This is, “You Get What You Pay For.” Very convenient to airport, safe, cheap, and friendly service. Rooms are old and worn out, mine smelled musty. Staff was great.

Unfortunately, this location has the images of another hotel listed online. I filed a complaint with the BBB for catfishing and dishonesty. This used to be a Motel 8, so there's that. It has a trucker stop vibe, so if you're looking for a safe atmosphere, keep on scrolling. This hotel is under new management and I'm sure they will work out the kinks. However, my initial room had a flooded bathroom for me to find the moment I walked in the door, so I had to request another room. The beds have two extremely thin sheets passing for blankets. How much does it cost to purchase covers for your hotels? If you need an elevator, do not stay here. They don't have one. Also, ice is only on the bottom floor vs the customary floor-by-floor option. The parking lot was being repaved, which meant spots were difficult to secure. Zero compensation offered for any of these incontinences. HIGHLY do not recommend. Pay the extra $5 a night to stay somewhere else.

Clean hotel, beds are more firm than I like. Trash outside was overflowing. Witnessed an ordeal regarding a lady that was down on her luck refusing to leave, cops were called, woman had gotten into the ambulance but then got back into her car very obvious not fit to drive. She had a dog that the police took away from the woman. Very sad situation and disturbing to see during our stay. That's the reason for the lower stars in my opinion unfortunately. Most likely won't be staying here again.

We stayed on the second floor and there was a very strong smell in the hallways. Also, the room had a weird smell. We sprayed a little perfume around the room and that was helpful. Room was clean and tidy though. AC cooled the room great and shower had really good water pressure!

Beds and pillows are hard, water didn’t drain in the bathroom sink, the first room key didn’t work, after getting my key to work the room they put me in was not ready the beds were standing up so I went back again to the front desk and they called the manager and gave me another room, it took like 20 minutes to get a room that was ready for me

Decent hotel. I stay there frequently. A better value than most in WW. Prices are significantly higher elsewhere, and I'm only in the room for 8 hours max, thus, why pay a lot for a hotel.

The property had bed bugs which bit my daughter a lot. We founn bed bugs in the bed and reported. They wanted to throw us out if we took a refund. They didn't even check the room until later after arguing they had no bed bugs. The manager was very rude and at o e time blamed me for the bed bugs. The staff felt bed and really tried to work with us.

Never got to stay there this time. This was my second time in a month booking a room at this hotel, and they tell me only this time, that all of a sudden they need a cash deposit, or they couldn't check me in. I couldn't afford that by anymeans, meaning literally did not have that much money on me at the time. I was told at the desk to call the booking company. In doing so, they had to send a request to the hotel for a refund, which was immediately denied. Why should I have to pay for a room, that I never even saw?!! Ridiculous.

The good: Personnel were very nice and accommodating, relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad: very outdated and everything in the room was old, scratched and not updated. No closet... One bathroom light that connected to the screaming fan. I will not comment on breakfast since there was nothing I would eat except maybe a waffle.
