Good location, close to baker street station. Located on a quiet street, close to shops, restaurants and snacks. Clean rooms, very accommodating personnel, service minded. Will keep this hotel in mind for our next visit to London.

Room was ok for a single. TV tea maker etc usual services. However, the bathroom wasn’t designed very well, probably due to available space. The sink was almost over the toilet pedestal. Had to squeeze Under with knee behind sink waste pipe. If I was bigger it would have been an issue. If your a big person beware.

Fantastic location in Marylebone and 2 blocks from the high street. One of my favourite places to stay as the location is fantastic!

Absolutely top notch
Great breakfast

Looking a little tired but comfortable stay. Good location. Breakfast good . Tiny lift and still stairs to get to our room
4.0
The room was tired and desperately in need of redecoration. The toilet seat was loose and attached only on one side. One of the inset ceiling lights flashed intermittently. Neither of these problems could be looked at by maintenance staff because 'it was the weekend'. On our third (and final) day we were offered a change of room. It was too late by then. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant. It does not; it has a small room used to serve breakfast. The location is fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast was good and the it was in a great area!

The staff were very nice. The rooms were fine but on the small side. The bathtub is extremely slippery and a hazard. The breakfast is below average.

We were in the family suite. I believe it was room 216 and it was a really nice a big room with a queen size bed, sofa, table and TV. There was a small bedroom with 2 single beds. There was a little kitchen annd bathroom. All recently updated. I wish I had gotten pictures.

Hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and shops within minutes away. Baker Street Underground station was less than 10 minutes away. Hotel is located on a quiet street and we felt very safe. Was given the family suite which had two bedroom with kitchen, dining and living room area. Very spacious and felt like home. We thought it was really cool that the suite was behind a hidden door (behind a wall panel). Enjoyed the made to order breakfast that is included into the stay. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to London.

We absolutely loved this hotel. So cute! Not like a plain, basic hotel, but it had Victorian character. The room was very comfortable and had more space than rooms i saw at other hotels. The breakfast was great and the wait staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Baker St. Station so we could easily get anywhere. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Really perfect for an overnight stay. Comfortable, with an effective aircon on a really warm day

Check in was speedy, room was on top floor which is not accessible unless via stairs. Room was very cramped and the shower was either boiling or freezing didn’t seem you could have both hot and cold taps on at same time so ended up with a cold shower.

As a base for family of 4 to 'do' london in 36 hours, it was fabulous. Staff so lovely and helpful. Kids loved their English Breakfast. Room exactly as was shown in photos, good value and great location.

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable in an excellent location. The lift was out of order and decor wasn’t that modern but would definitely recommend a stay here. Great value for money.

great little hotel close to baker street station - nice breakfast with very serviceminded staff. The hotel is quite old and probably needs refurbishment, but on the other side it has the old english charm.

This property was perfect for our recent family vacation to London. We have a family of 4, two adults and two teen girls. We booked the family suite, which has a bathroom, small kitchen, small room for the kids, and generous sized room for the adults. Not much storage but we were able to get creative and find a place for all of our luggage for the week. The owner was regularly on site and he and his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This hotel doesn't have a lot of frills but if you need a clean and safe place to stay in a great neighborhood, this place is as good as any. Just a few minutes walk to Baker Street station, and lots of shopping and dining nearby. The included english breakfast was made to order and always hot. The sausage and mushrooms were particularly wonderful.

Convenient to what I needed to do. It’s in a good area and was at the maximum of my price bracket.
