Reasonably priced, very clean, modern, newly renovated rooms. No elevator, making staying a challenge for people with reduced mobility if all the ground floor rooms are occupied. Instructions as to how to work the tv might be helpful to the technically challenged!

The bathtub grout between some of the tiles needs to be cleaned better. The shower curtain had the same faint pink stain at the bottom indicating it needs to be cleaned more often too.

Where do I start 2 remotes for tv with no instructions how to work them, no heat in room front desk didn't have any knowledge how to turn it on, was given a portable heater that turned off in the middle of the night. was told the maintenance person was coming to fix but never showed. Had no Microwave or coffee maker in rooms. Children playing hockey in the hallways screaming every time they scored. Walls were bare ( no art work ) on walls and uninviting. Had main floor room key would not work on both common entrance and outside room door had to walk around to the reception entrance to use hallway only. On a positive note the mirror in the bathroom was awesome.

VERY unprofessional hotel. No house keeping even though it was requested. HOTEL DID NOT REMOVE security deposit off the room. Card reader from outside doors out of service. Go ahead and try phoning this hotel - they do not answer. Would suggest to find a different hotel.

There things in the room that had not been cleaned for quite some time, like the desk lamp!! AC did not work very well possibly due to the very dirty intake on the unit.

The motel was great for its purpose. Somewhere to get a good night sleep for a decent price. The motel was a remodelled older building but was renovated, and the rooms were completely redone, nicely. I had a ground floor room with a secondary door to the outside which would be good with pets. In my case, not so much. The seal around the door was gone, you could see daylight shining all around it. Normally not an issue. But in this case, on multiple occasions in the later evening and morning, someone(s) were smoking pot outside and it was coming into the room, around the door as well as through the ac ventilation unit intake. Not a smell that I enjoy. I did mention this to the front desk.

Bathroom especially could have used a good scrubbing. Room was cramped, not much room to get out of bed on the one side . I dropped my pen on the floor, and noticed lots of debris that was not mine when I went to pick it up. It was cheap,so no bells and whistles as expected.

Staff was friendly. Beds in room were sagging in the middle. Had inner and outer doors (outer were locked and couldnt be opened due to key lock being disabled) only way into hotel was through office unless someone opened a door for you. Alot of yelling all night in hallway. No hot water to take a shower.

Convient and good hotel room for the price. It's clearly and old motel but it's well kept, fresh coat of paint and my room seemed to have been recently renovated. I could hear the next door room slam but otherwise it was quiet. My room was facing the back parking lot which was nearly empty.

Definitely should be cheaper, but cleanliness actually wasn't an issue which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable, floors were clean bathroom was clean, no old spider webs in corners or in the closet. They brought extra towels and toilet paper when we asked for it, even after housekeeping was closed for the night. Only planned on spending one night there, booked it through hotels.com which saved about $40. Had a king bed single room. Then turned out we needed to spend a second night even after we checked out so we booked again through hotels.com and got a double queen bed room. This review is relevant for both rooms

Cable or satellite didnt work. Took way to long for them to come look they where not interested or capable of getting to it until we where already at midnight. Ask for discount on my room. Not sure if it was applied. Also why do you need to give a $100 deposit when you have credit card information and drivers license. Not sure if the deposit was returned to my card yet Dogs barking in other rooms and talking.
