Beautiful hotel with friendly staff who are all very helpful with everything nothing is too much trouble. Room was very good and great amenities all round. Very peaceful surroundings and very pretty hotel.
Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Helpful, attentive and friendly team of staff.
Lovely, large room, well equipped with good layout.
Hotel grounds, including car park, well maintained.
What a luxury treat!

Lovely hotel, beautiful gardens. Spa was excellent, had a Mediterranean rock massage which I'd recommend. Breakfast was brilliant and overall service superb. Only downside was the bathroom in my room, probably needing upgraded in the next couple of years although that's me trying to be constructive. Well worth the money and would 100% stay there again when in the area.

We had a lovely time. All the hotel staff were very friemy and professional, from receptionists, waiters and housekeeping. They gave us an early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. The grounds were spacious and nice to walk around. The spa area was top class, indoor and outdoor. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff bicker amongst one another which isn’t very professional. I had to wait 20 mins for a coffee and for the money you’re spending, the service is very slow.

Fabulous. Staff here are superb in every area of the hotel. Beautiful and very well kept grounds and public areas. Great spa. Looking forward to returning.

This was such a beautiful experience. Gorgeous, peaceful surroundings, extremely helpful and friendly sraff abd the spa is idyllic. Thank you 😊

Gorgeous location. Beautiful main buildings and garden. Iur room was in a modern seperate building. The room was clean and tidy. There was no A/C and the room was very warm and we had a bad sleep, even though the outside temperature was cool.

Exceptional hotel! My husband and I stayed here as a small break during our honeymoon through England. What a break! They have everything here, and - perhaps most importantly - everyone is genuinely warm and friendly. Staff seems to like each other and there was such a great atmosphere throughout. A joy to be a part of, not to mention their incredible spa services, swimming pool, outside jacuzzi (what a treat!), gym amenities and beautiful surroundings. The restaurant should also be mentioned as we both had all three meals of the day here: all excellent, and so is their Asian restaurant, Sencha. 10 out of 10 if not more!

Made to feel extremely welcome by every member of staff we encountered from the moment we arrived until our departure.

Stayed here during the F1 at Silverstone. From the outside it’s a beautiful building. Parking is simple and ample spaces available for guests. The grounds are very well kept.
We stayed in a double room which wasn’t in the main building it’s a short walk from reception to the building.
The entrance is lovely and bright we were on the first floor.
The rooms are small and lack any real character which was a shame. Some of the wooden furniture is chipped and damaged in places.
The bathroom was extremely small, again dated and in need of some updating. Rusty shower screens, shower heads with no real power. Overall the rooms are just a little sad but with not much effort could be made lovely.
On a plus the bed was comfy which was a bonus.
Would I stay again probably not, if you aren’t going for the dining experience which I’m sure is lovely, there’s many other places nearby that offer more for similar money.
Staff were friendly and well presented, be aware there is no ‘bar’ as such so if you are wanting just a drink there’s a small selection of seating you can sit at and a menu is brought over but it lacks any ambience.
As we were just there for a place to sleep before heading out early every morning on checkout I was surprised to find a service charge added to the bill for breakfast which if we had eaten there I wouldn’t of minded but they should of known we hadn’t. This was removed from the bill by the staff.
Overall a comfy bed, great staff but very out dated room

We had the most perfect weekend here - staff were kind and proactive in helping us with everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and the spa was just brilliant. Can't recommend enough. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit tired, but they are also undertaking refurbishment so that will also likely soon be sorted.
4.5
A nice hotel and a generally enjoyable stay. It just needs to get itself better organised for service at breakfast.
All the staff were very friendly.
4.5
We stay above the main entrance door & at night & first thing in the morning the door kept banging closed & people talking.
The room had horrible stains over the carpet
The spa £15 extra had a broken shower outside (missing knob to turn shower on)
Outside hot tub was nice & hot but the jets wasn’t working & missing tiles.
Inside spa area had missing tiles the whole spa area needs a refurbishment

The place is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and professional from the front of house to waiting staff to the house keeping teams. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are always super hot so we opened a window, only to find the storage heating was on when we return. Just worth checking before you leave your room that is on zero. The spa is also lovely with excellent staff.

This is a lovely hotel that never disappoints, just a one night stay on this occasion in a standard room.
Our room was small but very comfortable and clean, all we needed for one night.
Staff are welcoming and friendly, and are always happy to help.
Our stay included breakfast, which was excellent, cooked to order and arrived very quickly. It was served to us by the most cheerful, friendly and attentive staff.
We enjoyed a walk around the amazing gardens before checking out, which is a must.
Looking forward to my next visit to Mallory Court.

Mallory Court is a guaranteed great night sleep, excellent service and good room with the nice small details. I used to come to this hotel regularly years ago and it was wonderful to go back and see that the brilliant service and excellent breakfast remained unchanged! The spa is a great addition - relaxing and well managed too.

Excellent service and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you

OK and no more.
Definitely not a destination for the business traveler.
I stayed there for two nights as I was working locally. The restaurants both closed too early for me to eat on the first night - but that was a good thing on reflection.
Location is OK if you want to roll around in a fluffy dressing gown for 24 hours, but not for anything else.
Room was OK but ridiculously hot; radiator on full blast on arrival, couldn't open the windows more than 3 inches and no air con, so two terrible sticky nights.
Night two - ate in the "relaxed, Japanese-inspired" restaurant as I didn't fancy the "fine dining" at £80/head, and regretted it.
Soulless (I was the only diner in, despite the impression given on booking that they were rammed, and the only time they could fit me in was at 19.45) Food was terrible, pretentious, waay to salty and vastly over-priced.
Wagamama-style food at Central Tokyo prices (£9 for four very average Gyoza, £22 for a terribly-executed (though painfully-pretentiously presented) pork belly ramen. £6 a bottle for run of the mill cider - the cheapest option by far...)
Spent the night chugging endless bottles of water, in an overheated room, whilst wondering how the heck to justify the bill to my client.
I have no issue leaving a poor review, as I won't be going back - if I decide to go for a spa weekend somewhere with my partner there are hundreds of places I'd rather go first, where I wouldn't feel like I'd been mugged

Lovely place to stay. Staff generally friendly. Some confusion over reqests for drinks

The staff in the hotel and the grounds are what make it special. The rooms are large but a bit tired and not a great attention to detail.
The local area is beautiful and lots of places to visit and eat. Convenient parking at the hotel.
But really if you like good service then this is the place to go.
4.5
Wonderful stay, everyone knew it was our anniversary, very polite and attentive staff, delicious food. Spa and treatments were very relaxing and because it's small it was very quiet and almost felt like it was our private pool. All serving staff knew I had a nut allergy.
4.5
Most of all, the staff were all fantastic. Very friendly, incredibly helpful and we really felt that they would go out of their way, to make our stay more pleasant. The hotel was stunning, the spa was excellent and the food was really outstanding. We had the tasting menu, and it was delicious. Many thanks for a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, such gorgeous hotel and surroundings. The staff was so tentative and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent and the spa was lovely. Perfect relaxing weekend away in the countryside and we can’t wait to come back.

This was our third stay at the hotel and the room was stunning. The service was great as always and the team there are always on hand to help and are seem to love what they do. They go above and beyond for their customers. Beautiful setting and I can’t wait to be able to stay here again in the future.
4.5
It was a beautiful hotel, a lovely room with a large comfy bed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food quality was excellent. I'd booked for a special occasion and it didn't disappoint!

I booked Mallory Court as surprise for my wife as a mini moon from 7th April to 9th April. From the very start, the staff were amazing in making those 2 nights special for us. Dawn was extremely supportive in helping me book the afternoon tea and spa. The staff when we arrived were nothing but tentative, even offered us an upgrade along with cookies and card to congratulate us. On the Monday, we had the spa for 2 hours and followed by our treatment, one particular staff member (she had short blonde hair) did put a damper on our experience as we felt she was rude, very cold towards us and even snatched the bands out my hands and said “cheers”. Not something I’d expect considering the experience we’d been getting from the other staff members.
Other than that, from the welcome, restaurant staff, to hotel staff, I want to say a huge thank you from the wife and I for making our mini moon a memorable one.
4.5
The hotel is lovely and the staff are accommodating and professional but they charge £50 for two hours spa access even though you are staying in a spa room.
4.5
The hotel was nice. The basic rooms are quite small. The staff were really really good but our stay had a black cloud over it as a another guest in an adjacent room kept us awake until 530 in the morning. The staff are really good and sent us some breakfast at around 11:30 am. I would have been nice to be offered more from them. The food is really good.
4.5
Attentive staff who were helpful at all times

Overall our two night break with friends was fabulous, visiting local Leamington Spa and Warwick and eating out at some marvelous local restaurants. Mallory Court was almost everything it promised, works were taking place but did nothing to impede upon our stay. The only major disappointment was the spa which was off limits to ourselves unless we paid additional premium to use, we did feedback our disappointment to the hotel and they explained as we had booked through a third party (Hotels.com) there was a charge, direct with them there wouldn't be ....as happy as we were with the hotel room and services and staff this put a large stain on what would have otherwise been a fantastic two night break

Friendly staff. Welcoming

Unusually placed outside Lemington, currently disrupted on all sides by HL7, this beautiful building is quite an impressive vision to approach.
Decades of harsh beatings from a thousand wedding parties have left a mark but the whole complex has been very well maintained and the addition of newer sleeping options which keep a good distance from the main building is reflectively ingenious. The different eras within the complex give the confidence that it's been long established and well run business for a long time, which brings me to the potential downside, over priced.
While everyone working there is super keen(ish) to treat guests well, there feels a dark divide of funding. There is no leyway or movement in the high cost of being there.
It is clearly a place to go when you reach the point of having more money than sense, the food, while incredibly delicious, comes at the price of a body part, a liver or arm perhaps. A meal for two coming in at 3 times the price of the room we stayed in. Essentially, half a year spent saving up 500 pounds is better spent on a long weekend in Paris with similar levels of quality and food, than one rather short evening in the midlands. A bottle of soda stream should never be a tenner!
In short; amazing friendly, happy, almost interested staff in a gorgeous old (and new) hotel, clean and well maintained with a restaurant that serves incredibly beautifully prepared and tasty food that will cost you your soul.

We had an amazing stay. Customer service was exceptional, food really was lovely. We paid for the spa which was very good.
Overall we had a wonderful stay would highly recommended
