The hotel is all carpetless, i think i like that better. With out carpet everywhere it made wheeling my luggage alot easier, it also gave the place a more open feel. I had a king room and it felt open and clean. My fridge didnt work well, Chris the mid front desk allowed me to put my food in the kitchen fridge. Everyone was very nice, id stay thete again

The furniture in our room was very dusty and there was a ring in the toilet bowl meaning it had not been cleaned well. The staff were super friendly and kind.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was fast and simple. Room was clean bed were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water, one thing we didn't like about the room is that the bathroom did not have its own sink and mirror that was located outside the bathroom which was a little awkward.The breakfast was great plenty of selections and fresh. Front desk personal were great.

The bathroom toilet was filty, tub had hair in it and old shampoo on the walls. The bathroom floor had not even been swepted, hair was everywhere. I would never stay here again and the price i paid made it even worse.

Great stay near Interstate 40. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean, safe, and pet friendly. There are also restaurants and gas stations nearby as well as a theater and Sam's club.

Very friendly welcome. Hall carpet lumpy and malodorous in hallways. Room clean enough. Room smelled funky. We stayed on 2nd floor. I got up in middle of night and there was some kind of beetle crawling across the floor. Hard to sleep after that. Breakfast was decent.

We planned to stay one night but ended up leaving. We had booked 2 rooms. The first smelled musty and dirty. The 2nd room had cockroaches. When we showed the front desk agent, she immediately moved us to another room. However, that room also had cockroaches! The roaches were due to the fact that there was pet food under the furniture where tgey obviously didn’t clean. We decided not to stay.

Property was well lit, easy parking, we rolled in after 2am and the doors were locked. Quick call and we were met by a very pleasant person who quickly checked us in. Room was spacious with LVT flooring vs carpet (big plus in our book). The room clearly had experienced a flood or mayne simply the humid conditions of TN but in addition to the AC unit there was a portable dehumidifier in the room. It was full so we emptied it because the musty damp room needed some water removed. As it was so late we crashed. Next morning we were up and out early but couldn’t help but notice the mold on the ceiling from the dampness. Overall the place has potential, they just need to clean up a bit.

Needed a place to stay to sleep before we finished our drive. We booked here because the reviews were good. The man at the front desk was very nice however our room was disgusting. The toilet seat was missing pieces, the floors were sticky, the room temp was set to 75 and it was very humid and sticky feeling. The sheets were moist feeling and the walls were paper thin. We heard the lady across from us moaning all night long.

Front desk girl was nice. We arrived late, so we’re excited to sleep. Noticed elevator was filthy and carpets in halls too. Get to the room, open it and hit with mold smell. Literally EVERYTHING felt damp. Floors were not carpeted and felt sticky. I listened to my 11 yr old gripe about the conditions until I made him crawl in his wet bed. Poor kid didn’t even ask to watch tv. I guess he was like me and just wanted to sleep and get the stay over with. Next morning I woke up to use the fitness room. No towels, missing weights, workout bench had body grease on it. I worked out all of two minutes and had to get out… I couldn’t take it. Breakfast was ok but not near enough seating. I would have returned to room to eat but didn’t want to risk contracting dysentery. I wouldn’t stay here again. I recommend demolition.

We arrived around 5 pm, checked in, and were assigned a room. At about 10 pm, as we were preparing to sleep, someone tried to get into our room. For some unknown reason to us, they were assigned our room. A few minutes later the front desk called to apologize. That was very nice, but the experience was not good for us. We hope this doesn't happen again.

Room was clean, freshly mopped, and larger than expected. I always look at the corners in the bathroom. Didn’t have a grunge ‘build up’ and was very pleased. Breakfast setup doesn’t flow in the small space. People bump into each other because main courses are next to each other and other guests had to ask server for food to be refilled. Breakfast variety was extremely limited. Overall, would stay here again.

Excellent service of front desk staff especially the general manager’s assistance. The Breakfast menu is very good and excellent service making sure of the availability of the food. Very clean and organize set-up.
