Bed was super uncomfortable and there was mold in the bathroom.

Absolutely quiet nice and the whole staff was awesome sauce.

The beds were so comfy with quality linens. We slept so well after a long drive.

It was a clean comfortable room and the staff was very nice.

Check-in was great and bed comfortable. But door did not close by itself. Waffles were good but wish there were more breakfast options.

We had a nice stay. Nothing amazing but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Be aware that you will have to request housekeeping even though a note in the room said it was provided for stay overs unless the DND sign is out. Breakfast was simple continental style.

Arrived early & they failed to let me know when my room was ready got there at noon & said I could not get room until 4:00. They promised to call me and did not.

Overall stay was good. Room TV channels didn’t work but was barely there anyway

The staff I encountered at this property are top notch. From check in to check out, each one was super friendly and accomodating. The wonderful lady who ran breakfast really knows how to start your morning!!

Nice large room, comfy bed, quiet, and nice staff. Could use a few updates, but it was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay here again

We visit our daughters in Portland from time to time and this location is super convenient for us to get up and back home. There’s also an Elmer’s restaurant near by for breakfast.

The staff were all very nice, the hotel was clean but the carpet in our room was very old and worn.

Pretty lame for a Quality Inn. Probably the worst breakfast at a hotel since the pandemic.

The area was close to stores, restaurants and was perfect for me.

Checking in was bad. A line to check in . They had us all check in and no rooms was ready. They said give us some time and we'll let you all know when rooms are available.tgen people started checking in and getting rooms while we all sat in the front watching people check in and get rooms

I really liked the easy parking elevator and free breakfast.

The sheets were pilled. Felt like there was sand in the bed. The room smelled like someone made mac and cheese with dirty sock water only moments before. Opting to take the stairs rather than wait for the geriatric elevator, I was disappointed ( and slightly frightened) to find that the stairway deposits you behind the building, in the dark, with nothing and nobody around. If there was signage indicating this to be the case, it was not obvious.

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I booked a room for my sisters wedding (I paid for hotel and $75 extra for rose petals) and when my sister arrived they made her pay again. They said there was not reservation made when I even have emails from manager. When I went to speak with staff at desk employee who refused to give his name slammed door in my face and told me to F off. There were other guests in hotel that witnessed this and they also reported similar experiences so we exchanged contact info and yet I still have not heard from hotel. Never again will we stay there and I will be fighting to get the refund that I paid and that my sister paid. I truly hope that the hotel will reach out and fix there mistakes

This facility has always been a good value. The staff are always courteous, friendly, responsive to one’s needs.
