The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. Easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. On the negative side the a/c doesnt work as it should. And there are no windows you can open to allow air to circulate.

Everything is perfect but there is one problem ! You put there is the airport’s transfer ! But there is no transportation and I pay $75 yesterday and today $100 for picking up my guests from the airport ! You should erase that false advertisement !

Bathroom and sink always clogged up. Even after they fixed it. Shower knob very sensitive, slight touch and water would turn very hot, or very cold. Location only matters very you want to be. Old city about 10 minute walk. Staff great Overall 4 star hotel

Great location and hotel but the staff cleaning service is sloppy. Every day we had to bring back the room cleaning staff to replace towels, supplies and coffee etc.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It has an excellent location, close to Old Tbilisi beautiful corners and cute cafes. The room was very neat with a beautiful view of Liberty Square. The staff was very nice.

we ended our 3 week trip in Georgia and were fully taken care of. In this day and age, its easy to be cynical, but in a COVID world , you have to remember people are trying their best. The Courtyard staff are exceptional. They took it upon themselves to make sure everything we needed was addressed, or assisted with. Listen, you aren't going to get everything the way EXACTLY the way you want, but you will get efforts and a plausible solution. They assisted us with arranging a PCR test, translating countless requests over the phone. They dealt with our issues promptly and with a smile. Give this place a shot, its a great location and they go above and beyond. everyone gives their best and for that i would stay here again with no hesitation.

The hotel is good. In general no complaints, the only issue is the type of guests (but it is typical for Georgia in general): there are a lot of families with children and their parents permit them to do everything, e.g. start playing at 00.00, beat the walls, play at the corridor at 2 am etc. So if you are coming for business it is better to ask for quite room…
