Upon arrival to the room, I saw that the pillow cases were dirty and upon closer inspection I saw the sheets had hair on them and smelled like sweat. They were clearly dirty. I called the front desk and she informed me I could come down for clean sheets. I asked for them to come change them as I felt this was a bit ridiculous to tell em to change someone’s dirt sheets. The housekeeper had already left so I ended up changing them myself. After all this work I tried to go to bed and someone slammed my door really hard. I couldn’t get comfortable so after 3 hours I decided just to leave. When I came down to the front desk to check out no one was there so I left the key and just left. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I feel like I should have been given a refund.

Based on the other reviews here I expected this to be a much better experience. My room was not properly cleaned (I kept discovering signs of this gradually) - there was spilt popcorn on one of the beds when I first stepped in (it was white and blended into the comforter, but still ; did the housekeeper snack there, or was that from the previous guest?) Later I discovered hair in the shower, dirt in the corners of both, the bathroom and the bedroom (the corner around the chair had not been vacuumed in a very long time). There was also mold in the bathroom. Another thing was the peculiar lack of anything to hang towels on. Also, my room faced the highway and was rather noisy - without the white noise machine I brought with me I wouldn't have gotten much sleep. While all this certainly left bad taste, I will admit that the location was very convenient to the event I attended and the price was on the lower side for the area. Perhaps this was a case of You get what you pay for, but the rating made me expect something better.

The room was clean but my son said it smelled like grandma’s house. I decided to go relax by the pool. The pool was murky. I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. Also the sound from the traffic was so intense that I tried to make a phone call and they couldn’t hear me. So not very relaxing. The hot tub was a comfortable temperature- not super hot - and the jets wouldn’t turn on. I asked for help at the front desk and he said to give him a few minutes and he never came. I sat in the warm water and tried to enjoy myself. Later that night I tried to call housekeeping for a blanket and nobody ever answered. I called several times. So I called the front desk and was placed on hold where I could hear him talking to other customers for quite a long time and I finally hung up. I never got a call back. Also, we were told that the bar and restaurant is only open during the weekdays. Why? Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

Nice hotel, but a few things I wish were different. Consider normal showers! Had to take a little while to figure out the “over the top” avant-guard shower head hardware configuration. It was not cool and not the wave of the future. $15 for your continental breakfast? Is bidenomics really affecting you that much? Your staff, however, were awesome!

The hotel is convienenttely located, but is somewhat rundown. There were fans running, blowing on the floor, throughout the lobby for days. Little things, in the room, and in the public spaces, needed fixing or tightening or painting...

Stay went well. Front desk very nice! Hotel lobby nice, but rooms are kind of dated, and have an slight odd smell. They would benefit from renovations.

Prebooked a room that was far away from the elevators, but was reassigned to one directly in front of them because the one I booked “wasn’t cleaned.” Seems like that could have been an easy fix. The elevators broke with people trapped inside, then were out of operation for half my stay during which time, the only notice was a single sheet of paper on the ground floor. There were industrial fans on the ground floor running all day and night with no explanation. Someone stole my “do not disturb” sign from the door.

Upon arriving the A/C was out in the lobby so portable rolling A/Cs were everywhere nearly in the lobby. The shower was broken so you could not take a shower. I thought this hotel would have been much nicer than it was so I was pretty disappointed. I most likely will choose a different hotel next time. Thank you.

My kids were excited about to pool. Come to find out it was down for repair. Also no complimentary breakfast. Elevators stopped working so up the stairs to the 3rd floor we go.

1. I called the hotel ahead of time and checked in along with reserving my exact room. Upon getting there the system was down and everyone in the lobby had a wait time of about 2 hours. The lobby had no air conditioning during my entire 3 night stay. 2. The actual room ac is set to operate at 5 degrees higher than what you set it at, I realized this after waking up the first night from heat. 3. I was told I would get my requested wake up call at 6am but received nothing. Upon checking in my room floor had crumbs on the floor. Housekeeping is done once every two days. 4. Only one out of the two elevators are in working condition. It seems as if they are operating due to their reliance on the attendees of the convention center across the street.

The old Hilton had seen better days. Looked a little rough and had a stale odor. Their web pg said they had a bar but they don’t. Staff was very nice but computer was down and couldn’t check in until it came back up an hour later.

There was no tissue in the room when we checked in! There wasn't enough clean towels in the room upon ckn! There was no remote control we had to call and request tissue and a remote shortly after check-in.
