Bed in suite was dilapidated sheets were stained brown underneath and top layer was dingy. No one was working the front desk. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come.

Room was very clean and new. Only downside was the bathroom is a bit small, but for a short stay, that was no problem. Price was very good. Breakfast was good.

I know that this was an older property, but everything was very clean and people were so nice. The check in process was great and the bed was comfy. So happy to have a great stay for an affordable price.

Room was clean except for a few light stains on the sheets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mattress’s were a little worn and probably needed to be replaced however (it did look like they were working on renovations) otherwise was a nice room. Shower was good, very quiet room. Pool was very nice even though we didn’t swim. Very close to Ball State Campus. Good room for the price, deposit a bit high at $100 but was told that upfront when I booked it so not unexpected.

This is our go-to place to stay in Muncie. Service is always great, but hotel condition is starting to suffer. Although we didn't use the pool, it was only open for a few days at the start of our stay. It was closed for most of our stay which would have been very frustrating for families with children that were hoping to swim. Fresh towels were placed in our room each day, but the bedding was only replaced once during our two-week stay. The breakfast is good, but a little variety would have been nice. Overall, it's a safe, quiet location and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The owner is very rude. He his disrespectful to women and children. Our toilet got clogged and we had to plunge it ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Tiny flat square pillows. Requested a disability accesible room because I am missing a leg and they claim they have none. AC does not adjust so room was too warm. Put sign up to not makeup the room andcthey came in and cleaned. They threw out items that were not meant to throw away. They surrounded our room with construction workers that were very loud and noisy. They would not do anything about the noise complaints. 1:30 am andcl people running up and down halls. Had a drunk person that kept thinking my room was his. Front office again refused to intervene. Just not a good experience. Staff is super friendly just not helpful.

The room was clean and smelled clean so that was a plus. The hotel desk guys were friendly. The room is average which is fine. The down side the beds aren’t great they are fine for a night but I don’t think I could do much longer. You can hear every noise from the hall way. I think this is partially from them switching out carpet in the rooms to lament. That left a large gap under the door for more sound to travel. (I stuffed a towel down in front of it and that helped a little) This is probably not something that happens all the time but by the outside door there were two guys smoking right by the door and they were not guest there. Maybe the construction workes not really sure.

The pool was not open, even after I called to confirm that it would be open. My son had stayed in the same hotel two months earlier and said that the pool wasn't open then either. Staffing issues?

I made a last minute reservation at the BW to see the eclipse of the sun, When most other properties were sold out they weren't gouging on the room price. Room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Did not get WiFi password or any other information about the hotel when I checked in. Had to figure out how to get the channels to come in the TV and most of the lights were motioned sensored and wouldn’t stay on.
