This place was a dump. The carpeting in the hallway was gross, definitely not cleaned or vacuumed. The room was huge, but lacked furniture to fill it and the furniture that was in it was old and ratty. First off, the floor had not been swept nor mopped. No coffee pot, the towels looked like they were ten years old, mismatched and thin. Toilet paper holder was falling out of the shelf, after showering, I looked up and spotted a big ole, Texas flying cockroach crawling along side the mirror.

Yolanda helped me with directions over the phonZand che ked me in with such a good disposition for having to work on a holiday weekend. ROOM WAS QUIET, after the sound of the highway all day. thank you.

Uneventful was just a place to sleep this time. But room was nice Shower was hot towels were fresh. Bed was comfortable and people were pleasant and helpful

First, you get what you pay for. My issue was the rotten egg smell in bathroom, floors that sink when you step. Also breakfast consisted of waffles, bread, and cereal. Bed was ok/decent, highway sound was pretty rough at times.

We had a great visit. Hotel hope every weekend and this is one of our favorites. Only thing we were in room 102 by the exit door outside and god we couldn’t sleep because every d**n 10 mins someone was opening the door making it slam and rattle our literally walls and door. This really needs to be fixed some how.

Pros: comfy beds, safe, service was great Cons: ants all over bathroom counter, bath mat was like a rag (holes), not greatly supplied (only two towels for 3 people, only 1 coffee cup)

Overall it was a very good room. Stayed three nights with no issues. Parking lot is a little sketchy due to cliff behind parts of it and the storm drain area all busted out. Oh and the stickers growing all along the building. But inside was great.

Overall, I got what I paid for. Maintenance in the room is definitely needed. Staff needs to get off their cell phones and spend their effort on maintaining the property.

Overall very nuce for the price you pay. I did ha e issues with the A/C. It took way too long to get the room cool and it wasnt really cool till the early morning when the sun was coming up.

Pool was dirty and bugs and cigerattes outside the pool and trash eveywhere. Pool made us itch and our eyes burn. At the door there was a gap you could see through at the bottom. The shower looked either dirty or with mold. The room looked newly remodeled and nice. Their seemed to be a bum sitting in the waiting area. The outside was dirty with trash. Location was good.

Sunday morning there was NO HOT or even WARM water for a shower and NO shampoo. My sister can only eat gluten free and there was NOTHING she could eat. There was not even a piece of fruit. Saturday morning we could not get the door to close and latch. The hotel did fix that while we were out during the day. The hotel was clean. They made the bed and changed the towels each day.

It’s a great choice of hotels down the line, with friendly front desk staff/concierge, they also welcome pets which is great when you don’t have a pet sitter. I try not to over stay my welcome so I can wonder back in at a later date down the road. Along with coffee provided in the rooms and there breakfast in the morning. It’s a comfortable stay.

Supposed to be a smoke free hotel and the whole 3rd floor we were staying on wreaked of weed. The manager could have cared less when we complained about it and said there wasn’t anything he could do. The hotel was not very clean at all. Holes in the comforters on all 3 beds. The a/c wasn’t on in our room when we arrived and it was so hot we had to turn it on and leave for a couple hours and then come back.

My husband spoke with the manager after he was checking in on us at the pool to make sure the light was on since it was during sunset. The staff was nice, we checked in 30 minutes early with no issues, the room smelled like it was freshly cleaned. The pool was also awesome, it honestly felt like it was a heated pool although it’s not
