Wonderful! Staff was so friendly and eager to help! Loved the room and grounds. Good referrals around the area. Across from Golf course for hubby. Coming back for sure! Can't say enough. THE VIEWS!!!

I didn't get the room I reserved..they told me it was being renovated..why did they wait till I got there to tell me. I had to go ask for sheets blankets and pillows for the sofa bed cause there weren't any in the room. They even went to look ..I guess they didn't believe me. I think they should have gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

I can only give it 1 star. We actually could not stay here. They didn't have a room with 2 beds that we had reserved 4 months prior to our stay. We were informed of this when we were checking in. We were told we were "upgraded" to a king suite....One bed and a pull out couch. Uh, nope. Doesn't work for 4 people. We stayed at The Wilde and had wonderful accomodations there.

Nice, comfortable, beautiful views of Bell Rock. We thought the beds were very comfortable (even the pull-out couch!), the pool was fun, the restaurant was open nice and early and the staff was helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The outdoor pool area needs love. The umbrellas have holes and the outdoor cushions are embarrassing for a Hilton hotel.

This hotel should not be advertised as a 4 star hotel. It is 2 stars at best. Enjoy the lobby when you walk in, because that is the only part of the hotel that is nice.
This hotel is very run down. They closed a parking lot to build some outdoor space. However, they need to be updating the rooms and the pool. The pool is small and does not look like anything in the photos advertised. The gentleman who was working the pool was also very rude. The pool was dirty and no one was cleaning it ever.
We stayed from Saturday-Tuesday and our room was not cleaned once. When I complained to the front desk they just offered to send clean towels to the room. I have seen a lot of reviews that rooms do not get cleaned here. Not sure why management has not been able to address this recurring issue for such a large hotel chain like Hilton. We ordered room service Saturday night and left our plates outside the room. It did not get picked up until Monday evening. There were a lot of dirty dishes in the hallway from other guests as well. The room also had a bad musty smell.
Please spend your money and precious time off from work elsewhere. You deserve a good vacation, and won’t have one here. This place is motel room and service on a “resort” price.
The bellman and man who delivered our room service were nice. Besides them the staff is unfriendly and not helpful.

Everything was great except there was a lot of construction going on around the outside of the hotel so we could not use our outside patio. The service was great as well as the location.

This place looks great online but it is far from what is advertised. Not a resort - the pool is mediocre and dirty. The staff was rude at every interaction and not helpful. They acted annoyed at any question we had. There were bugs in our room, we were laying in bed the first night and bugs were falling on us. We had to check out after the first night and move to another hotel. The room was suppose to have a modern walk in shower - ours had a dirty old standard bath tub. The views were great - that is the most positive thing. The location is not where you want to be in Sedona - it is about 25 minutes from where everything is. The spa service I got was wonderful but overpriced. The spa facilities were crap - dirty gross hot tub that no one should get in. Algae growing on the sides. I recommend not stay here ever.

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. The property left much to be desired and did not line up with my expectations for a Hilton property.
I was surprised at how dated the property was, especially for the price point. The bathroom appeared updated. The bedroom, including the mattresses and bedrooms, are in need of updates. The carpet in the entire suite may have been vacuumed, but still appeared dirty and needs to be changed. The kitchen area was just okay.
There were other things that were especially bothersome. Pesky fruit flies or knats flew around in the bedroom throughout my entire stay and I was bitten several times. The body wash pump didn’t work. It was changed and still didn’t work after that.
I did enjoy room service. The food was good and arrived very quickly. I had a spa service which was good. The staff everywhere was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Even so, I would not stay at this property again.

Breakfast buffet was over priced food was not good. Area in front of balcony seems to be in mid construction but not sure. Better options for the money

This hotel is very expensive!!! We spent $50 for 2 drinks that were nothing special! Also, the food is really expensive. You also get charged to park and to use the pool. The room wasn’t very clean and not worth over $600 for one room. Very disappointing!!!

Staff wasn’t too friendly , room smelled pretty bad we checked out a day early due to that reason

The check in was nice. However we were never called when our room was ready after they told us they would.
The room was roomy but it has a very moldy wet smell coming from the dirty carpet. The walls by the microwave and closet were dirty like someone had spill a drink all over the walls.

Potentially superb hotel that needs a revamp.
Superb location, facilities and public areas but room was slightly shabby.
We reported lots of cigarette butts left on our outside patio but nothing happened. Being charged for parking was also an unpleasant surprise when we checked out

We stayed at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock for 4 nights and 5 days. The property is beautiful at first glance, but we were disappointed by the state of the patio furniture throughout the resort. The cushions were dusty and stained, and this was the case in the pool area as well. The cabanas also needed some attention, and there was little to no shade by the pool during our visit, with only six umbrellas set up, which was insufficient for the number of guests. This was contrary to what the resort's pictures suggested.
On the positive side, we enjoyed the convenience of the Starbucks downstairs, which saved us the trouble of driving out in search of good coffee. The resort also has a full bar, and my husband mentioned that the drinks were decent. We had dinner at the resort one night; the food was okay but nothing spectacular.
Customer service was generally lackluster, though there were a few exceptions. The bellboy (a young blond man) was very sweet, recommending dinner options and even offering to drive us to a nearby restaurant in the golf cart. In the pool area, the waitress was also super sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, beyond these two individuals, we did not find the staff particularly friendly.
Additionally, be aware that there is a $20 per day parking fee that was not listed in the details when I made my reservation online through Expedia. I was aware of the resort fee, but the parking fee came as an unwelcome surprise.

We had a wonderful over night stay. The room was clean and quiet.

This hotel isn't worth it. For the price they charge per night, you'd expect a clean room at the very least. However, upon arrival, we found a room with a dirty bedcover stained with blood. Additionally, both the bedroom and bathroom trash cans didn’t have plastic bags and were very dirty and stained. The pool area, including the lounge chairs, is quite old. There's very little shade, with only about 5 umbrellas for over 40 chairs. It's challenging to sit out there in over 100-degree weather without any shade, risking sunburn rather than a tan.
Lastly, the staff. It was uncomfortable being greeted by someone who seemed to hate his job. The guy who checks you in had a horrible attitude and showed very little interest in helping. The same thing applied to the lady at the coffee shop every morning when we asked for our coffee; it was uncomfortable. It seems like having an attitude is a requirement to work there. Sadly Not worth our stay there.

For a Hilton property it was disappointing. It lacked upkeep in so many areas. Hilton you should be ashamed.

First day I got here the air conditioning did not work. They fixed this pretty quickly. Than the pull out couch was broken. Manager showed up around 1000 and was able to open. He offered to change rooms but at 1000 it was too late. So he offered us a credit of 75$ and said he would have somebody look at it the next day while we were out. We came back at the end of the day and no one had looked at anything. Someone showed up and took the tape away from the fire monitoring system. Told us there was nothing he could do for the bed. So again I got a call and they offered another credit for our problem. Offered to move is. My wife was sick and already in bed. So I told them no. We would live with the inconveniences.
On Monday my wife stayed in bed all day. I took my son out and when we came back we heard hammering and cutting and the floor was vibrating. When I called the front des I was told that the hotel was undergoing renovation. They never told us.
You pick Hilton resort and you pay a lot of money because you trust you will be treated well. Not the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay at Hilton Bell Rock. Parking is $20 per day and Shawdow rock dinner was a bit pricey. We thought breakfast at Shadow rock was better than dinner. The rooms were large, a bit dated but had great view of Bell Rock. 5 min walk to restaurants and short drive to many other dining/shopping area. Hotel has an outdoor pool but they also charge daily $35 resort fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
