No body shower gel. No coffee or hot water pot. Not a 5-star treatment I expected. Overall, it was ok to stay there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loud music until late at night from the next building with some music association.

This hotel is just off the "main drag" of La Paz that has plenty of dining and shopping options. It was very economical. Check-in at 3 AM was prompt.
Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet with eggs cooked to order. The same location was used for lunch and dinner. The menu was adequate. We did not use room service, but it was available 24 hours and used the same menu as the restaurant.
The regulars rooms do not include a mini-bar/refrigerator, nor did the hotel (including the restaurant) have a microwave for reheating leftovers from dining.

Everything was ok, but the breakfast is not that good as it was during my last visit 4 years ago.

Nicest hotel and breakfast ive had in Bolivia...and ive been in 4 hotels

I had two showers. Both times I had to wait for rusty water to become clear water. The first time using the sink also had the same problem. I told the staff about this problem. I feel that they should have changed rooms for me so that had a room with clear water. If clean water is available in the rooms. I also could not connect to the internet with my I pad. My iPhone could but my iPad couldn't. I should not have been on the 10th and 11th floors

Great hotel, 24/7 stuff, restaurant in site, spacious rooms and bathroom.

Nothing special, dated. Loud , there is a very active school next door that had activities and band practice pretty much every night

Our first trip to La Paz. Both my wife and I did not respond well to the altitude. Literally everyone on the staff was friendly, helpful, and bent over backwards to make it a good stay.
Special thanks to the concierge who was incessantly helpful, and to the people in the restaurant and room service, as our lack of mobility caused us to eat most of our meals at the hotel... which was a distinct pleasure.
I recommend Hotel Europa La Paz without reservation.

Stayed on Saturday night and was so impressed I came back the following week to the same hotel. The reception staff sorted me so much - a transit to Copacabana with a guide; a Covid test at the hotel; and printing so many travel documents without complaint. They even upgraded my room both times so I had the most amazing view of the city.

Generally very good but this is the first time I have had the room checked prior to departure and I stay in hundreds of hotels as I am a pilot.A bit stressful due to a 5:50 checkout for an early flight !

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Europa. The location of the hotel is great (in the city center) and access is easy. In particular I was very impressed by Mr. Miguel Segalini, the person incharge at reception. He was a fantastic help, by first helping me check in a bit ahead of the standard check in time (I had returned from a very long and exhausting bus ride from Uyuni) and then going out of his way to help me communicate with room service when they could not understand something I required. He personally came up and helped me with the language. Such kind of remarkable service is rare even in Top class hotels. Thank you

The hotel is in a great location within the city. The staff were very polite and helpful to me. I suffered with some altitude issues when I arrived and the hotel provided a free gas tank of oxygen which was great. Overal a definite recommend

Mostly very good but!
Good - The front desk staff is very helpful, Jorge and the night staff. Bilingual. 12th floor room was very nice w comfortable king bed and ample space and most amenities. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and we enjoyed one very good lunch. Pool was a welcome addition to the services. Nice location. Front desk can get folks to hotel to offer tours.
Bad - Wi-Fi very spotty and would cut out on both of us at times and not let us back on. Front desk couldn’t fix. Pool only open noon-9. The worst was people coming in the room to either check on our mini fridge or every day coming in to give us 2 small pieces of candy - intrusions and totally not necessary. We were sleeping or in the bathroom when hotel staff cane in to do those two things that the room cleaner could have easily done on his round. Not secure and we felt as if they were spying on us. Put everything in your small lock box.

The pool area was very peaceful. It is also a bit off the main road so quiet

A pair of $300 headphones disappeared from our room and the day after our stay a fraudulent transaction was carried out on my credit card for $990. When I asked for a late check out I was told one price and when time came to pay it was double what they originally quoted. The key to the room stopped working a number of times, I went down to reception 7 times in two days to have the swipe cards re-initilized. The pool area is quite nice and has good facilities but doesn't open until 1pm. We had a party of 7 staying at the hotel in 4 rooms for two nights. Overall an extremely disappointing stay. I've stayed there a number of times over the last few years and I won't be going back.

LOCATION, FOOD AND SERVICE WERE ALL VERY GOOD. The restaurant was excellent, a bit costly but one gets what one pays. Service at the door was excellent, the same as the desk.

Great downtown location -- just around the corner from (but thankfully not directly on) a bustling, main road in the city center. My room was not fancy, but was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is average, but at least it's available over a lengthy period of time beginning at 6am.

Good location, nice helpful staff Hotel needs renovations it looks tired not 4 star Fitness club only open 1-9 pm Not good for those who want a workout in morning. Very old seized up equipment
