The location is excellent as you really feel like you are in Budapest with the view of Parliment house, Danube and Chain bridge which are 3 of the most famouse sights of the city. The property is in good condition, however the carpet in our room was very tired and needs urgent replacing. The stares, passage ways and lift carpet had little bits of litter on them each day of our stay. We had to change our 4 day booking by 1 week for personal reasons. The hotel took the total funds for that booking which left a very sour taste on their greedy attitude.

Room 83 had a really great view and I was impressed many times every day. The hotel is not large, but that's why I thought that there was no other hotel in the world that was as comfortable as this. The Wi-Fi was perfect for online meetings with Japan, and the hot eggs at breakfast were delicious! The price was also reasonable for us, and it was the best place for sightseeing. I was able to rest my tired feet in the bathtub, and when I asked if I could borrow a bottle opener because I wanted to drink Tokaj wine in the room, they said, "That's a great idea!" and lent it to me. We arrived at a time when the roads and bus routes were disrupted by the fireworks on National Day, but they suggested how to get to the venue even on the chaotic day of August 20th. I am truly grateful to the receptionist who explained things to me in easy-to-understand English on August 18th. Most of the food we ate at the restaurants in the area was a taste that Japanese people like, and I will never forget the beautiful and wonderful city of Budapest and this hotel. We could see the fireworks at eye level. This is something you can't experience in my country. We have stayed in hotels in many countries, but for us this is the best hotel in the world. It was a good memory for our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you very much.

Excellent view of Parliament across the river. Easy access via public transportation, and walkable to many top attractions. The staff were all very helpful. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Best hotel room view of the Danube, Chain Bridge and Parliament building!! Just excellent stay!! Everything was wonderful - the room, the staff, the location. After enjoying the complimentary breakfast, that offered anything you would want, we easily walked to all major city sites/attractions. Also lots of nice local little cafes and restaurants within a few blocks of this very recommended boutique hotel.

Beautiful location opposite Parliament building. Excellent breakfast options available. A tram stops directly outside the hotel allowing easy access to shopping, dining and sightseeing. For a moderate premium you can have ninth floor apartment for an really excellent view from your apartment. Every room has a river view, so you can be sure to have a great view always in this hotel. Staff were courteous and polite and showed an in interest in you and we're always happy to help. Whilst no ironing is allowed in the rooms, there is an excellent, very efficient ironing service provided at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a nearby Spar for shopping and a good selection of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

What an amazing stay! The view from our 8th floor room was stunning. Seeing the parliament building during the day was nice but at night, just incredible. The front desk attendants were very helpful and knowledge of the area. The included breakfast was generous in offerings and delicious. The hotel was well positioned in the city where we could quickly grab transportation either by train or taxi. Also there were a number of great restaurants within walking distance - 2 to 3 mins.

We were able to get a room on the 7th floor and it was absolutely fantastic view. Everyone was so great helpful. The room was perfect. We were pretty much able to walk to see everything we wanted to. Can't wait to return.

Amazing views from hotel over looking the river and parliament building. Hotel is clean, room is large and modern with all the amenities required. Breakfast is superb with lots of choices and very friendly, attentive staff. Some good restaurants only a short walk from hotel. All in all, very pleased we choose this hotel for our stay in Budapest and we can not recommend boutique hotel Victoria highly enough

A really nice and calm hotel. A wonderful view to Donau. It's in walking distance to everything. I would choose that hotel again, when staying in Budapest. The lady/staff at breakfast was really really nice.

We had the top floor with corner room right towards the Parlament. Simply amazing view. The room was beautifully decorated with modern touch. Great TV with Cast function. Decent breakfast with tasteful omelets. Shout-out to the breakfast employee; she was fast and observant. Highly recommended.

This property provided views over the River Danube that were fantastic, at no extra cost. The food, service and staff were excellent whilst catering to many and varied nationalities. Very good value for money, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable...what a view to sit and watch the beautiful Danube and the buildings. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choice to set you up for a day of exploring. Already recommended to friends.
