The staff was amazing! We asked for a non-smoking room but people kept going to the stairs entrance to smoke. I'm allergic to cigarettes & smoking so my stay was not comfortable

While the prices were welcoming we found some staff didn’t seem interested in our not having cable amd their responsewas just short of disrespectful and no one ever checked to see if it was restored. Water pressure can be compared to a sprinkler. Breakfast hours needs some adjustments as well as offering some healthy options Some staff was welcoming and sweet.

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Shower was broken. Towels were horrible. Cleaning people barged in with do not disturb people on. Called an hour before check out telling us we needed to leave. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not recommend

They booked us initially in a room with someone already inside. Then they upgraded us to a “nicer” room which looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1970 and was quite dirty. The beds were decent and it was quiet. I think the hotel is being remodeled so it’s a mess. The area of town is also not great.

The front desk was very nice and accommodating to our needs. We could not book a wheelchair/ handicap accessible room online, when we arrived there she was able to move us to one with out any extra charge which was weird not any way she did. Having a young child when we booked online would have been nice to know the pool was closed and out of service. There is a lack of good communication between the owner and staff. Overall I would give it a one star The person at the front desk a 5 start for being sweet and helpful (at check in) Owner get you building in better condition

I got there late due to traffic. Upon entering & telling the lady I wanted to check in she said, “Hope you had a reservation.” I thought that was rude. She gives me my key & I got to my room. I thought someone was in there because the bed was a mess & the room had clearly not been cleaned. She put me in a non smoking room which when entering smelled like stale smoke plus there was an ashtray in the room. The next day I leave to go grab a few things at the store. I get back & my card didn’t work. Go to the front desk & she tells me they had my card expired. It showed I was only checked in for one night but yet showed I paid for the week. The pool was not operational which I was very disappointed. The day I checked out I hand the lady my key. As I was backing out of the parking lot she calls me & tells me I still have a balance. I said for what? She said they didn’t charge me tax. She said she tried to run my card before calling me. I will definitely BOT be back

No toilet paper, no cleaning service or towels! Breakfast was awful. No fruit period! Manager said they just don’t ever put fruit out because they have to throw it away! Two other guests complained that there was no room service while I was trying to get towels. I would find a different place!

Staff was all great. The hotel is very run down. The shower has very little water pressure. There was hair from previous guest on the bathroom wall and the floor was not very clean. TV didn’t work correctly, maintenance tried to fix it but was not able to.

The room smelled like nasty body funk, the toilet seat was so gross and stained up that I has to hover to use the bathroom, the tub was stained with what I don't know. If I could of got my money back I would have. The staff was friendly though but the cleanliness didn't meet the rating that this place had when I booked our stay. I will not stay there again.

The rooms are a little outdated and some repairs may be needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious and the service was good. For the price it was a great stay and slept good.

Definitely price gouging during the eclipse. $100 quality for much more. The place desperately needs removation - floor peeling up, filthy black hand prints on the bathroom walls, probably can get the floor cleaner. It was very obvious this room wasnt rented often with the lack of supplies and the look of furniture thrown in plus the key card not working ("often doesnt after the time change" which was a while ago...) Good bones to the biulding just not kept up. Very kind staff. They are to be commended for their work!

The property is old and dated and needs a facelift. Our room had a musty smell and could and at a minimum could use new carpet and a paint. The "breakfast" is basically all starch. No eggs or fruit essentially just cereal, we went elsewhere for breakfast. Paid way to much for this room but it was one of the few rooms available due to the influx of people to see the eclipse.

Booked the queen suite for the weekend to attend a family members wedding. The hotel was very clean, smelling great and staff were observed to be consistently cleaning all areas. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Staff experience was very pleasant and helpful during all interactions. The parking options were great with no issues for vehicle concern. Cons: The water pressure was horrible, only ice machine for the whole 3 floor hotel was located on the 1st floor, the breakfast buffet was extremely minimal and the door to our room didn't seal properly or lock too great. Leaving a large gap all the way around the frame with the hall light protruding through all night. Overall first time experience, we would return for another stay!

Nice stay. Only complaint was having to wait for front desk staff to check in and out. Wasn't busy; staff simply wasn't at the desk. Was a bell to ring for help, but it was blocked by a covid safety shield.
