On check in I found the "smart card" keys were tricky and went back to the lobby to say I couldn't get the key to work at all. It was sensed by lock flashed red. The clerk gave me key to a different room, and I had trouble getting that one to work but after several tries, succeeded. It seems the key must be held in a particular orientation and location and maybe moved to the lock a certain way. You should make the locks work easier or explain better to guests how to make the fussy mechanism work. The room was in excellent condition as if it was very recently renovated. I approve the floor being smooth laminate instead of carpet. Probably a Covid motivated change. It seems much more clean. It seems bathrooms no longer exhaust the humid air which saves energy but in summer exhausting the air seems desirable. I turned on the heat to warm up the room when I arrived and it didn't have any smell and warmed up the room quickly. the mattress seemed enclosed in a plastic cover. I haven't traveled much in years.Guessed it may be precaution for the scourge of bedbugs I have read about in recent years. I think it a good idea.

We should definitely be refunded/compensated.We were on the bottom floor, and there must have been a leak or just no care for humanity because the wall was bubbling and cracked.In our room we had black mold on the ceiling and we also had mold on the back of the desk chair The pool is definitely not heated. The breakfast bar had cheerios all over the place. It smells weird.

This place is dirty and smelly! The carpets are dirty. In the room, the bed was well made but that piece of cloth over the down comforter to give the impression of a blanket or duvet was dirty! There were marks that looked like grease. The same for the couch which had a lot of spots. With tax, I paid $211 and this was a waste of money. The pool was dirty and was not heated as they claimed. This place is run down and does not worth the price. The most this should charge could be $80 per night. In the lobby, there was a male guest in shorts without shirt! Such a big turn off and waste of money. I was truly disappointed. The pictures does not show how the room actually look.. maybe when they just opened but clearly not now. There were many doors to the pool and there was an awful smell as well. It was a nightmare and a waste of A LOT of money!

The hallways smelled of marijuana at night and worse in the morning. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. There were holes in the walls. The lobby was dirty. The desk clerk was asleep behind the desk. The remote to the TV did not work. The batteries were corroded. The clerk wanted to change rooms because the remote did not work. He later came by with a remote with new batteries. The breakfast was not appetizing and did not look fresh.

The staff was very friendly at this location. Each morning we did notice that there was a distinct fragrance which I thought might be incense. I have allergies so it made things tough as we passed through.

This is one of the grossest places I have ever been- smelled like piss, cigarettes, and weed. The floor was sticky. There was blood on the sheets. The bed made scary metal clanging noises every time we moved.

This place should just close. There were four of us and I had to literally argue with the staff to get each of us our own towel. My daughter had the hide a bed couch with no blanket. Again I had to fight for her! The staff claimed they didn’t have blankets. I finally got her a bedspread. Although there was a coffee basket there was no coffee machine. Another trip to the front desk resulted in the staff handing me a broken coffee maker. Better yet there was no coffee at their free breakfast and my husband had to go to the gas station to get us some. I complained numerous times that our air conditioning wasn’t working properly and they just kept saying to give it more time. The room still wasn’t cool the following morning. Such a lack of basics that be expects in a hotel. Just keep going down the road and save yourself $250 !!!! Unreal.

This was a halfway stopping point for us. We chose it randomly but it was a good hotel for that. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. I don’t love hotel rooms without carpet but it was a pretty decent room.

The good: Clean, and comfy rooms. The service was very nice. Pleasant smiles abounded. The Mediocre: No shampoo or coffee cups in the room. Non smoking room that stunk of smoke. The pool was cloudy and quite warm. No towels in the pool area. The Bad: A tiny leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The "Hot Breakfast" was a belgian waffle machine, assorted muffins, cold cereal and coffee.

The television in the room didn't work. Called the front desk two times. No response. Laid on the bed and the pillow felt and smelled like it was left in the room from a previous occupant. Went to the front desk for extra towels and new pillow covers. Then the guy from the desk decided to check on the television and he apparently went to the wrong room on a previous call. Television never got fixed. I've been to my share of hotel rooms all over the world between civilian and military service. I'm pretty easy to please and don't complain much. Never had I felt such a feeling of wanting to leave a place like this facility. The pool was fine. I would recommend sleeping on one of the chairs by the pool overnight, unfortunately it's only open between 6am-midnight.

Roaches dead & alive. Hairs in shower. Hairs on & between towels. Hairs & stains on bed linens in & out. Hairs that appeared to be from a razor around faucet & edges of vanity. No coffee pot in room, was first offers a filthy one but then given a different room with a slightly cleaner coffee pot but no cups. No tissues. I could go on & on & I did take a few pictures.

Very dirty. My children's feet became gray with dirt walking around barefoot in the room. AC did not work properly and the cover fell off when my child bumped into it. Pool was inaccessible and the smell of chlorine was incredibly strong. Room was stuffy but neighbors were smoking in their room and blowing smoke outside into our room, so we had to shut the windows. Beds were not comfortable. They ran out of coffee and waffle batter, although the hotel attendant had some for himself in the back. We went next door to 7/11 to get some better breakfast food. We checked out early; it was not worth staying another night for us.

the check in they did not talk or give information on breakfast hours or check out times. we got into the rooms to find they were tidied up but not cleaned whatsoever, glitter, mozzarella sticks, bags of popcorn, towels in the broken minifridge. we went to check out the pool and it had no clean towels, the doors to outside and the hotel were all propped open allowing plenty of dirts and bugs to be in the pool. the pool was advertised as heated but infact was not. the only upside to this hotel was spacious rooms and modern feel, but the staff is too lazy to clean or upkeep it.

Pretty landscape Long black hair in my tub! Breakfast area not clean. Staff member got in my way of preparing a waffle to make breakfast for himself! Garbage was overflowing while he sat and did nothing.

The stay was simple enough. However, we could easily hear the family next door. We also went to the included breakfast before checkout and it was very limited. The juice and milk had gone bad. Room was clean, but sleeping was a little difficult due to the bed squeaking for even light movement. It wasn't great, but it worked well enough

The staff was great. The bed is very hard and hurt my back. I am disappointed because on the site it said it was full breakfast buffet and instead it was continental breakfast. They should be honest with what will be provided.
