I met my daughter (who goes to college in Buffalo) for the weekend. We were on a bit of a budget so this was our choice. We were pleased with our stay. Everyone was very nice, it was clean. It was a little further away from everything compared to some of the other/more expensive hotels, but for the cost it was well worth it. We walked to everything on the NY and on the Canadian side as well. Would stay here again.

We booked from hotel's and booked a king room with pull out couch or cot fir our son and they didn't even have what we wanted. They wanted to give us 2 queens but pay more for downsize room.

Convenient location with free parking
4.0
Convenient Location, reasonable price. Room was average but comfortable. Parking is an issue as there aren't enough spaces. Be ready to navigate stairs, either up or down. Front desk staff were pleasant.

Bathroom wasn't clean and when we asked. About it they said cleaning crew's were not working we forgot to take photos

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. From looking outside of the hotel you would maybe think that it wouldn’t look as nice in the inside, but it’s very clean and kept up. I think the yellow curtains from the outside looking in threw the look off. We were hoping for a hot breakfast, but it was the regular cold breakfast. The falls aren’t too far from the hotel and very convenient to other nearby stores and not far from the Canada side. Also no elevator, but we were on the 2nd floor and no issues. I would definitely recommend. My only issue was not having the type of breakfast I desired.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast included cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast, waffles, fruit, coffee and juice. The hotel has no elevator and the ice machine and microwave are located on the 3rd floor. The location is within close proximity to Niagara Falls. We had a wonderful stay!

This was a basic and decent hotel. Nothing fancy or upgraded. No extras. But nothing awful. We really just wanted a place to sleep and shower and this was perfect for it. The location was great for our itinerary. If I had to stay again I would.

Free bottled water was nice. Staff could have been more friendly. Breakfast - hot + cold drinks, yoghurts, toast, bagels, cereal. More than I would eat for breakfast when at home.
Large bedrooms and bed was very comfy.

Nice hotel for the price. Would stay again, only downfall was parking.

Quiet safe clean. Its about a ten to 15 min walk from attractions, best part- the walk is along the river with views of where the white water starts.
Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable.

I stayed here because of prior reviews. Don't trust them. This hotel is rundown and needs renovation. There is no elevator or luggage carts. The room was not clean. the breakfast was a joke. Stay any place else in Niagara Falls. Very dissatisfied.

I liked the price and the restaurant in the hotel. Good food.

Only complaint is that the shower curtain was terrible. Didn’t close well so water would go all over the floor

the breakfast was bad. The room smelled. Couldn't find a parking spot.

Very dirty, the room smelled very bad, the hallways, the carpet was disgusting, the pool was greasy and dirty in general, cockroaches in the room, etc.

Bed was dirty bathroom was dirty
6.0
We didn’t like the fact that the bed sheets looked like they were not replaced after the customer before us.
Also, no coffee in the reception area (if you can call it this way as it’s a very small space), nor a coffee machine in the room.
The only plus is that it’s about 15 min walking distance to Niagara Falls.
