Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow.
The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4.
Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub,
The room was clean, maid did a fantastic job every day bed was comfy,
The food was more miss than hit but edible. Just.

The property needs updating but it’s a great base for the old town. Staff work very hard and I would recommend

Hotel was ok we had to change our room at first due to patio door held together with cardboard but second room was fine
Only had breakfast but food was reasonable
Good position for the old town

Great hotel with friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Popular with older people as its a very comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Me and my mate stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the place. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance but argue for the price.

Would have said it was value for money clean good food but we had a couple of issues. One the patio door didnt lock it was reported twice but not fixed so we didnt feel safe. Two we had an issue with them not paying back 20€ deposit for two glasses for the pool area. Room clean but part of the door not locking was due to the aircon.... see photos

First impressions count - a 50 minute queue to Check-In followed by a long winded process where we had to email our booking details to the hotel. Make sure you have We also had to pay a Euro deposit to use a plastic cup at the rooftop pool bar, this seemed to confuse some people.
Long wait for the slow and old lifts - they need replacing, we walked 7 flights of stairs several times a day.
The all inclusive options were poor. We chose to go and eat away from the hotel instead on most days. The snack menu in between the meal times was barely worth the effort.
At the pool bar they had just one flavour of crisps in a box and peanuts. That was it, no hot food snacks.
On the roof there is a reasonably sized area with sunbeds. A nice sun trap. The only down side we had were kids who kept playing football around the sunbeds unsupervised by parents. They even lost a ball over the side which probably landed on the roadside below. Please BAN ball games on the roof, or designate this an adult only area so that the space can be enjoyed.
Our room was fairly clean though we had an inward view which also had no mobile signal. WiFi was terrible and unusable most of the time.
The hotel has potential, invest in new lifts, new WiFi, improve the food and modernise the slow check-in process, and it could be so much better, even for a cheap budget hotel. The staff are great and do a good job
Would we return? Based on this stay, unfortunately no. We'd pay a little more to stay elsewhere.

Stay was pleasant but had an unfortunate incident with our room as they hadnt fiven usxwhat we paid for we werent to bothered as it was only 4 nights but then for some reason someone had removed 1 of the beds it was cleared up and we were allocated another room but was a bit of a pain moving

Magic park is just ok. It's enough for just what you need. Reception check in was long-winded, and the queues long. As for the bar, the same tinny little bar with 2/3 people serving at the busy time. Average 10min queue for drinks. Rooms tiny and basic, but cheap and cheerful. Myself and friends go Benidorm every year, doubt if we'll be going back to this hotel

Reception and other members of staff are kind and polite. The restaurant selection is very good. The hotel situated around 6-8min from a beach. The minuses are hotelcorridors are noisy during night ,security didn’t check it and bedding wasn’t changed during 6 days.

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Never ever again.

Excellent service

It was genuinely just ok. You get what you pay for! Personally I would have rather spend the same amount on self catering and pay for food as that was horrendous.

We went as a family and had a fantastic time. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but they really did try to make our experience the best it could be. The selling point for me was the covered pool which was heated continuously and the roof top sun bathing area which we used daily. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat as the staff are exceptional, especially Eddy behind the bar

Booking in took forever. Basic accomodation. Air conditioning in room needs servicing, and showers need improving. Wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.

Hotel in a good location, however in a tired condition. Very clean, food ok large choice of breakfast . Suprised to be asked for a deposit in case we trashed the rooms. Ok for price and what we wanted from a hotel.

The hotel is old but this is made up for by the food, staff and location. Easy walk to old town where most of the life is. The hotel is large and would benefit from a refit. If you book through an agency make sure you take your booking form with you as due to a lack of this when we got there we paid considerably more.

Hotel needs updating ie. paintwork in rooms etc. You cannot go hungry as there was a very good choice at meal times. Would go again to this hotel although quite noisy at night especially in the early hours ie. slamming of room doors etc, no carpets in coridoors so therefor noisy underfoot. Good location for Old Benidorm town, shops, beach etc.

hotel in need of upgrade, good position for old town ask for alternitive drinks in all inclusive

Returned from benidorm yesterday it's not for the fainthearted! Hotel is central to everthing which makes it quite noisy but great for getting around. Hotel very good value for money something for everyone in the resturant with lots of it.Lots for kids to do, only downside pool is on 7th floor no good if your scared of heights! Could do with more staff in the bars always long queues and lifts could do with updating. Recommend to all who wants a week in the sun with lots of activities. Dont go for a rest!!
