They told me they needed A credit card to put on hold in case of damages to the toom but they actually charged it and extra $60 to my credit card so now in trying to dispute it .

The hotel needs a complete renovation it was disgusting. I would never stay again. I went to open patio door and a piece of the handle cracked off. I think they charged me for a new one. I am waiting for an email otherwise I wlll dispute charge. Also, a wallet was left there I called within an hour of leaving. They still haven’t mailed it back. I authorized $20-25 to send back but I know I will never get it.

I asked for and received a non smoking room and it smelled like someone before me smoked a carton of Marlboros. The building is old and run down. The outside of the building has a lot of cats roaming around. It looks like someone just left them there. Super 8 must stand for Section 8. The homeless hotel !!!!
3.3
It was fine for what we need it
3.3
Not perfect, but for one night is good.

The website said this facility had a pool; when we went to check in, they said they didnt have a pool.
3.3
Good for traveling down i95

Worst experience. Had to ask about hot water. Told to let it run. 5 minutes later we had warm water. Floors were filthy. Breakfast was decent.
3.3
I liked that I had a place to stay.
3.3
It was easy to get to.
3.3
The area outside the room had trash thrown around. The rooms had a strong odor of weed inside them. Overall, just a dirty appearance.
3.3
Sticky carpert.

Some pro and cons.
PRO: 1) Great water pressure; 2) somewhat new thermo-pane double-glazed windows; 3) decent coffee in the lobby.
CON: 1) The guest registration form required me to acknowledge that I had fifteen minutes to inspect the room but the clerk told me I only had five minutes. That disparity should have resonated more alarm-like in my head; details are important. I did run into the room, tear-off the bedspread and sheets to search for tell-tale signs of infestation, which revealed no critters but showcased some seriously wrinkled sheets, which had been laundered after the last guest but obviously had not been folded after cooling under the pressing weight of an industrial-sized load of linens. Details matter.
2) It has been some time since the hotel has had a much needed deep cleaning. The doors and painted surfaces felt tacky. The bathroom exhaust fan was growing a dangling mass of Spanish moss-like dust and condensation. The Ivory-colored plumbing fixtures camouflaged many things but could not conceal the long overdue introduction of a stiff bristled toilet brush. The window still sported the manufacturer’s paper labels and a multitude of fingerprints. Cockroaches.
3) There are problems that are neither remedied nor disguised with another thick coat of glossy paint: excessive space under doors; inoperable chain security locks; rotted exterior wood trim.
I should have better invested the 5 or 15 minutes allotted at check-in to go elsewhere.

Floors we’re sagging. Room smelled bad and nothing was done to improve smell. Wild cats blocked rear exit. Walls were cracking and separating. Substandard by any measure. Will never return.

room not so great
3.3
Property is aging and does not appear to get sufficient maintenance

Due to travel issues I called the hotel to cancel and was told by Jennifer there would be No Charges. I explained that I booked with hotels.com and she said . No I will NOT be charged. I was shocked to see I was fully charged. I insist you remove this charge .

Filthy, outdated, smelly, not enough towels, it says continental breakfast, but only had muffins, frozen oj, loose plumbing. It should close down and be demolished.
3.3
Hotel has an old musty smell. Carpet is old and does not lay flat in the hallway. Decor is old and tired.
3.3
Quiet

Kept awake most of the night because of a sub pump that keep coming on and off, stuff said it was due to heavy rain.
Very disappointed with super 8, not worth the money they charge, we will use them again

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Wyndham close this place down and renovate the whole building. There is no privacy in the bathroom as they took off the bathroom door and installed a sliding barn door. That doesn’t shut. The sink is near the front door and the water doesn’t drain. Our room was in front of reception and terribly noisy. The breakfast food was cold and gross. The hot water in the room was luke warm and at the breakfast bar which is at the front door. The coffee was warm.
3.3
Ok spot to get a good nights sleep along l 95 if on a budget.
3.3
The property is dated and could really use some upgrades however the location is close to a lot of dining and shopping and the staff the two front desk ladies were excellent real southern hospitality.
3.3
Older style hotel. Dated to 1980's
3.3
The property was inexpensive and convenient from the highway. The room was fairly clean but the overall property was cluttered and in disarray. If you are looking for an okay place to stay to sleep and shower this is fine but don't expect aesthetically pleasing views!
3.3
Filthy, run-down and unsafe conditions.
Never, never, never again. The photos are not true photos.
7 rooms for 3 nights - did not stay the entire time due to the poor conditions. Sleeping in your car is better than this.
3.3
Dirty stained sink and toilet...only 2 towels foe a 2 night 3 days stay...tv remote not working once new remote was received only 1 channel...sink light flickered..unable to use microwave due to power strip cutting off after a few seconds of being on...overall unsatisfactory experience

The hotel was ok. Somewhat clean. Floors were sticky. They have a barn door for the bathroom that is installed wrong, so it leaves a gap so not real private when showering or using toilet. Our room was the 1st one by the front desk & there was always 2-3 people talking loud around 1-3:00 in the morning waking us up. Washer, dryer & ice machine is outside. Bed was comfy. Night table was partially cleaned and other half was full of dust.
3.3
Desk clerk was very personable and helpful.

The Front Desk Associate was very polite and helpful especially after I checked in at Midnight, Great Hotel for the price

Staff was great

Property is very dated. Door to my room was not locked when I came to it. Bathroom is extremely small. There was no toilet paper. Had to go back to the desk to pick that up. The person checking me in said,” we have a 15 minute refund if you don’t like the room.” Never been told that checking into a hotel. Room does seem to be clean though.
3.3
