I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The pictures are very deceiving. As soon as you walk in halls it smells. The room smelled and looked and felt very dirty and run down. Everything is very outdated and damaged.

I was in town for the Atlanta Braves Game on Tuesday 9/24. It is like a 20-25 walk from the hotel to Truist Park. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Front desk staff was very accommodating.

You get what you pay for. Cleanliness was very questionable. Room was severely in need of repairs. Wall outlets in unsafe conditions, no garbage cans to throw trash in. Room has definitely been used with no upgrades or repairs.

It was a wonderful weekend

Great location for an event at Truist Park. Roxy theater also closeby. About a 20 min walk to both. Price was great for the area. Room was very clean. Easy access to I75. Safe , clean area. Room could use some cosmetic updates, but was nice overall. Excellent customer service at the front desk at check in and out.

I just can't stand when they staff acts as if your not allowed to ask for the things they advertise. I hate the "sass of the staff". I felt picked on and marginalized for being a Woman.

I thought the property was in poor condition for the price.

No house keeping. Pools not open. No breakfast

The staff Wes friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It's an older facility and could use some upgrades but we do not care about those things. We felt safe, enjoyed the location to Trust Park and was able to walk there without having to find alternative parking. The people above us were noisy each night until about 1am. That's my only complaint.

Staff was helpful and friendly. . The property is decent enough and we didn't have any issues except the people above us were noisy until about 1am each night. Overall I'd stay here again.

We went to check in after 4pm and check in time was 3pm. The man at the desk had to go and check and see if our room was ready and he was gone over 20 minutes with a line at the front desk. Horrible service and not friendly.

I thought this was going to be a great place, but we were disappointed. I found a roach in the bathroom! The entire room felt dark and dingy. The people working there were not very sociable or welcoming. I asked one guy if he could put out some breakfast(which was not a hot breakfast by the way), and his response was, "I will in a minute. I'm working on something." He was not friendly and never said a word other than that. I had to get my keys fixed several times throughout the week, and i felt like i was a nuisance every time i walked up there. There were only 2 ladies that were nice. I wish i would have gotten their names. Otherwise, not a welcoming environment. The halls were nasty and needed to be vacuumed. I was not pleased and would not recommend.

Everything was good. The place is close to everything

This place is so dirty!!! The hallways smelled like weed. There was dried blood in the stairway. The carpets were gross! The room smelt like garbage and old food. The floors were sticky. The sheets on the bed were visibly stained and dirty. It was just plain gross. I left a day early.

Stayed here overnight while traveling on a family trip. Location was good (took in a Braves game) and price was decent for the area. Staff were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. But the condition of the hotel was deplorable. The hallways were nasty (stained carpet, questionable odors, food and wads of hair) and, while the room was a little better, there were similar issues once inside the room. I’ve stayed in Extended Stay America hotels for years and this was, by far, the worst experience.

After I killed the bug and put a seat belt on the rocking toilet. everything was fine, I would stay again because of good value

Decent place for proximity to ballpark. Very basic breakfast options. Little bit dirty and outdated but about right for the price.

Pull out bed had white powder and chunks all over it. Only solution offered was to purchase an additional single bed room. TV was held up by zipties and faucet was not secured and moving all over the place. Shower curtain was screwed into two pieces of wood cause they didnt want to buy a shower curtain that was the correct size.

Regardless of staying on the website that they have a pool the pool was not open. Middle of July in GA the pool should be open for guests. The room was just okay fine for a one night stay.

The staff was rude.

We reserved a suite due to fold out sofa providing an extra bed to accommodate the 4 of us. It was sufficient but not very comfortable. Also the pool seems to be permanently closed which is disappointing.
Staff was exceptionally helpful. Room was reasonably clean.
Entire hotel has a musty smell like they have a moisture problem. The room had several small issues that could easily be remedied, such as broken sink faucet handles, sagging tub bottom, leaking sink faucet in kitchenette, missing towel bars, small holes in window curtains, and only one small trash can for a suite.
It appears that the owners are just trying to make a profit without investing capital.
I would stay again but only because we usually only stay one night and the location and price saves paying for parking at Truist.

The area is nice but the hotel is filthy. They state there is no smoking and that's untrue. The smell was so thick in the room that I could hardly breathe. I left and didn't even press the issue of a refund I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

At arrival our hotel was ready and clean. We stayed for four (4) nights and had no problems. There was a weired smell in the hallway, like they had recently dried a wet floor. Breakfast was nice but literally a grap and go as advertised, but stated each day off to a great start. Staff was nice.

Very nice

The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor and inside the refrigerator, the couch arm had a patch of material missing, the walls had holes, there was a dead ant on the floor mat, one of the cabinets was missing knobs, the microwave looked burnt out.

Very old and need to be upgraded, bad smell in the room and bed was full of bedbug so it was very unpleasent, but the assistant GM was very accomodating and helped us so we could go to a different hotel with no problem his name was Kato he made it better for us

The property is clean and within walking distance to venue. Cato checked us in and had a great personality and was very helpful.

Stayed here for a Braves game. Hotel is a bit farther from the stadium than I thought - definitely borderline for walking to the game. When we got to our room, a chair was sitting on one of the beds - the room had been cleaned, so we assumed the prior guests did that and the housekeeper couldn’t move it. The bathroom door didn’t fully latch.

Smell was weird but stay was great

The property smelled like moth-balls and pesticide in the halls and it was overwhelming! The outlets in the room were lose and a fire harrard. Also, the pool was not open yet. However, the staff were very sweet and welcoming.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a few years ago and it has definitely gone downhill. Got into the room and the shower, sink and most everything else was dirty. Had housekeeping come and they did a quick clean but room was still horrible. We had to leave to make the game in time or would have had them do it again. I would steer clear as place is filthy. I have pictures but this review site is not letting them upload.

I appreciate the way the hotel employees handle their business in the hotel. What I didn’t like was there’s a limit on towel due to other guest.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast options
