Omg where to begin got there at 3:30 for 3 pm check in . Room not ready . Had to wait until 4 while they checked other people in with the same size group as me. Room was disgusting. Wet floor cause the sloppy cleaned it. The tub wasn’t even clean had dirt and goop in it. I was appalled I paid 190 for this room

Do not stay here. It's a hostel/homeless shelter. Falsely advertised rooms.$200 room deposit for what?? Soup kitchen on hotel floor with counseling services. Felt very unsafe, uncomfortable, and dirty. We didn’t even sleep there. We were that uncomfortable. Made a complaint with hotels.com and they didn't help. They need remove this motel 6 off the site

Just trouble. They never upgrade room, it’s the same as 10 years ago. Smells so dam bad, the haul ways and the rooms. It’s easy as putting a fresh paint or smell sensor in the hall ways but I guess they don’t want to spent any money on this place. Last time that I would ever do to motel 6 even for $50.

Place seemed clean but very outdated. Definitly a time warp back to 1995. Staff was very nice and efficient. Towels and sheets were clean but you definitely need to bring your own pillow. Supplied pillows were terrible. It appeared there were people living (maybe on 3rd floor) of the hotel. Alot of smokers outside at any given time and very few cars in parking lot. None the less, it was a place to lay my head for 1 night passing thru. Prob wouldn't stay again, old, dingy.

Hotel is under renovation (Aug 2024) the room had tv with no working cable and the ac didn’t work (we’re in a heat advisory) bathroom sink and tub had cracks. Asked to change rooms which they complied with. Floor was very uneven at toilet and beds were quite worn. One bed creaked with every move. The staff were all friendly, polite and working hard. One desk person was dealing with an irrational man with mental health issues attempting to enter the motel and remained very professional. It’s just their hotel needs a lot of tlc.

The hallways smelled poorly. No fridge or microwave in room. Staff were loud in hallways in the morning. I would not recommend this place

The Motel 6 in Whitby is currently being used as a shelter. Good for them to do this BUT it should be posted so people have an option. It was a non refundable night booked for $200. No hot water, smelt like smoke and weed, doors propped open to party. Line up down the hall outside our door to get food from the shelter office on the third floor. Horrible service. Staff did not care about the complaints and were not willing to rectify anything. Everything was dirty, people partying and hanging out in the halls. Not friendly.

the bed is uncomfortable and the shower head was cheap and wouldn't produce enough pressure and sink was backing up and poor toilet flushing . the staff was friendly and nice

We stayed at the motel 6 due to a sick family member the location is perfect for getting downtown Toronto there's a Kelseys very cose by so we had an option for dinners

We only stayed a night here before drive to Montreal next day. Big open free parking lot and close to Hwy 401 without the loud highway noise. Close to several fast food chains. Room was small and pretty basic. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and can feel the springs. Ended up getting bed bug bites all over our body so be careful staying here.

Motel is older. Elevator was out of service. Lots of people appear to be living at the location. Possible government placement space. Noisy at night in the halls with people living on site.

There are full-time residents at this hotel. It was dated, noisy, musty. Charged $238 and i would never go back. Not worth $50 The staff were fine, but the place is not a Hotel.com worthy location. Nothng short of a refund woukd change my view

The room temperature was 25 deg C and A/C did not work so i had to sleep with the window open. With the hotel backing onto the highway it was extremely loud. And then at 5:30 am they did garbage collection of the hotel Bins which also was very loud.

your pillows are waaaaaaay too thick!!!!!!! Had to sleep almost sitting up. Had to take away the pillow and try to sleep without one. Had a VERY sore neck for 2 days. Will not visit again nor will i recomend

This a hotel for homeless and refugees would have been nice to know in advance. No breakfast but they feed the poor with my tax dollars. Should be designated as such.

Seemed to be an issue with the thermostat and room became 26C/80F overnight. Rooms are what you pay for, very basic beds and sheets. $200 deposit seems high

I was in room 117 Constantly doors in the hall were opening and slamming shut all night. It was noisey. Really tiny room. Old looking, smelled musty. Needs to be renovated. Carpet looked old, used stained. Mattress could feel the springs. For $153.00 a night was not worth it.

Stayed there for a night price was fair The only thing i didn't like was the bed.......bed was "Shakie ",looks like was an old frame and box spring other than that, for a few hours of sleep not bad Oh. And the pillows to stiff

This was not a clean room-still dirt on the floor, and the bathtub had hair in it when I went to fill up the tub. Paper thin walls that you hear everything through and when I asked the front desk to go talk to the people stomping and making an absolute racket on the floor above me, nothing was done.
