This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Ljubljana, a vibrant city with lots of good energy. The hotel has a pool and spa, which is particularly an advantage.

The property was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna were a perfect place to either start your day or relax and unwind at the end. The hotel is only a stone throw from Prešeren Square. Anytime I come to Ljubljana this is where I’m staying!

Staff was unfriendly from the first moment we walked in the door, broken toilet in room with broken parts left in bathroom. Front desk made it seem like I inconvenienced them by asking for a room with a working toilet. They gave us a new room which had mold throughout the bathroom. There was nothing nice or welcoming about the staff or hotel.

We had a disappointing stay at Eurostars uHotel. The booking was for one night. On arrival, we were delighted to find out that our room had been upgraded with a Castle view. The room was clean and initially met our needs. However, in the evening, when we were getting ready for bed, our toilet did not flush and the cistern was not filling up with water. We called down to reception who sent a member of the reception team up to check. The gentleman said that he would check if a maintenance person was working and would let us know. We did not hear back from reception and called down again as we were tired and wanted to go to bed. The Receptionist informed us that there was no maintenance person available until 8am and that they were fully booked so there was nothing they could do. This was extremely frustrating as a basic need of going to the toilet could not be met and we had to travel from the 7th floor down to reception during the night to use the toilet. This was unacceptable. In addition to the toilet, the air conditioning did not work and the room was extremely hot throughout the night. We alerted staff to the issues in the morning but by this point, nothing could be rectified as were leaving. The hotel could not offer us any form of a refund as booked theough Expedia. We feel very disappointed with our stay and having spent a lot of money to not even have basic needs being met. Despite the room issues, the hotel staff were welcoming.

The hotel is in a nice location. Parking underground is a bit tight. Breakfast is enjoyable. Rooms are clean , ac is eficient We had a nice view. I wouldn’t call it a luxurious hotel but we would recommend it and would stay there again

toilet did not flush well and leaked..maintenance came and checked it out to fix, still leaked afterwards...had to press button to original position so toilet will not flood bathroom..set a towel below by leaking area and wiped down the bowl..overall, good location, beautiful area....parking space for car is very scarce….exellent front desk staff and breakfast was outstanding..

Eurostars was a nice hotel with great rooms, windows to look out at the city skyline, and nice amenities. We had two kids with us (12 and 9) and we were disappointed to learn that the pool has a max capacity of 20 people in two hour shifts. On a hot summer day the kids were very bummed out to not be able to cool off for a bit. The parking garage also has a small capacity for less than 40 cars so it was full when we arrived at 4pm and had to park and walk to the hotel. The front desk team was amazing - super helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was impressive. I felt like royalty with the wide range of offerings and large dining room to enjoy a meal with my family. Extremely close to the river and restaurants, location is ideal! Would book again. Great stay. Thanks to the great staff.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very professional. Description of "Parking Available" is a little misleading as for our entire stay we didn't manage to het into the car park once as it was full so we had to park at the expensive commercial carpark. Pool is nice but again far too small for the size of the hotel and you need to book the day before.

very obsolete hotel, old tv, AC not working properly facing hot weather. paid premium room and got a small shower with water pressure and temperature problems. no parking. all very diswppointing. breakfast was good.

Really good but get the staff to park your car for you (it’s free). The parked garage is very tight and you’ll end up having to back was up the ramp to let other traffic through.

The staff are excellent and they upgraded us to a lovely room with a beautiful view of the castle. The pool was lovely after walking around Ljubljana. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Bang in the center of the city with the river just a couple of minutes away. Loads of restaurants nearby and along the river bank. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was very nice and large but there was a lot of empty space where they could have put some chairs/sofas to relax in or provided some extra storage space for clothes as what was provided was very limited. We would also have liked at least one English news channel on TV - either BBC or CNN. Very unusual for a 4 star hotel not to provide this

Room Nr 821 the Kosmetik mirrow is broken and blinking all the time. You offer for breakfast by the coffeemachine expresso. No small cups are available. That is not a Standard for a 4 star hotel. Drinking tea or coffee with the big oversized mugs is no pleasure. The Pool is very nice. You should Open it at 8 o clock. I wonder that guest have to Tell you this . Great hotel with friendly staff located near the center of Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing! One of the best, if not the best, of my entire trip, that had 9 hotels in it. Hotel furniture and design seems a bit dated, but all is cleaned and looking well, so I don't mind that at all. Only downside was the car park, that is quite small and often does not have any parking spots available. For this I have two suggestions for the hotel: implement a reservation system and forbid staff from taking free parking spaces, by directing them to other parking spots. The alternative parking garage that the hotel staff recommended me was extremely expensive, costing more than 30 euros for little over 8 hours, so I'd say parking is definitely the main issue with the hotel. Nevertheless, if we exclude the parking, this was a flawless stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel’s location was great and within walking distance to the city centre.

The hotel is in an excellent location and close to everything, the service of the front desk is very good and is right to help with everything. The hotel is very clean but the furniture is old and the bed is uncomfortable, in addition the curtains do not block the light and this is a problem

Great quality hotel in the centre of Ljubljana. A bit noisy, right by a number of churches but we slept fine most of the time. Great breakfast and the pool was a great treat on such a hot few days. Would be happy to stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel with rooms with many amenities. Very high end, 4 star hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions and pointing the way to a store for specific items I needed. Very central location - within walking distance to town square, great shopping, and tourist sights. Their buffet breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have been to in years. Parking on site was available, but I got one of the last spaces - was very tight. I highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Eurostars Uhotel. Its located in a prime position for Ljubljana centre. The facilities were always very clean. The reception staff were very accommodating with any queries. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent.

Great location, right in the center of the old town. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and with fair amount of varieties. The only downside is the hotel condition which is rather old and needs some tender loving care.

Although the staff are nice and the facilities not bad for an inner city hotel, the room was very dated and just generally needs a refit. Slight smell of smoke, I assume from people previously being able to smoke on the balcony, and a strange massage chair in the middle of the room - not quite what I had expected, still nice to have a pool

Hotel is dated, but nice. Think clean 70s vibe. Location is good and very easy walk to both train/bus station as well as city center. If you are there on a Friday, be sure to take advantage of Open Kitchen. On a negative note, the hotel had difficulty locating our full reservation (2 rooms, not one) and we were passed off to another service member. This pass off was poorly done and the situation not fully explained. As a result, the new member again attempted to check us into 1 room. This is a small hiccup, but as this billed as a 4-Star hotel, this first impression of the hotel was not as strong as it could have been.

The Finnish sauna at hotel was not working which was a shame (only infrared was working). So I had to use an another hotels facilities (intercontinental hotel nearby). Staff and cleanliness were great!

Incredible hotel with a perfect location. In the middle of the city center and close the most interesting spots in the city. Quite clean and the spa was amazing. Even though the steam sauna was not working, the pool was quite relaxing and clean. Completely recommended.

Loved the hotel! Located in such a convenient part of town, just 10 minutes away from the bus station and a few minutes walk to the center of the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked the girl at the reception desk! The room with the balcony was super nice, with a panoramic view of the city. Definitely recommend and would come bacn again.

This is a pretty grand hotel in the center of Ljubljana. You can easily walk from the train and bus station here and easily walk to the main attractions. The lobby is massive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we had. The room was also spacious with a big bathroom and tub. The one downside was the pool area, which was crowded even with reservations.

Booked for the spa facilities, only to find on arrival they had to close and we could not use them. Hotel apparently rent the space out and so had no influence. Spa wanted to charge 175 euro to use a private hot tub?! Hotel itself is very dated. No sockets near the bed. Location was good for walking into city center. Breakfast was fine.

Big hotel, yet the property will probably need a refurbish sooner then later. Room clean, furniture still in good condition, very good preserved. Air conditioning works very well in my room, heating properly. Breakfast very good, yet the restaurant wasn't work at least during our stay, fortunately many other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Good location, 10 min walking distance from the citycenter.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and very responsive if you have any sort of problem. The hotel is connected to the Union hotel which is a beautiful piece of architecture. It is a center hotel so very close and therefore easily walkable to visitor attractions and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable but tired - bathroom in particular with worn out shower and although we had a bath that the shower was attached too it was old and very narrow so I was actually wedged into it (I am an average build) and had to work hard to get out of it! The most annoying thing as we were there with friends for the new year was that there is not a bar area - somewhere pleasant and relaxing that you can sit with a nice drink or cocktail. When asking for a bar area you are sent to a cafe area with tables and white table clothes that was clearly an eating / dining room which was not the same thing and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was a very good selection. The main entrance could do with a makeover to make it more inviting and the whole experience is in need of refinement.
