Loved the 3 meals❣️

Did not live up to pictures and rating . Desk was rude and did not pick up the phone for around 10 minutes. When we went to our room the elevator and the hallway smelled strongly of weed. We woke up to people cussing at each other in hallway. I would give this 3 stars at best. It was older and grungier than other hotels we have stayed at.

Staff was wonderful! Hotel was very nice.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is awful but it’s nice of the hotel to offer it. The place is rundown definitely needs to be renovated the area around. It is not safe.

I love the fact they have a 2 meal course for customers. Overall it was okay!

We had a wonderful experience! The room was big, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was delicious and its pet friendly. Will definitely be back for our next dog show!

The staff are lovely but the hotel is not in a great neighborhood and Safety definitely seems to be a concern. The main areas could use some love in terms of upgrades and cleanliness

Found an article of clothing (bra) that was left on the floor in the room I stayed at; therefore, I gathered that the floor had not been vacuumed in that area. (Where else had it not been cleaned?) This hotel is an older Drury hotel that I realized is located in an area in Greensboro with higher crime rates. Food and beverages were mediocre.

The positive: the staff was SO friendly! We felt very welcome, and they were always smiling. The high floor suite was very spacious and our beds were comfortable. They gave us a roll away bed so my kids didn’t have to share the pullout couch, and that was awesome. Air conditioner worked great, and our room was nice and cool in the night.
The negatives: There were a lot of homeless people lurking around the parking lot. They had locked the doors during the happy hour (I guess to keep out the lurkers outside?), but my husband had a hard time finding a way in to check in, and he was harassed by a man outside who was trying to follow him into the building. There was also A LOT of street noise at night. Revving engines, sirens, etc… good thing I had some ear plugs! The gas station across the street was $1 more expensive than all the gas stations in the area… don’t get gas there! The breakfast was ok, but they didn’t replenish things very fast and it was gone so fast every time they refilled it because everyone was waiting for food. They never filled the muffins back up. Also the bathroom floor had no mats so it was VERY slipper when wet, but sticky when dry.
If it were just the staff and the room size, we would come back, but the location made us feel a little unsafe.

It was a beautiful property and we were able to order food late, but the rooms were ice cold! The air conditioning from the lobby to the room was simply too much. Otherwise a great stay.

Zaria at check in is always so cheerful and welcoming (sorry if misspelled). Kim in helping fix a key card issue was also so very helpful.

The room smelled musty. But everything else was fine. And the beds were too soft.

Key didn’t work twice. I had to ask for a discount given I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me. Took over 40 minutes for me to finally get in my car room (a different room). Manager did give me a discount and I appreciate that.

We always enjoy our stay at the Drury,
The staff is always excellent.
The thing that brought my rating from excellent to good Wes that during our stay the hotel was also running as a dorm for a local college.

Was a good experience but maids woke us up at 8:00am and at 10:00am attempted to clean the room even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00am.

Although there were a lot of homeless people around, the area itself was extremely convenient for what we were staying for. The breakfast and ‘kickback hour’ were great and helped us save on our eating out budget. The room was clean and well kept.

Great staff who were very personable and always looking to assist however possible. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before that served both breakfast and dinner at no additional cost. The dinner option also included 2 adult beverages each evening which was a hit with the group of people we stayed with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is traveling and staying in the Greensboro area.
