No AC in this hot weather. Rooms have a strong paint smell because people are working on the rooms. Receptionist is incompetent

The view of the beach is breathtaking from the room and the service of the staff very courteous.

The property had leaking issues — water from the ceiling and toilets. The WiFi would go out a lot which was a huge issue for me as I work remote. It only worked very well by the pool area.
Food was good. Staff was exceptional.

The guy serving the people under the umbrellas, in front of the beach, only did it for people giving tips, if you don't tip you don't exist.

We decided to come to Acapulco just 4 months after hurricane Otis destroyed most of the town and touristic infrastructure. We were pleasantly surprised by the resiliance of the people, their desire to bounce back and we had a very pleasant stay. Although it's clear that the hotel is not yet fully ready (only 1 hotel tower is in use, and only 1 restaurant is in service) and reconstruction works continue, the staff does their best to cater for the guest. Hotel rooms are ample and nicely decorated, although in particular the bathroom could do with some refurbishment. We had a fantastic balcony overlooking the bay, from where you can enjoy the sunset or Acapulco. Food quality is variable, some good dishes, some standard stuff, OK but nothing special. The beach is very nice, with palapas, beach beds and reclining chairs. The pool area is pleasant, although a bit noisy due to ongoing reconstruction works.
In conclusion a very pleasant stay, the family enjoyed swimming in the sea, but if coming to Acapulco in the next few months, do keep in mind that it is still recovering from the worst hurricane that has hit it.

Old dirty thin towels. No ac. It was not working. Very hot. The beds were very hard old linens only sheet and comforter. Very old . They stole something from outside on the security part of beach and they did not care. Tub was peeling. Outlets were not osha standard and many things wrong. Definitely not worth the money it costs to stay. I tried many times calling Expedia and no one answered me. Hotel should not have 1 star. I want a refund.

Outdated rooms, staff acted like they loathed having to work there, with the exception of one man in the Fiesta dining room. Food was okay, desserts and pastries were sickeningly sweet. There was a cockroach in our room and we had to call the front desk twice to get it cleaned out. They said it was because only one person was working the front desk. Why? Poor overall service.

I don’t know where to begin. The hotel is very very old , I would maybe give it 2 stars. The faucet from the bathtub looked like it was carved out of the wall and someone shoved it in. We were forced to move to a different room after we were already installed because of repairs on the floor we were at. The only option that was offered to us to make up for it was to check out later ( what a joke ). The only bar by the pool was only in service for a few hours and not every day ( we stayed for 6 days ). Nor was premium liquor available for all inclusive this was a HUGE disappointment, only buffet style dining was available . DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this hotel . I have stayed at other all inclusive hotels this place was SO disappointing. I would like my money back or at least a portion of it.

Place was old Have to wait to shower cause they didn’t have enough towels we had to wait hrs to get them customer service we’re not helpful Their food wasn’t very good same thing everyday Pool towels were stinking also they never had enough for everyone’s also had to wait for them and only allowed 1 towel a day per person even if they get wet from kids splashing they didn’t exchanged for a dry one cause it was only one a day no matter what. Also sound sound of traffic and the music from other areas were so loud at all night hard to fall asleep

It was terrible, they don’t know what customer service is, I don’t get the room that I booked thru Expedia, the A/C didn’t work got moved to another room the bathroom was flooded, got moved to another room that was not what I paid for with the promise that they were gonna fix the a/c, next day came around a/c was not fixed. Asked to speak to the general manager he just told Marta at the front desk to tell me that if I didn’t like it to cancel thru Expedia. I wouldn’t come Back even if it was free. Terrible overall, don’t waste your money not worth it. Expedia should not have this type of hotels in their listings.
