The location of the hotel was great, very close to shopping area. Check- in was quick. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff was very welcoming.

Nice comfortable rooms breakfast was very good, usual set piece for this type of accommodation, however different items were available each day.
Only criticism was that there was hardly any hot water, both from the kitchenette sink and the bathroom sink. Luckily after having to run the shower for a good 5mins we eventually got some hot water.
Property was quite a distance from city centre, but this wasn’t a problem.

All ended up well after requesting another room because of a very noisy sound from behind a door right next to the bed. Hard to believe this has not been fixed in room 118. Room 119 was very quiet& comfortable.

Everything was great. the staff were amazing, very helpful and accomodating. The only thing I wish was there were rooms with 2 double/queen beds. that is really my only complaint, and that couldve been my fault in not requesting

Guests beware!
The shower water in my room was only just warm. No hot water available. Also, the phone in the room was not working.
Told that there was no engineering on site, because they have weekends off. I was also told that the hotel was at full capacity...so that seems hard to believe that an available engineer would not be available.
The front desk staff moved me to a different room on the same floor. That room also did not have hot water nor a working phone.
After my third trip down to the front desk to make them aware (Because I was unable to call with a phone in my room that didn't work) the staff told me that the water temp was preset for the rooms and there were No working phones in the hotel.
I really wanted to get a refund and change hotels but when I let the staff know they said that because I had booked thru a 3rd. Party (Orbitz) that would be my responsibility.
Frankly, the only reason I did not leave and change hotels was because I was only there for a 2nd night and at this point was exhausted.
Future guests beware of this property if you expect hot water, good water pressure, & a working phone.
This hotel has not been remodeled in at least 15 years.

Premises were clean, staff was amazing especially Matthew! Room was clean and comfortable. Matthew was very attentive and accommodating during my stay. We were able to barbecue and utilize the outdoor pool at our leisure. Breakfast in the mornings was decent although there are only pork options. I would definitely stay here again.

I was surprised that this was a Marriott property. The hotel deels old and in dire need of an a refurbish. Additionally there were food crumbs on the floor and a couple of other small concerns that i reported to the front desk. I only stayed 1 night and I arrived late, so I can not give an honest review on the services. I reported the issues to the front desk as i was checking out. The staff seemed very nice, and im confident they would have responded to my room concerns quickly had i given them the chance. The hotel feels old, but it was conformable. I only stayed for a few hours as this was just a traveling stopover. In all, i would stay there again.

I understand people live here on a semi-permanent basis and it's hard to keep the rooms in good condition. But there were gouges in the wall, rips in the carpet, deep dents in the refrigerator and the toilet seemed like it was going to overflow each time we flushed.

The shower dripped constantly and there was mildew in the tub. The TVs are very small and mounted at a strange angle. It’s very outdated. There was an odd smell and caused headaches. The sink wouldn’t drain and smelled horrible. There was a very large and loud dog that woke me up several times.

Initial staff when entering the hotel were nice. The room was not clean. The tub drain was laying in the tub and a huge clog of filth was distended from the tub drain. I had to get the filth out in purser to put the drain back. We did not use this tub. My grandson went down to breakfast and immediately showed signs of an allergic reaction. Someone had their dog in the dining area while breakfast wa seeing aerved

Matthew (at the front desk) was excellent. He greeted us every morning, and welcomed us back every evening. Also, the staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. They all made our stay very pleasant.

Rooms were dirty. Customer service was terrible and everything was outdated. The swimming pool had the light hanging out of it with a wire exposed needless to say we did not swim in it. They really need to do something about the overall condition of this hotel.

The stay was not great. I booked a one bedroom so the kids could go to sleep early in the bedroom, and then my husband and I would stay on the pull out couch. The metal frame was broken, so getting the bed in and out was painful. The mattress was basically a sheet of paper in depth, and between that and the broken frame (meaning the bed wasn’t level when open), we ended up putting the mattress on the floor to sleep. When asked for bedding for the pullout, it came with one pillow. We asked for another (as it’s a double) and they said no. The nature of this trip meant more time than usual in the room, but the tv didn’t work. The feed was blurry if it came through at all. The furniture was stained, the curtain was ripped. The hairdryer was dead. I went to the front desk to ask for a different one and they couldn’t help me. Had to wait for a specific person. 45 minutes later, one arrived, way too late for me to even use. The hot water was essentially non existent. The shower curtain bar was hanging off the wall and making it even more annoying to use the toilet. Breakfast ran out of plates, not even having paper ones as a backup. I listened to several other guests complain about their rooms (e.g., leaking fridge, blood stains on carpet and toilet). The staff was friendly and it was generally clean, even though the majority of my experience was disappointing for I booked with a brand so I should know what to expect and it fell significantly short.

The hotel desperately needs renovations. The last time I stayed at the establishment was 2018, and it looks the exact same. In my room, the AC did not work. Additionally, there were missing cushions on the sofa, stains on the carpets, ceiling, and bathroom walls. Overall, the room did not smell fresh but musty. I planned to stay here a full week but after 2 nights, I was ready to go. If you’re coming for a night or two, sure, but it wasn’t giving “home away from home.” Luckily, the general manager was very nice. The assistant manager was not. When I asked for a refund, she said there was nothing she could do, and instead, asked if I told the hotel about my pet. I corrected her, and said, “Thank you for asking. Yes, I did tell the representative about my SERVICE ANIMAL.” She was very rude and did not correct her attitude until she knew I was going to get in touch with the general manager about the issue, and then she tried to apologize, saying, “I hope I didn’t come off XYZ.” She did come off that way unfortunately. I was moved to a much better room for my final night, but frankly, the hotel needs to be renovated. I wouldn’t mind coming back next summer when the reservations are done because of Larry. He is a great general manager!

I was bitten. House keeping could not understand me due to language barrier for help. I found roaches crawling late at night. No offer to refund just to tell housekeeping to spray. Very disappointed in a supposedly 3 star hotel.

We checked in found out parking was 10 dollars per night the bed had ants everywhere so we went to a different room bed was full of hair and dust at the top no bulb i went got cleaner and paper towels from front desk to cleanbed area fir what we paid this was not acceptable

The hotel common areas rated 3, but the room rated 5. Liked the space and condition of the rugs and linens. The bed was comfy and the breakfast spread was amazing!
Can’t comment on the pool as it’s April. Never used the fitness room. Fire pit was closed and an elevator not working. The neighborhood is corporate, but very nice.

Our stay at this hotel was a great stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, this hotel seems old and unkept. In addition, since pets are allowed the first hallway we were assigned to barked with dogs and smelled horribly. I immediately asked to be moved and put on a different floor. For a guest who doesn't travel with a dog and pays the rate that is given, it is disappointing to accept an accommodation of this manner. Perhaps, if pet friendly is the way the hotel business is going, maybe designate certain floors for pets and their families. In this way, those of us who use hotels without pets are not interacting with the pet trend.
The ironic part of this is, this was my first stay at a Residence Inn. I think I will travel within the brands that I know will be suitable for my stays.

The toilet in my room was broken, it ran nonstop. I had to fix the flap inside the tank to get the water in the toilet bowl. Upon leaving I told the guy near the desk and she simply stated he would let maintenance know. There was no concern for my stay.
