As we were walking to to room, we noticed to men standing at the back of the parking lot wearing masks. As we got to the room, they asked us if we wanted some weed or cocain . we told them no thanks and went inside. Once inside, we imediately noticed that the room was very small and the floors were very sticky. I walked to the bathroom and imediately noticed that the toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall and was barely hanging on. I touched it and it fell to the floor. As I left the bathroom, I noticed a dozen or more dents in the back of the front door like someone had hit it with a hammer or something. There was a smell in the room, so we started questioning the sanitation and cleanlyness of the room. My wife asked me if we could leave, so I left to head to the front office. As I walked out, the two men were still there showing eachother their guns. I told the front desk what I saw and asked here to cancel my reservation. She tried, but was unable to do it. I went back to the room and my wife said she doesn't feel safe, so we grabbed our bags and left. Her safety was my only concern. I contacted corporate the next morning to try to get a refund. Hopefully, they give it to me.

This is one of my favorite go to motels when I'm here in town great area for foods & shopping, the rooms are always clean, comfy and inviting great place to get away and relax there's a refreshing pool and clean laundry room for guest use. The maids are very respectful and fast with service, i even adore the maintenance guy he is so cool *office staff is amazing everyone is so nice and Courteous with your needs and wants *and last is the manager besides being very handsome he's the best, he takes pride in what he does keeps his motel in great condition very Attentive and polite to his customersđź‘Ť

It’s a crack hole!! I couldn’t sleep due to the strong smell of Marijuana out side that got in to our room, bad people used this hotel to come and do their business and smoke pot out side and in the rooms ( some people open their doors while I was walking in to our room and the smell was so strong, the person on room 140 keep us awake most of the night due to someone came over and bang on the door very hard, and this guys started to scream, I was so scare that I didn’t want to call reception because we didn’t want something to happen to us.. I even didn’t want to park my car in there , I left it at my sisters house, due to we saw things outside while we where parking to check the room.. rooms seems ok when you enter, but them you see or notice that floors ,shower, mattress need to be fix or replace, in deed that place it’s not a friendly place for families to pass by or stay… never come back again….. sorry!!! Staff is very friendly!!

The customer service was great. Everyone was super helpful whenever i asked for anything.
However the condition of the room itself was not that great. When i arrived there was black markings on all the bed sheets. I had to replace them all myself. Then on our last night there, there was a leak coming from the cieling.

I loved how quiet my room was no matter how much traffic and other noises were happening outside. The staff were friendly and efficient the room was clean and comfortable. There were a few questionable characters outside but everyone seemed to be minding their own business and I felt safe. The areas around the property can be improved/updated/cleaned but overall my experience was very pleasant and satisfying.

Other than the bathroom clearly showing that is did not get full cleaning service by the shower floor still being dirty I loved the room so much the check in was smooth and calming and I really loved how it’s right in the center of convenient things

Always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Second time booking and can't say enough good things about the cleanliness and housekeeping being on top of making sure the rooms are well taken care of. The showers might need some maintenence soon, as paint is starting to chip and fall on one room, but overall the minimalistic style of the rooms and ample parking make this an easy choice for a 1 day stay. Right of the freeway exit, and stores and dining options abound. Will return!

The only good thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is awful. We got stuck next to loud partying group and when we moved to a new room the keys didn’t work. Very frustrating if you want a quiet place to stay

Positive- fast food restaurants within walking distance. Room averagely clean.
Negative- felt unsafe. When we first arrived there were several homeless people loitering all around the parking lot. Security had them disburse to a nearby parking lot. But they were still loitering. We walked to get food and felt we needed to stay along the sidewalks near the streets to get back and forth rather then cut through adjacent parking lots with the large groups of homeless loitering.
Later about 12:00-2:00 am another customer came to stay in the adjoining room near us and began partying being very loud (it was just myself and my children alone) at one point they began full on screaming at the top of their lunch’s multiple times and sounded like they were throwing things or smashing things. I did call the front desk at 2:00am and they said they would ask them to quiet down . The screaming and partying went on a bit longer and eventually stopped.
The walls were incredibly thin. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel Inwould never go back or recommend to women or families with children. I felt so unsafe I almost left in the middle of the night with my kids but was nervous to go outside in the dark as my car was parked in the back.

We got a room for Memorial weekend. The room was clean however the bathroom door didn't close and when I was going to shower there was water coming up from the drain.

It was conveniently located to my appointment I had early the next morning. Broke up the drive back from Vegas, very well. So much better than the I-15 Stadium location we stayed at in Vegas on Dean Martin, like a 100 times better. You should Un-Flag that Dean Martin location. It is an embarrassment to your chain.

I didn’t like that the mattress slides off the “frame” with one touch of a finger. It was okay to sleep on for one night, but after the second night I was in pain because of the cheap spring mattress. It was great for a Motel 6 though. We were able to hookup to the HDMI port in the TV and watch our streaming apps.

No frills. Noisier than just being next to freeway. It’s also within .5 mile of railroad tracks. Shower floor no clean. Bed clean and comfortable.
