Great property, really beautiful. All inclusive is the way to go, don't have to worry about food or drinks. Only downside is the ocean is inaccessible due to rip tide. It would be perfect if you could swim or snorkel off the beach! But the property makes up for it with an abundance of pool options.

Booked a 4 night stay and checked out after the FIRST night - losing the entirety of our money because the hotel failed to offer any incentive or even offer a partial refund!
This hotel is dirty, cheap, run down and outright disgusting. Their hospitality is lackluster, food and drink are the equivalent to a buffet. This is a glorified motel, the photos are completely misleading. After 5 minutes of walking in our room, our feet turned black. The manager failed to make us feel welcome or offer a consolation to enjoy the rest of our stay. Zero accommodations were honored during our one day stay. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The MARQUIS!

Terrible experience, the building had some kind of plumbing problem with screeching sounds coming from the pipes in the walls all through the night (could not sleep)
Staff refused to acknowledge or accommodate.

1) you can not swim in the ocean at this resort 2) adult only pool does not have a bar. You have to go upstairs to the other pool that is kid friendly to get a drink. Odd! 3) everywhere you go, you have to take their golf cart service and are expected to tip. 4) $25 taxi ride to downtown Cabo from the resort 5) room leaked during the tropical storm - we just placed towels around the room and stayed as we only had one more night 6) drinks in all pool areas were watered down (yes I am positive of this as I drink only one thing) 7) what is included with all inclusive and not included was confusing 8) the two most helpful employees were Gianni and Conrrado. Both are excellent at their job! 9) closest pool to us was closed for renovation 10) Fun Zone was closed during our stay 11) we were told to bring our fish (we went fishing and caught fish) to the Bistro and they would prepare them for us but they would not and blamed it on the tropical storm

We stayed here for 3 days. The room is extremely dirty and has roaches. I am not exaggerating. The floor had a layer of dirt. Even after house keeping, it was still terrible. She just made our bed.

The property was immaculate, and I was impressed with the VIP services provided. Check-in was seamless, and the waitresses at the restaurants were exceptional. The food at all the dining venues was outstanding.
However, the golf carts to the sky pool were slow, and the rides from the restaurant at night were also quite delayed, with long waits due to high demand. Additionally, I had a negative experience with a service representative from Gray Line named Bruno, who was extremely rude and could benefit from better customer service training. Despite these issues, the overall stay was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Pueblo Bonito Golf & Spa resort. I would’ve given this a perfect five stars if ALL dining options were available. We are already limited to having a child with us with the limitations on dining options and it didn't help that they closed a lot of options during our stay. Also, the sales representative offering tours in the lobby should give guests that just checked-in a little bit more space after checking-in—- we were approached immediately and they did a hard sell. Made a “deposit” just to get her out of the way but this could’ve been approached better

The resort and its facilities were exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, with a special mention for Savir, who was instrumental in arranging restaurant reservations and securing poolside spots for us. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

This is my favorite property in Los Cabo’s. Lots of dining options, amazing views but most importantly… the staff. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home.

Staff was friendly. Lots of food options. Always a good cart available to take you around.

Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because our bed was super hard and not comfortable.
The food was very good! We enjoyed the pools, staff was great. Thank goodness for the golf cart rides around the property!

I think overall it was a very great experience! Did have some issues with our AC unit, but maintenance came out extremely quickly to fix the issue. All staff members are always super friendly, and super attentive, and this is exactly what you need when you’re traveling. This is a great place to rest and relax. They have golf carts that can take you up and down the hill as needed, which I do recommend, since the resort is built on the Hillside.

Peace and serenity ! Staff is super friendly and attentive! Few dining options were closed due to renovations but understandable. Skypool bar was also closed for the same reason and heard fabulous things so couldn't enjoy it but a peaceful vacation and good food.

This property needs a great overhaul. We were given an upgraded room as part of the VIP perk. This is where the nightmare started. The hall bathroom light and fan did not work. Then the living room hall developed a leak. The maintenance team had to come and fix the leak (apparently this is a known issue) and then mop up each time takin 30 mins or so. Then the phones in the suite stop working. Guess what, now there is no way to get maintenance, get a golf cart to go anywhere in the property. Between getting the leak fixed and failed attempts at getting the phone working, we loose half a day being stuck while the issues get fixed, and they can’t fix either. Then in the evening we are offered to stay or change rooms, to a building far away. If this is the condition of an upgraded suite I shudder to think what the regular rooms will be like. The property is also not kid friendly and the description is not correct. The beach is not open for swimming in the ocean. One has to take a 30-40 min shuttle ride for which reservation is required to get to the sister property that has a beach safe for swimming in the ocean.

We enjoyed this property very much. Loved the Marketplace.
We were upgraded to an Executive Suite, but it was dated. One evening we came home & the master bathroom was flooded, water coming from ceiling. Maintenance came within 15 minutes & fixed the problem. The bathroom should have a handheld shower, floors very slippery in shower.
The staff were great & helpful.
We will come back.

An Unforgettable Stay for All the Wrong Reasons
Our recent stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset was an experience we won’t soon forget, but unfortunately, not for any positive reasons. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this resort had seen better days—perhaps decades ago.
The first issue we encountered was the overwhelming presence of pests. The resort had an infestation of roaches, which we discovered almost immediately upon settling in. If that wasn't bad enough, we were constantly swatting at flies inside the hotel and even encountered birds flying freely in the dining areas. These conditions were far from the relaxing and comfortable environment we had hoped for.
Adding to the discomfort, the interiors of the hotel were incredibly outdated. The furniture looked worn and shabby, as if it hadn’t been replaced in years. The overall ambiance was more reminiscent of a budget motel than a luxury resort. We were shocked by how little attention had been paid to maintaining even a basic standard of cleanliness and modernity.
As for the food options, the selection was incredibly limited unless we were willing to pay extra for anything beyond the most basic offerings. The meals included in the package were bland and uninspired, with no variety. We quickly grew tired of the repetitive and uninspiring menu.lastly all the staff cared about was the Tips! No tips no good service.
