com is a joke. They should be giving me a refund not the hotel.

Hotel was decent for the price under going major renovations. Advertised as free WIFI & Breakfast. However, neither was available. I probably would not have booked, as this should have reduced the price. No compensation was offered to offset the pricing. Asked for non smoking, specifically reiterated upon check in. Was placed in a partially renovated room which had an ashtray in it & smelled of smoke.

This is a terrible hotel. We had four people in the room and three towels. The service at the front desk did not want to give us a fourth towel and was not pleasant about it. The room was very dirty and smelled like smoke and pets even though it was a non-smoking room. There was loud music most of the night and people hanging out in the parking lot. We had hair on the walls in the shower and on the sink.
