My tv wouldn't work correctly. I requested a replacement, they checked it out and replaced it within the hour. Rooms need minor repair improvements. the heater doesn't work and it's winter.

I like the non smoking clean room, unfortunate it felt more like a 1 night stay of 2 due to a late check in which I tried to avoid by requesting an early check in courtesy for business and declined. The vicinity area is rough which probably explains the tough tone of the staff, other than that all else is fine.

The property was nice only dislike was that the pool was extremely small about 4 feet. I did have to call the front desk because of people outside the room being noisy around 2 am . A few minutes afterwards it was quiet I appreciated the staff for their help in the situation. Nice size rooms for the price.

Staff was professional and courteous. Due to an tech outage they had to use a key to open the door and once in the room we had no card to get back in unless we ask the front desk. This caused a long wait to get our room but the staff explained the situation and continually apologized for the inconvenience.
