Booked the Queen Suite and appreciated the extra space to stretch out. This is *not* a new hotel so needs a few updates to furnishings and common spaces but we knew that going in so no issue. Breakfast was adequate but the only hot food was pre-packaged goods to be microwaved. Helpful and courteous front desk staff!

Small room but comfortable. Tub was a bit dirty. The reception desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The highway noise is very audible. Guests who need quietness to sleep may find it difficult.

Room had no hand soap in the bathroom. They did not have any at the front desk.
Overhead light kept going on and off. Asked to change to another room and the front desk person wanted to make sure that was indeed the case. she left the room without saying anything. I went down to the front desk to get another key and the front desk person kept leaving and going upstairs asking me to stay by the front desk. After several trips up and down, she finally came down and change the room. I have used this hotel many times but after this experience, this was my last stay.

The hotel is old and in need of updates big time. The only rooms with refrigerators are suites. We were upgraded to one do to meds that need refrigeration. But the carpet had a large hole in it from scrubbing something out of it. Which also showed the true color of the carpet. The freezer in the frig was so froze over we couldnt even fit and icepack. The rooms are very small unless you have a suite. It needs a lot if updating in the rooms.

This property named Microtel is micro small as a cell. The floors were sticky, bathroom counters were nil, lighting fixtures had low lights, the queen size bed filled the whole room, not to mention no microwave and refrigerator. The only feature was the customer service, they were excellent, kind and professional…just make sure you continue to employ them.

I paid for a reservation online for 1 room and 2 queen beds for 2 guests (#72886454649882). When I arrived at the property they told me they no longer had my room available but could accommodate me in a suite with one bed and a sofa bed. I did not think it would be an issue, I was tired from my 8 hour drive and just wanted to get some rest. Turns out the sofa bed was not comfortable at all! You can feel the springs on the sofa bed, not to mention the small dimensions, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. I woke up sore and even more tired than when I had arrived. The next morning the clerk that “accommodated” me in a suite had left and I could not get an answer on why my initial reservation was not available. Stay away from their suites if you are thinking of using the sofa bed to sleep. Still waiting to hear back on why the reservation I made days before arriving was not available. Other than that, great location and room was clean.

Completely worn out. In room furnishings falling apart. Plugs wouldn't stay in the loose electrical outlets. Public areas not clean or air conditioned.

Very small room, old and coming apart furniture, towel rack in the bathroom coming out of the wall. It felt like we had paid $60 for the night when in reality we paid more than $200 for the night.

Friendly staff & clean, but needs a facelift. The biggest complaint is the floors in the rooms squeak every time someone is walking around above my room. I could even hear my floor squeaking when I walked in my room. Halls are very dark especially near elevator-stayed on 2nd floor. Numerous signs in parking lot-Not responsible-Owners assume all risk-Do not leave valuables in your car.

Room was old and outdated. We stayed for a week. Service was very nice. Room was not so nice. Hole in carpet in middle of room. Room definitely needed refreshing. Looked dirty, wife wouldn't sit on sofa. Not a piece of furniture with a drawer in it. Lived out of suitcase. No dresser even though plenty of room for one. Overall big disappointment & will not book again. Staff was excellent.

The hotel is a nice enough property, but one of the lights in my room would not work, and another flickered suffieiently so as not to e useful. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was supposed to e ready by 6 AM. At 6:10, there were a few pastries and oatmeal as the only food available. The area is convenient if you are using the swim canter or the sports fields. Oterwise, it is inconvenient to town.

Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Nice towels. A bit dated, but that’s ok. Minimal breakfast. No fridge in room.

Traveled with family of 10. Booked 4 rooms and requested to be near each other. Got one connecting rooms which was nice coz we have 4 & 7 years old boys. But no fridge nor microwave in any of our rooms so we cannot keep milk & juice nor warm food for the kids. Quite disappointed.

The room was not what was pictured. There was no refrigerator. The room was very sparse and dated. Well used. The bathroom configuration with the counter and the toilet was odd. It was hard to get to the handle to flush the toilet. The table in the room looked broken. The legs were not straight. The lights were on a motion sensor and one of the fluorescent wall fixtures did not have a cover. The room was quiet except for the last night we could hear the room next door in the early, early morning.
The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean.
Just very worn overall and not what was pictured.

We (family of four) stayed for one night during a soccer tournament. Generally the room was ok, but not great. No in room safe, no ice machine on the second floor. Breakfast is pre-packaged muffins, juice, coffee, and frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. You have to ask the front desk to get the Jimmy Dean sandwiches for you from the back of the office.
Staff is friendly and doing the best the can with a pretty dated facility.
Room keys are magnetic key cards so you have to keep them separate from your ipods case and cell phone or you'll demagnetize them.
