Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and pools.
Breakfast is very nice but evening buffet not impressive. A la carte restaurant Marcelona overcooked the steak and repeatedly forgot to bring ordered drinks.
By pool, service always took very long and always difficult to pay. Only one credit card machine.
Average rating is due to the disorganized service. Staff otherwise friendly and concierge was exceptionally professional.
4.2
Nice hotel in public areas, rooms could do with a good clean and staff don’t seem to listen and don’t act promptly on anything.
4.2
We loced the hotel but the service in both bars and restaurants was very poor.

wether was amazing, big hotel and really nice resort. service good but we where there in high season to much people .

Really a great few days at this property. Only complaint was the odd checkin experience where I was told to go sit and wait in the lobby with no explanation or timeframe. After an hour I went to ask what the issue was and was then told I could enjoy the pool while my room was getting prepared. I know I was early but the lady could have handled it better, as her colleague eventually did. Pool, pool staff and restaurant team were all great! Super friendly.

Excellent stay at the Movenpick, breakfast was great with a wide range of choices to keep everyone satisfied. Great pools and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and centrally located.

Great property, AC struggled just a bit but would highly recommend

I will stay here every time I visit Morocco. I don't even have one complaint about this place. I loved everything about it.

Hotel is clean and has a nice atmosphere, the staff are very nice and helpful

We loved staying at the hotel as it was so quiet. We slept well and forgot we were even in a big city. There are so many trees and green spaces with even rabbits, birds and peacocks that it feels we are in a little oasis. It was very well maintained. Breakfast options are great. Staff is very welcoming although sometimes the service is a bit slow. Best mint tea around. Easy to visit from here and be picked up for excursions. Very close to the airport. A great place to stay.

The hotel’s staff were amazing. Rooms, although a little dated, were. Still as comfortable and clean as when I last stayed at the hotel. The staff at breakfast were very polite and ever helpful, especially the two ladies greeting guests and Narmada. I would, without doubt, recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay here in the future.

Very old hotel . We booked for 4 nights . After checking the room was hot the air condition not working. I took a shower the water all over the carpet in The room because there was no door for a shower. We wanted to live right away. And the worst thing happened, coming from the heat just arrived to Marrakech all I need is water I was dehydrated and I asked one of the manager for water she said go to the bar . I think this is unprofessional, all I needed water and she said go to the bar , is that what she means go pay for it ? I didn’t even know where was it I waiting in the lobby to checking-in…. Really disappointed for 5 star hotel .
But thanks to Oumaima Farnousse.she was arround whene I came to tell theme after checking that the water is all over the place. And no air condition, she just came to ask me what’s going on She tried her best to find other room with working air condition.

Incredibly polite and efficient hotel staff right across the board from reception, restaurants, pool staff, even security team had a smile for you. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were extremely well maintained and clean, great location and will certainly return in the future

The room is fairly big with a nice view on the pool, food was great fresh and tasty including the breakfast buffet. The bar I would say mediocre in terms of variety and taste of cocktails, shisha was good. The reception and check in was easy but it took its time, check out very easy. The spa was amazing and good prices, Few little things, room service was slow for cleaning, fresh bottles of water you have to ask.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The lobby of the hotel is lovely but my room was showing some more wear and tear than I would expect for a hotel at this price point. Breakfast was enjoyable—there were lots of options (including gluten free pastries). It’s a little far from the touristic areas, but it was quieter too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again the next time I’m in town.

I always have a nice stay at this hotel. However, this time, there was a tech issue with the front desk and they could not find many reservations, and it was total chaos. Took hours for them to find it, honor it, and then issue a room, which then I found was already occupied when I got to the room. While I understand that these things happen....they shouldn't. Also, I have stayed here from before the renavation, and since. The cleaning staff obviously have used the wrong products to clean the once-beautiful marble in the bathrooms, and the stone is all stained and looks terrible. Such a shame, the bathrooms are quite lovely.
4.2
In a general sense, everything was fine with the hotel, it’s generally nice, clean, and has all the expected amenities for a modern western hotel.
I specifically booked this hotel because I was looking for a nice resort style pool to have a chill, adult, relaxing day at the pool for my last day in very sunny Marrakech.
Upon arrival to the hotel, it very quickly became apparent that the hotel catered to (wealthy) French tourists, and French families.
I initially was very excited about the pool and to spend some time sun-bathing, and drinking adult beverages. I was very prepared to spend (a lot of) money at the pool to receive service and have a relaxing afternoon.
At the pool, it again became apparent that I was not French. The first drink I got at the pool bar, I practically had to ask for service, I had to ask for a menu, I couldn’t open a tab, and the server said if I wanted more service out at the pool I would have to get it with a pool server. He lied to me, he was a pool server, and I frequently noticed him serving other (French) guests by the pool. My first drink took an eternity to get (even by Moroccan standards) while I observed the non-pool server serving other (French) pool guests. All the while he was desperately trying to ignore me while I continued to wait for my first drink. Eventually I was able to flag down another server catering to a wealthy French couple in my vicinity by the pool and had to blatantly ask for service. I stayed for only a little bit longer

Great hotel location, albeit was very noisy and buffet breakfast was same every day, not very imaginative for a 5* hotel! That said they did allow me a late checkout, which was very nice.
4.2
Lack of options for drinking water. Requested bottled water from guest services, room service, and front desk on 4 occasions in one afternoon and never received bottled water. Guest services advised to drink the water from the bathroom sink.
4.2
Worst experience never going back. From check in to check out
4.2
Check in was easy; staff was friendly; pool is nice and the breakfast is good. With that said, this isn’t a 5 star hotel. It’s a bit dated, bathroom floor that looks a bit gross. I thought it was dirty so I called to have someone clean it, they came right away but I guess the spot stains are permanent. After traveling all day we just dealt with it since it would be a short stay. All in all it was ok but I wouldn’t recommend.
4.2
Great hotel, great staff but shower condition was poor - broken tiles and stained walls.
4.2
The Movenpick Hotel is vast with 3 pools, grassed areas and beautiful gardens. Many sun lounges, umbrellas and quality towels provided. Great location as close to the airport and to visit Bahia Palace, Jardin Majorelle,Mohammed Ave, shopping mall.
Note: passport control at Marrakesh absolutely horrendous as the staff ignore the queues, both arriving and leaving the Country.
The pool bar is good for food ie. hamburgers, club sandwich, tapas and drinks. The breakfast area is very relaxing and the choices are plentiful.
Didn’t try the restaurant. The Spanish bar wasn’t manned when we visited it. The reception area is beautiful with the spectacular centre chandelier. It is very busy and our checking in was stressful. Our room wasn’t satisfactory and we were moved the next day. The bathroom was very dated and wasn’t that clean with a bad smell. The toilet seat fell off and the repair was still very shaky! Generally the staff are all very kind, polite and helpful.

Such a beautiful and relaxing hotel to stay at. Centrally located as well. 5 stars!!! Will be back Marrakech and will stay here many times over!

The Movenpick is a beautiful property with 5 star amenities. The breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had at a hotel/resort. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The property is clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The Mövenpick is a true gem in the heart of this vibrant city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning Moroccan-inspired aesthetic that permeates every corner of this property.
The lobby and public areas are exquisitely designed, creating a sense of grandeur that immediately sets the tone for an amazing stay.
My room was impressive, spacious, and beautiful. Their array of amenities truly transforms it into a full-fledged resort experience.
The location of the hotel is also ideal, providing easy access to the medina and other top attractions in Marrakech. One of the highlights of my stay was the wonderful surprise of a birthday cake that was delivered to my room. This thoughtful touch from the hotel staff made me feel valued and special during my time there. If you're seeking a luxurious, truly resort-like experience in Marrakech, the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi is an absolute must. The aesthetic, amenities, and level of service is amazing!
4.2
Poor service. Staff member used our personal details we provided at check-in to find us on social media and send unwanted text messages using the mobile number I provided. Very unnerving, we were two young girls travelling and expected better service from a 5* hotel. Instead we felt unsafe, won’t be returning.
4.2
All in all a very good experience. Nice hotel garden and pool. Personnel for post very good and kind. Some (at reception) do not know the word client service…
At the spa length of treatment not always respected and at our request the lady did I not appreciate

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick Hotel in Marrakesh, it ticket all the boxes. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We would stay again if we are visiting Marrakesh

3night stay on BB basis. 2 adults 1 infant. Hotel was good but there are a few flaws within the hotel which let it down. But if corrected would make this a great 5* hotel.
1) we stayed in the delux suite (room numbers 7000 ). Some of the finishings in our room were clumsy and not something you would expect in a 5*.
E.g. there was no soft close toilet seat or on the toilet glass door.
The bedside lights do not have a switch on them and are not connected to the main switch. You have to pull the plug out from behind the cabinet to turn them off.
The sockets are loose and a hazard. The stand up lamp continued to flicker due to loose plug connection.
The lid on the water filter on the coffee machine was broken
The lift doors in the building block for room numbers 7000 seem to close extremely quickly. I found myself caught between the doors on a number of times as it doesn't detect someone going through. I find this extremely dangerous given our child could've got caught in the door. This could be easily corrected by delaying / slowing down the lift door Timings.
The staff overall are wonderful, however I feel the staff operating in room services via the phone require more training. Perhaps a language barrier where the person did not understand. We had a power cut in our room. The fuse had tripped and we had no electricity. I called services explaining this and for someone to come and have a look as we are out for dinner. The person on the phone said ok and put the phone

Not sure why, but when I booked this reservation I made sure I entered 2 adults and 1 child 15 years old, as Expedia gives you the choice to enter from 1 to 17 years of age. When I got to the hotel the front desk agent wanted to charge me 2000 dirham. We had a discussion about it and I showed him how I booked. First he said that I had to pay, I then asked to speak with the manager, after 20 min waiting for their decision, he decides not to charge me anymore. I am not sure what the issue was between them am Expedia. Anyways, after all that he was nice to us and we checked in. Hotel was very clean and we had an amazing experience in Morroco.

They lie about having aircondition and had me fooled for 5 hours until they finally gave me a new room….. With no aircondition. They turn it off in “the winter” and dont tell you so instead they play games with you untill you give up. I specifically booked a hotel for this reason at least you could have been honest with me instead of the 5 phonecalls and 3 turns to the reception untill i had a headache, got 5 hours of sleep and moved to the new room with the same result….

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff great amenities, really enjoyed the stay.
