Great room! Comfortable beds. Great park! Great restaurants

I had two rooms for my family (adult kids and grandkids). There is something to do for everyone and the grandkids ranging in age from 6 to 16 all had fun. The rooms are clean and bed is comfy, the pull out sofa bed, not so much. Great family mini vaca.

We have never been to one of this brand and there are many things they do that are unique to their company it took a while to get used to it for example you enter the building on the second floor not the first floor

We were so happy with the facilities and guest services it was a wonderful place to stay I would highly recommend!! The desk clerk was absolutely fabulous to work with! This hotel really helped us out of a situation of staying in a really bad hotel and this place was phenomenal!!

You have to pay for parking and there aren’t any other parking options.

Our stay was fine.
My complaint would be with the corporate level.
How is it you charge for parking for guests??? Where do you expect YOUR GUESTS to park??? It is RIDICULOUS!!! Are YOUR GUESTS supposed to park at some other business to spend money at yours??? A parking fee would be understandable, in that case!!! Having to pay to park on YOUR PROPERTY to spend OUR MONEY at YOUR ESTABLISHMENT is LUDACRIS and greedy.
On top of Resort fees, service fees, AND an extra "hold" of $100 for "incedentals" that isn't mentioned ANYWHERE????
The amount of hidden fees your corporation puts on the customer is undeniably shady and sickening greedy.
Your corporation can do better.

Hidden "Resort" Fees, super squeaky beds. So far down the hall. Elevators took 3 turns to use. Could not use carts for luggage except in main entrance which was super far away. Had to lug bags up full sets of stairs or walk forever. Unreliable staff for checking in towels. Assured us verbally all was well, and then got billed outrageous money for old cheap small towels that we returned!!!!!

Liked: Great for young children
Didn't Like: Should open earlier in morning. Prices are outrageous.

The hours of different activities should be longer.

A lot of hidden fees that aren't disclosed until the end of the stay

Every staff member was so kind and even offered complementary early check in. We came as 2 childless twenty somethings and were still given the same treatment as kids/parents. We were given complementary ears by a sweet man who was so excited to do the wolf paw and howl with us. We ended up getting engaged by the water in TC, and bought a special bottle of wine to celebrate. Unfortunately we forgot a corkscrew, I texted “willow” - the help line they offer all guests. Explaining our situation. Five minutes later a staff member was at my door with a corkscrew and wished me a heartfelt congratulations- it’s the little things! The bracelets are super convenient as they serve as both a room key and payment method! I have a habit of losing cards so this was awesome. My ONLY critique is I wish there was a separate bracelet for 21 guests so I don’t have to bring my ID into the pool area, but that’s not really significant. Impeccably clean, short water slide lines, and very comfortable beds!!Already trying to find a time to come back with another couple! Shoutout to the kind staff! Will be returning, and purchasing one of the fun packages (which are really great deals)!

Our family of 6 had a great stay! The rooms are set up so perfectly for families, separate toilet/shower, mirrors and sink outside of that. Our younger kids loved the bunks. The water park was great!

Fun quick family trip

Enjoyed the facility and being with family. Great except food prices. Order in or go out to eat. Dunkin donuts wasn't unreasonable

We did a quick stay with our teens before dropping at summer camp. Spacious family suites that were super comfortable and gave everyone their own space. Beds were comfy and we had a nice day by their outdoor pool. The facility is geared toward young kids so our teens went through the mini golf, arcade and slides pretty quick. Tip - rent a cabana by the outdoor pool and do it early! There are only 4 and they go fast. Lots of small kids so don’t expect tranquility. Property is close to Traverse so it’s perfect to spend the day in town or hit the local beaches.

Very nice and fun place to stay. You really need to stay at least 2 night to be able to enjoy everything without being rushed

Pricey

It was a good stay. I would streamline check-in so its faster and less hassle. You give them a credit card for an extra charge, then they ask you if you want to use the same card for parking.. 5 minutes later. Why, not all at once, and what hotels have pay for parking? I know its a water park, but if you're staying there. You have 2 people checking in and out towels, yet it a slow process with a line during rush... really could have 3 scanners with 3 PCs?

Great stay!

Our only issue was that we arrived at 7:30pm, got checked in by about 8pm and found that the water park and all of the food options were closed for the evening. Also, I was not aware that you have to pay for parking.

Place is a rip off. Now you also have to pay for parking on top if ridiculous rates. Stayed 2 days sounded like kids upstairs were coming thru the ceilings the whole time. Called and complained and it made zero difference.

The property was nice grand kids had a great time. The thing that could be worked on is prices. You get a soda and no refills on that everything is way to high think its gauging.

At this price point they should at least have a free continental breakfast. Big mirror behind the toilet was a bit weird

We had a great time during our first stay, can’t wait to come back!

My credit card was charged $300 during an issue at the front desk with them receiving card payments. Insisted that the card was not charged, my card was charged 3 times for $100. After spending $800 for a one night room, we didn’t have much money to spend on the rest of the trip. Took my $100 purchase for food and drinks, and my id bracket was declined twice even know we paid upfront for the service. Card also has suspicious charged on it after we checked out. Very disappointed. Also my son is autistic, staff was not trained for dealing with children with special needs while trying to go down water slides.

I did not like the hotel rooms at all. Everything is old in the bedroom not so clean at all. I had booked two nights, but I checked out one night early because we couldn’t sleep in the beds. They were not clean and not comfortable at all so we had to check early and come back home, very poor hotel do not believe it’s advertising online
