Overnight stay. Room was well presented and looked quite new. Very comfortable bed and slept really well. Requested an extra pillow and was delivered quickly. Great shower in the en-suite and the room had a fridge and coffee making facilities. We had breakfast and it was a good choice. Hot and cold food including a made to order omelette bar. Don’t be put off by the 1970s concrete outside - it’s a comfortable hotel and upgraded inside. Would stay again. Secure parking underground was an added bonus. You can park on the street for free or in the car park for 8€ a night.

Decent hotel, charges for everything, shuttle service, breakfast, parking and scheduling for certain amenities, when travel time hinders it, so you don't enjoy the amenity. Ex., steam room. Close drive to the airport and the town of Erding is nice. A wonderful Gasthaus, serving original Bavarian cuisine is nearby, Gasthaus Wirtshaus Kreuzeder. Cash only!

Stayed only one night as we thought it woupd be close to the airport. Unless you rent a car, don’t stay here, the only way to the airport is the shuttle - no public transportation.

There is no Airport Shuttle- a ride will cost you 45 Euros per direction. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel overall is very nice. Comfortable beds and very clean. We were however confused as to why this is called airport hotel when it’s a 20 minute drive from Munich Airport. The shuttle service is also 45 euro each way, which is not disclosed in the booking.

Family in large family room with six beds and private bathroom. Nice, clean and everything worked. The mattresses were good. We slept really well. The staff were nice and helpful. The parking space in the basement is convenient, but not high. As our car had a roof box on, it could not get down into the basement. We parked outside the hotel instead. No problem as there was enough space. The town of Erding has many good, small restaurants. Please note, however, that the hotel is located some distance from the city centre.

The room was beautiful and well furnished. There was climate control which is a huge plus on hot summer nights. On the downside, the public transport options to the airport were not great and would range from 1 to 2 hours in travel time. It’s much faster with a car if you have one or can afford a taxi.

Unfortunately the hotel is further from the airport than the name implies. Late booking because of cancelled flight. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Night staff a bit confused over whether breakfast was included led md me having to rush it. Free shuttle back to airport.

What a surprising gem. We were forced to use this place because loser Lufthansa cancelled our flight at the last minute. So we scrambled to find a place. This came up. Rates were reasonable and close to MUC. Right away, I liked the place. The lobby was busy, but in an inviting fashion. The room was large enough and had a separate bedroom. The toilet room was laughably small. So, fat people beware. The whole facility looked like it was recently renovated. Great find.

Hotel is located in a quiet area and closed to the MUC airport. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but we were not affected by noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There's tons of parking (free) right on the street, or you can pay to park in their garage. I enjoyed having a private room separate from the common area and kids room. I would definitely stay here again.

So I will say that the staff is excellent. But unfortunately, because of all the construction going on at the hotel, everything was closed. The restaurant is closed. You have to walk upstairs and downstairs and take the elevator to get to your floor. It’s very disorganized but other than That the staff was great and I enjoyed my stay. I think they need to close down while they’re doing renovations because it’s very inconvenient and nothing is open.

The property did not have a parking lot, even though they advertised FREE PARKING! I was asked to find a parking spot somewhere on the street in the neighborhood. That's not funny when you are in a different country where you don't even speak the language! The hotel is under major remodeling/construction, in lobby and many other areas, so at 8AM it was a lot of banging in the walls and a lot of noise. I didnt see that mentioned in the expedia advertisement. Also, the breakfast is 18 Euros per person, but the food they provide, its not worthy anywhere near over 70Euros for a family of 4. Very disappointed! When you pay $190 per night, they should absolutely provide free parking and free breakfast because its already about double price compare to our Best Western in US.

We had 5 adults in our family staying overnight. The location is far from downtown and there is only McDonald's nearby, but for a hotel room that could fit 5 adults in our family at once, it was great. There were two queen beds and a sofa bed, and we were able to use the shower room at the same time in the gym area.

Everything was amazing, they took us in made us feel at home. The gentleman running the front desk was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed. We had been stuck in the airport for 3 days! He was awesome made us feel safe.

I’m unsure how this is advertised as a four star hotel because the rooms are foul. The carpeting is gross, the blinds were breaking off, and it’s overall just a very weird hotel. I should have known it was going to be gross when the concierge said “did your flight get canceled or did you choose to stay here?” As soon as we walked in.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. It was so hot in the room. We opened the windows because outside temperature was cooler but this hotel does not have a net over their windows so mosquitoes fly right into the room. They did provide a fan in the room which only fans hot air around. We could not sleep that night.

We were only there for 6 hours but it was comfortable, they have rooms for 3 adults (couple and adult child) which is unusual and the airport shuttle is reliable (even at 4.30 a.m.)

It was not bad at all for a night before our early morning flight out of MUC. Our room has no A/C, but was a little warm until we opened the windows. The staff is very helpful, pleasant to work with, and very accommodating.

Hotel is in a kind of residential area. You pretty much need a car to get to the city center or train station. Rooms do not have AC and we heard some people having real problems with their room temperature. Luckily, ours was ok. Charges for parking are reasonable at 8 EUR per day. It sounded they had special deals for people flying out of Munich who are looking to also park their car. Shuttle to airport is available and staff was very nice
