We arrived Friday and we left Monday and we never got our room clean

Was a great time !!!!!

Worse place ever

I was placed in a room other than what I paid for, I requested room service for the bedding to be changed the staff said that she wasn’t assigned to my room so ask the front desk which I did, and it still never got done nor was I placed in the correct room the following day and they said they would do.

This is a beautiful spacious room! I really enjoyed this stay! Quiet and the view is amazing!!! Love it and I would recommend staying here! Short stay for me but relaxing.
3.6
My room key was not authorized for parking access and the pool should close a little bit later. 8-5pm and a weekday is not conducive to people staying there but working. Maybe 7pm
3.6
Staff was friendly but would NEVER stay again. I was super disappointed that pool closed at 6pm!!! Which was a major factor in my stay in AC. Arrived to my room and had a fridge full of food from the prior guest. Hallways are poorly lit and the entire hotel had a kinda nasty smell. Def wouldn’t recommend it unless u just wanna gamble all night and not sleep. Def priced way too high for what you get.
3.6
Super slow front desk.
3.6
My stay here was everything from the lobby to my room had an amazing night! I will be back
3.6
The indoor pool was great with the glass roof and the sun could shine in and the water temp was good to swim.
3.6
The check -in system was long and chaotic. The manager was aggressive and not helpful. Worst check in system ever and they don’t even have water in the refrigerator.

We really loved Harrah's- the room was huge, the casino was fun, and there was a lot to see and do. The food options weren't great, we went to another casino nearby for better restaurant options... but would definitely go back to Harrah's to stay.
3.6
Had a great stay. All the staff we had contact with were very accommodating. The servings at the restaurants were delicious and plentiful. Got a couples massage at the spa and will be doing that again.
3.6
Terrible check in experience. Kiosks didn’t work. Only 2 people at desk at 9 pm.
Dirty sheets in hallway.
Front desk double booked my room and people tried to get in.
HORRIBLE STAY. WILL NEVER STAY AT A CAESARS PROPERTY

The casino was a choice for price, not because we are gamblers. We were wanting to stay in Atlantic City. The check in kiosk did not work and there were an inadequate number of staff given the volume of guests. While I realize it is after the summer rush, the hotel is well aware of the volume of people coming based on reservations made. We never allow bell staff to manage our bags due to long downtime and our needs for medications stored in a cooler we were not allowed to bring to our room. All this for a tip? Really? Not to mention the lack of open dining services which is misrepresented on the website.
3.6
The hotel was 5 stars. The casino table games staff were extremely rude. Not 1 staff 3 of them. Absolutely ridiculous! It was unfortunate we loved the hotel, staff were excellent, valet excellent, restaurant staff excellent and store staff were also excellent. Lots of shops, Starbucks , arcade, pool and restaurants. We gambled elsewhere.

Great stay here welcoming and comfy …just need more cash options ..most stuff you have to pay with card
3.6
The weather was fantastic, and I was pleased with the room. I would stay there again.
3.6
The hotel and stay was great. But they should not allow smoking of any type in the public areas. That is other peoples habits - not mine. I should not HAVE to breath the junk they blow out due to their poor personal choices.
Sadly, our country has legalized various smoking drugs - which makes it hard to go anywhere without dodging others bad air.
3.6
The worst stay in AC!

We we're charged on the card to reserve the room for parking and then charged $20 again as we exited, though we told the extremely rude parking attendant that we stayed and were already charged. He would not let us leave until we paid the additional amount.
3.6
It was an okay stay, but the door needed repair. For Harrah’s to be so huge, it needs more clothes options.
3.6
Long walk with luggage from parking garage to lobby. It took over 35 mins waiting in line to check in.
Request for ADA room not available on check in was told I would have to wait another hour and then wait in the line again!
Had to pay for parking on leaving but was not told that self parking was a charge. Resort fees, expensive dinning, no customer service. Would not stay again.
3.6
Pool could be open later 5 is early especially on the weekends
3.6
Stay was pretty nice except the long line when checking in and out.
3.6
they gave me the wrong type of room from what i booked. the office chair literally missed a wheel and i called for them to fix it and they never did. Shower had hair on the walls.
3.6
This is usually my second home I love it there, but this last stay was the worse idk if it’s only me but the rooms reek of weed and if you are asthmatic you know it can be life threatening
I walked into my room and it was like someone had been smoking all day in there (weed)
I called the front desk and they did give me a new room but like the front desk said “chances are you will have another room worse than the one you got”
And she wasn’t kidding
So I don’t think I’ll be there anytime soon
3.6
I pay for the room expecting have a good night sleep, since I have to drive next day a long 7 hours to home. I couldn’t sleep since my room has a door connecting to other room and it’s was noisy. The front desk from India couldn’t understand my ascent so I gave up on explaining after several times,
The rest was excellent.
3.6
I had a good stay besides two things I didn’t like which was that damn key card never worked to let me out the garage and I didn’t like that pool nor the game room was open that’s one of the best parts of a hotel the pool
3.6
The place was very clean, however we had to wait 3 hrs. Checkin was at 4 and at 7:30 our room wasn’t ready. However we had a nice young gentleman that went above and beyond for us. His name was Chris security at Harrahs. So I would like you to know this because he was so pleasant and helpful, I think he should be recognized in his position. I didn’t know him and we certainly had never met him before. Please thank him again for us. 🙏😀😊
Thank Chris and keep up that smile and great work ethic!!!
One thing we seemed to notice it was greatly under staffed. But the people that took care of us were very pleasant and definitely working very hard.

The room could have been cleaner.

The AFTER DARK pool closes at 5pm cost 10 bucks a person . Charge for pool guest or not. Reopen next day at 9 am charged again. Guess or not. Pay for parking guess or not. Problem leaving parking lot for most because of no one in Booths. Why have a AFTER DARK POOL THAT CLOSES AT 5PM
3.6
No sugars provided only coffee and bottled water

The check in process is terrible. The hotel is not customer friendly. There is no clear sign and information of the location to check in. When one finally find the location, the line is long and not enough front desk agent to assist with the check in process. Even after a customer figures out how to check in the kiosk machine, he has to join the long line for another 30 minutes. The front desk agent does not explain the hotel amenities and where to go. They seem to only care about how the customer should pay for this and that. The family pool opens from 9 am to 5 pm. We had to ask around for the location. When we finally gotten the information that the pool was located in the 4th, It was closed and chained up even though the front desk said it was open. On our 3rd day of our stay, the pool was open but we realized that it was beneath standard of a reputable hotel like Harrah’s. The pool area was basic, no design or pictures that attract children. Harrah’s hotel did not display on their website that one has to be 21 years and older to attend the regular pool which was nice and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It is not customer friendly. It is not family friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THISRESORT. IT IS DECEIVING.

The room was clean and enjoyed eating in one of their new restaurant. However the parking area was dirty. Some quest do not know how to throw their garbage in the Garbage. container. They need to inspect the garage and get someone to clean .
3.6
AC wasn’t working in room took over 2 1/2 hours and multiple calls and a visit to front desk before someone showed up to fix. Room was not cleaned well.
3.6
Some lights in the room we’re working, the refrigerator was not working doors were falling off from cabinets
3.6
Room was nice, needs to be updated and cleaned better. Food was good.
